​Ouassim Tadlaoui belongs to the Financial Services Group in our Montréal office. In his career, Mr. Tadlaoui has established a diversified practice as a litigator in banking, civil
and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, civil and professional liability, as
well as construction law. In addition, he has represented and advised property owners,
developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, as well as national and international
corporations, in matters of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, as well as in all
fields of the construction industry. Mr. Tadlaoui has pleaded before various levels of the
judiciary, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court (Civil Division and Commercial Division) and the Court of Appeal.
