Duties include (but not inclusive):
-
Management of tax and accounting and overseeing the Accounting Manager.
Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
Preparation and analysis of the Monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flows. Submission to the management
based in UK within the timescales required
Proactive cash management and treasury duties
Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
Financial modelling and analysis
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
Proactively recommend and identify sources of accounting and tax optimization, though a good understanding
of the dynamics of the business
Help on the preparation of budgets, forecasts, balance sheet and cash flows
Overseeing tax declarations, including VAT returns
Being the interface with group internal audit, external auditors and tax authorities
Requirements of the role:

Fully qualified with previous financial control and management reporting experience
You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a small accounting team
The candidate should be confident, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
He/she must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making,
and a hands on approach
With good excel skills and solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards
Strong and proven leadership skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Fluency in French and English
