The Bernese Oberland is separated from the Valaisannes Alps by the Rhone valley. Entirely situated in Switzerland, between Aar in the north and the Rhone to the south, this impressive mountain range counts no less than nine summits of over 4000 meters. We also find the Aletsch glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps, and the most difficult rock face: the Eigerwand or the north face of the Eiger or the Ogre. This well-named summit has become the pride of all who live in the region. We invite you to discover a new way to complete the TMB: a customised version on more strenuous, longer and seldom crowded trail, including original, off the beaten tracks and sometimes very unique segments, a significantly different version of the classic TMB route. In this program we wish to share a slice of our long life-experience in hiking the secret corners of our range. It was designed for expert hikers with a good experience in hiking on rocky and uneven terrain. We offer a program that aims at satisfying a hiker’s curiosity and desire to discover the wildest areas of the Mont Blanc range.
