Normal use of Testline:
- Push the plug into the trailer socket.
- Activate that function you want to be tested -fx. tail light or stop light.
- The light-diode will light up indicating that the function concerned under test is
activated.
Testing of cars with CAN-BUS systems:
Testline Cargo 211058 includes a function specific for test of cars with CAN-BUS / Electronic control
systems.
Both flash lights and the rear fog light will be activated automatically. Both tail lights and stop light
include a constant load of 5 W. The other functions do not include loads
Testing of cars without CAN-BUS systems.
The build-in load for test of cars with CAN-BUS/Electronic control systems will at the same time give a
correct testing of cars without these systems, as the wirering and socket connections are loaded and
error indications because of poor connections can be avoided.
To activate the load-function, the button “TEST” has to be pushed down.
The green light-diodes:
If testline has been activated too long the load will be overheated and a thermal fuse will turn off the
load. At the same time the green light-diodes concerned will turn red. When the light-diode turn green
again, the load is reactivated. We recommend just to push down the button “TEST” for shortest time
possible.
Average time, before the load-function will be overheated by constant use:
Flash light/rear fog light :
1-2 min.
Other functions:
3-5 min.
Note: the functions no. 9-10-12 do not include loads.

Almindelig anvendelse af Testline:
- Trailerstikket sættes i stikdåsen.
- Den funktion, der ønskes testet, aktiveres - f.eks. baglyset eller stoplyset.
- Herved vil lysdioden for den pågældende funktion lyse.
Test af biler med CAN-BUS systemer:
Testline Cargo 211058 har indbygget en automatisk belastning specielt til afprøvning af biler med
CAN-BUS / Electronic control systemer.
Begge blinklys, samt tågebaglygte belastes automatisk. Begge baglys og stoplys har en konstant
belastning på 5 W. Øvrige funktioner har ikke belastning.
Test af biler uden CAN-BUS systemer.
Belastningen, der er indbygget til afprøvning af biler med CAN-BUS systemer, giver samtidigt en korrekt afprøvning af biler uden disse systemer, da ledningsnet og stikforbindelser belastes, og fejlvisning
på grund af dårlige forbindelser kan undgås.
For at aktivere belastningsfunktionen, skal knappen “TEST” trykkes ned.
De grønne lysdioder:
Har Testline været aktiveret for længe vil belastningen blive for varm, og en termosikring frakobler
belastningen. Samtidig vil de pågældende grønne lysdioder lyse rødt. Når lysdioden igen lyser grønt,
er belastningen igen aktiv.
Derfor anbefales det kun at nedtrykke knappen “TEST” i kortest mulige perioder.
Gennemsnitlig tid inden belastning bliver for varm:
Blinklys / tågebaglygte 1-2 min.
Øvrige funktioner
3-5 min.
Bemærk Funktionerne nr. 9-10-12 har ingen belastning.

Normaler Gebrauch der Testline:
- Den Anhängerstecker in die Steckdose stecken.
- Die gewünschte Funktion betätigen - z. B. Rücklicht oder Bremslicht.
- Daraufhin leuchtet die Leuchtdiode der entsprechenden Funktion.
Autos mit CAN-BUS und Check-Control Systemen testen:
Die Testline Cargo 211058 besitzt eine eingebaute Funktion, die speziell für das Testen von Kraftfahrzeugen mit CAN-BUS Anlagen berechnet ist.
Beide Blinklichter sowie das Nebelrücklicht werden automatisch aktiviert. Beide Rücklichter und die
Bremslichter haben eine konstante 5 W. Belastung. Die übrigen Funktionen haben keine Belastung.
Autos ohne CAN-BUS und Check-control Systemen testen:
Die Funktion, die zum Prüfen von Kraftfahrzeugen mit CAN-BUS Anlagen eingebaut ist, ermöglicht
gleichzeitig das korrekte Prüfen von Kraftfahrzeugen ohne diese Anlagen, weil das Leitungsnetz und
die Steckerverbindungen belastet werden, und dadurch eine verkehrte Anzeige wegen einer schlechten Verbindung vermieden wird. Um die Belastungsfunktion zu aktivieren, muß der “TEST” Knopf
gedrückt werden.
Die grünen Leuchtdioden :
Wenn die Testline zu lange aktiviert wird, dann wird die Belastung heiss und eine Thermosicherung
schaltet die Belastung ab. Gleichzeitig wechselt die entsprechende Leuchtdiode von grün auf rot.
Wenn die Leuchtdiode wieder grün leuchtet, dann ist die Belastung wieder aktiv.
Es wird empfohlen, den “TEST” Knopf so kurze Zeit wie möglich zu drücken.
Durchschnittliche Zeit, bevor die Belastung zu heiß wird:
Blinklicht / Nebelschlußleuchte: 1-2 Min.
Sonstige Funktionen:
3-5 Min.
Bemerke: Die Funktionen Nr. 9-10-12 sind ohne Belastung.

Utilisation normale:
- Pousser la fiche vers la prise de courant.
- Activer la fonction que vous voulez tester feux arrière ou feux stop.
- La lumière de la diode du testeur s’allume indiquant que la fonction choisie est activée.
Essai des voitures avec le système CAN-BUS:
Le testeur CARGO 211058 inclut une fonction spécifique pour tester les voitures avec CAN-BUS et
système de contrôle électronique.
Les feux clignotants (droite et gauche) et feux arrière anti-brouillard vont s’activer automatiquement.
Les feux arrière et les feux stop comprennent une charge constante de 5 W. Les autres fonctions
n’incluent pas des charges.
Essai des voitures sans le système CAN-BUS:
Le chargement incorporé pour les tests avec CAN-BUS et système de contrôle électronique va
en même temps donner un test correct sans ces systèmes, comme les installations électriques et
les connections des prises de courant sont chargées et les erreurs d’indication à cause de faibles
connections peuvent être évitées.
Pour activer la fonction chargement, appuyer sur le bouton “TEST”.
La diode verte:
Si le testeur a été activé trop longtemps, le chargement va être surchauffé et le fusible thermique va
couper (bloqué) le chargement. En même temps, la diode verte concernée va devenir rouge. Quand la
diode redevient verte, le chargement est réactivé. Nous recommandons de juste appuyer sur le bouton
“TEST” pendant un court temps.
Le temps moyen avant que la fonction chargement soit surchauffée pour une utilisation constante :
Feu clignotant/feux arrière anti-brouillard : 1-2 min.
Autres fonctions : 3-5 min.
Note: Les fonctions n° 9-10-12 ne comprennent pas de chargement.

Normale utilizzo del tester:
- Inserire la spina nella presa del rimorchio.
- Attivare la funzione desiderata - p. es. luci retromarcia o freni.
- Si illuminerà il diodo della funzione corrispondente.
Testare veicoli con sistema CAN-BUS:
Il tester Cargo 211058 possiede una funzione specifica per analizzare gli autoveicoli dotati d’impianti
CAN-BUS.
Entrambe le frecce così come i retronebbia vengono attivati automaticamente. Entrambe le luci
posteriori e le luci stop hanno un carico costante di 5 W.; Le restanti funzioni ne sono sprovviste.
Testare veicoli senza sistema CAN-BUS:
Il carico interno per la funzione CAN-BUS permette allo stesso tempo la prova anche degli impianti
tradizionali, così che mettendo in carico l’impianto si limita la possibilità di errori di segnalazione.
Per attivare la funzione di carico deve essere premuto il tasto “TEST”.
I diodi luminosi verdi:
Quando il tester viene attivato per troppo tempo il carico lo surriscalda ed un fusibile termico lo
scollega. Allo stesso tempo il diodo luminoso verde diventerà rosso. Quando il diodo luminoso
diventerà nuovamente verde sarà riattivato.
E’ consigliabile tenere premuto il tasto “TEST” il minimo indispensabile.
Tempi medi prima del surriscaldamento:
Frecce/Retronebbia : 1-2 minuti.
Altre funzioni : 3-5 minuti.
Nota: Le funzioni 9-10-12 sono senza carico.
Valori di carico con funzione “TEST” attivata
Frecce destre: 21 W.
Frecce sinistre: 21 W.
Retronebbia: 21 W.
Luci posteriori destre: 5 W.
Luci posteriori sinistre:
