g The Indonesian group,
Alila Hotels & Resorts, is
pursuing its expansion by
developing two new hotels located in exceptional
sites. A fortress on a hill in
Rajasthan will be transformed into a boutique
hotel by the end of the
year, while in early 2014,
the Alila Jabal Akhdar, designed by P49 and Atkins,
will open by a cliff side in
the mountains of the Sultanate of Oman.

Baccarat sort de ses showrooms pour se lancer à l’assaut de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme. La
première propriété ouvrira en 2014 à New York,
dans un building des architectes Skidmore,
Owings & Merrill (SOM). En tout, 61 appartements privés et 14 chambres d’hôtel, tous
aménagés par Tony Ingrao. Suivront Rabbat,
Shanghai (résidences uniquement), Marrakech
et enfin Dubaï, en 2016.g Baccarat is venturing forth from its showrooms to focus on the
upmarket hotel sector. The first property will
open in 2014 in New York in a building designed
by the architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill
(SOM). The complex will contain 61 private
apartments and 114 hotel rooms, all designed
by Tony Ingrao for Baccarat. Other establishments will be opened in Rabat, Shanghai (residential units only), Marrakech and, lastly, Dubai
