3 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Das Videoübertragungssystem AV-240SET besteht aus
einer Funkkamera in einem Klingeltaster, einem Farbmonitor mit Empfangsteil und einem Netzgerät. Es dient
als Video-Überwachungsanlage in einem Hauseingang.
Die Reichweite zwischen der Funkkamera und dem Monitor beträgt ca. 10 m.

2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Übertragungssystem (bestehend aus Funkkamera,
Farbmonitor und Netzgerät) entspricht allen erforderlichen
Richtlinien der EU und ist deshalb mit
gekennzeichnet.
WARNUNG Das Steckernetzgerät wird mit lebensgefährlicher Netzspannung versorgt. Nehmen Sie deshalb niemals selbst Eingriffe
am Netzgerät vor. Es besteht die Gefahr
eines elektrischen Schlages.
Beachten Sie auch unbedingt folgende Punkte:
G Verwenden Sie das Netzgerät und den Monitor nur im
Innenbereich. Schützen Sie diese Geräte vor Tropfund Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C). Verwenden Sie zum Säubern nur ein trockenes, weiches
Tuch, auf keinen Fall Wasser oder Chemikalien.
G Installieren Sie die Kamera nur unter einem Regendach, sodass sie vor direktem Niederschlag geschützt
ist. Setzen Sie sie keinen extremen Temperaturen aus
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich -10 bis +40 °C).
Reinigen Sie die Kamera nicht mit scharfen Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmitteln.
G Werden die Geräte zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig installiert, falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende
Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für
die Geräte übernommen werden.
Soll das Übertragungssystem endgültig aus
dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben
Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem
örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
Verbrauchte Batterien dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll geworfen werden. Geben Sie sie nur in den Sondermüll
(z. B. Sammelbehälter bei Ihrem Einzelhändler).

3.1 Konformität und Zulassung
Hiermit erklärt MONACOR INTERNATIONAL, dass sich
das Übertragungssystem AV-240SET in Übereinstimmung mit den grundlegenden Anforderungen und den
übrigen einschlägigen Bestimmungen der Richtlinie
1999 / 5 / EG befindet. Die Konformitätserklärung kann
bei MONACOR INTERNATIONAL angefordert werden.
Das Übertragungssystem arbeitet im 2,4-GHz-Bereich
und ist für den Betrieb in den EU- und EFTA-Staaten allgemein zugelassen und anmelde- und gebührenfrei.
4 Inbetriebnahme
1) Den Monitor mit seiner Halterung an geeigneter
Stelle festschrauben und optimal ausrichten.
2) Das Netzgerät an die Kupplung (5) des Monitors anschließen und in eine Steckdose (230 V~ / 50 Hz) stecken. Wird das Übertragungssystem längere Zeit
nicht betrieben, sollte das Netzgerät aus der Steckdose gezogen werden. Auch bei ausgeschaltetem
Monitor verbraucht es stets einen geringen Strom.
3) Zur Montage und zum Einsetzen oder Wechseln der
Batterien die Abdeckung (6) für das Namensschild
abnehmen. Dazu den Klingelknopf (7) gedrückt halten, gleichzeitig die Abdeckung etwas aufklappen
und nach unten abnehmen.
4) Die Kamera wird mit zwei 1,5-V-Batterien der Größe
Mignon (AA) versorgt. Das Batteriefach befindet sich
unter der Namensschildabdeckung. Die Batterien mit
dem Plus- und Minuspol so herum einsetzen, wie es
der Aufdruck im Batteriefach zeigt.
5) Zuerst sollte ein Probebetrieb erfolgen, damit die optimale Stelle für die Kamera ermittelt, ein störungsfreier
Übertragungskanal eingestellt ( Bedienschritt 6)
und das Objektiv (8) ausgerichtet ( Schritt 7) werden kann.
6) Zum Einstellen eines störungsfreien Übertragungskanals den Monitor mit der Taste (1) einschalten.
Die Betriebsanzeige (4) leuchtet und zeigt durch kurzes Ausschalten den eingestellten Kanal an (1 × kurz
aus = Kanal 1, 2 × kurz aus = Kanal 2 usw.). Den
Klingelknopf (7) nicht betätigen, sodass die Kamera
ausgeschaltet bleibt. Durch Drücken der Taste CH
(3) einen störungsfreien Empfangskanal einstellen.
Mit jedem Drücken wird auf den nächsthöheren Ka-

nal umgeschaltet (nach Kanal 4 folgt wieder Kanal 1).
Mit dem Schiebeschalter (10) den gleichen Kanal an
der Kamera einstellen.
7) Das Objektiv lässt sich um ca. 45° nach oben, unten,
rechts oder links schwenken. Dazu den Stift (11) auf
der Rückseite mit einem dünnen Gegenstand hineindrücken und gleichzeitig das Objektiv in die gewünschte Richtung schwenken.
8) Den Klingeltaster mit den beiden Montagelöchern
(12) an geeigneter Stelle festschrauben. Der Lochabstand beträgt 40 mm. Der Schärfebereich liegt bei
0,5 – 2 m Abstand vom Objektiv.
9) Das Namensschild beschriften, in die Abdeckung (6)
legen und das Batteriefach mit der Abdeckung wieder schließen.
5 Bedienung
1) Den Montor mit der Taste (1) einschalten. Die Betriebsanzeige (4) leuchtet und zeigt durch kurzes
Ausschalten den eingestellten Kanal an (1 × kurz aus
= Kanal 1, 2 × kurz aus = Kanal 2 usw.).
2) Wird der Klingelknopf (7) betätigt, schaltet sich die
Kamera für ca. 30 Sekunden ein. Die LED (9) leuchtet solange. Über den Monitor ertönt viermal ein
2-Ton-Gong und das Kamerabild erscheint.
3) Durch Drücken der Taste (2) die Bildhelligkeit einstellen. Mit jedem Drücken wird auf die nächsthöhere
Helligkeitsstufe geschaltet (nach Stufe 8 = max. Helligkeit folgt wieder Stufe 1 = min. Helligkeit).
4) Soll der Monitor ausgeschaltet werden, die Taste
drücken. Die Betriebsanzeige (4) erlischt.

3 Applications
The video transmission system AV-240SET consists of a
wireless camera in a bell button, a colour monitor with receiving part and a power supply unit. It serves as a video
surveillance system at the entrance. The range between
the wireless camera and the monitor is approx. 10 m.

The power supply unit and the monitor are suitable for
indoor use only. Protect these units against dripping
water and splash water, high air humidity, and heat
(admissible ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C). For
cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use chemicals or water.
Only install the camera under a rain shield so that it is
protected against direct precipitation. Do not expose
it to extreme temperatures (admissible ambient temperature range -10 to +40 °C). Do not clean the camera with aggressive detergents or solvents.
No guarantee claims for the units and no liability for
any resulting personal damage or material damage
will be accepted if the units are used for other purposes than originally intended, if they are not correctly
installed or operated, or not repaired in an expert way.
If the transmission system is to be put out of
operation definitively, take it to a local recycling
plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the
environment.
Do not put exhausted batteries into the household rubbish but take them to a special waste disposal (e. g.
collective container at your retailer).
3.1 Conformity and approval
Herewith, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL declare that
the transmission system AV-240SET is in accordance
with the basic requirements and the other relevant regulations of the directive 1999 / 5 / EC. The declaration of
conformity is available on request from MONACOR
INTERNATIONAL.
The transmission system operates in the 2.4 GHz
range and is generally approved for operation in the EU
and EFTA countries and is licence-free.
4 Setting into Operation
1) Tightly screw the monitor with its bracket at a suitable place and align it in an optimum way.
2) Connect the power supply unit to the inline jack (5) of
the monitor and to a socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz). If the
transmission system will not be operated for a longer
time, the power supply unit should be disconnected.
Even if the monitor is switched-off, the PSU will always have a low current consumption.
3) For mounting and inserting or replacing the batteries,
remove the cover (6) for the nameplate. For this purpose keep the bell button (7) pressed, at the same
time slightly open the cover and remove it downwards.
4) The camera is supplied with power via two 1.5 V batteries of size AA. The battery compartment is below
the nameplate cover. Insert the batteries with the
positive and negative poles as printed in the battery
compartment.
5) It is recommended to make a trial run first to find the
optimum place for the camera, to adjust an interference-free transmission channel ( step 6) and to
align the lens (8) [ step 7].
6) To adjust an interference-free transmission channel,
switch on the monitor with the button
(1). The
power LED (4) lights up and indicates the adjusted
channel by short switching-off (1 × shortly off = channel 1, 2 × shortly off = channel 2, etc.). Do not actuate the bell button (7) so that the camera remains
switched off. Press the button CH (3) to adjust an interference-free receiving channel. Each time the button is pressed, the unit is switched to the next higher
channel (after channel 4, channel 1 will follow). With
the sliding switch (10) adjust the same channel on
the camera.

7) The lens can be moved by approx. 45° upwards,
downwards, to the right or left. For this purpose press
down the pin (11) on the rear side with a thin object
and at the same time move the lens into the desired
direction.
8) Tightly screw the bell button with the two mounting
holes (12) at a suitable place. The hole distance is
40 mm. The focus range is at a distance of 0.5 to 2 m
from the lens.
9) Write a name on the nameplate, place it into the
cover (6) and close the battery compartment with the
cover.
5 Operation
1) Switch on the monitor with the button (1). The operating indication (4) lights up and shows the adjusted channel by short switching-off (1 × shortly off
= channel 1, 2 × shortly off = channel 2 etc.).
2) If the bell button (7) is actuated, the camera will be
switched on for approx. 30 seconds. The LED (9) lights
up for the same time. Via the monitor a 2-tone chime
sounds four times and the camera picture appears.
3) Press the button
(2) to adjust the picture brightness. Each time the button is pressed, the unit is
switched to the next higher brightness level (after
level 8 = maximum brightness, level 1 = minimum
brightness will follow).
4) To switch off the monitor, press button . The power
LED (4) will be extinguished.

3 Possibilités dʼutilisation
Le système de surveillance vidéo AV-420SET se compose dʼune caméra sans fil dans un clavier de sonnette,
dʼun moniteur couleur avec élément récepteur et dʼun
bloc secteur. Il sert, en tant quʼinstallation de vidéo surveillance, dans une entrée de maison. La portée entre
la caméra sans fil et le moniteur est de 10 m environ.

3.1 Conformité et déclaration
Par la présente, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL déclare
que le système de transmission AV-240SET se trouve
en conformité avec les exigences fondamentales et les
réglementations inhérentes à la directive 1999 / 5 / CE.
Vous pouvez demander à MONACOR INTERNATIONAL
la déclaration de conformité.
Le système de surveillance fonctionne dans la plage
2,4 GHz et est autorisé pour un fonctionnement dans les
pays de lʼunion européenne et de lʼA.E.LE. sans déclaration spécifique.
4 Fonctionnement
1) Vissez le moniteur avec son support à un endroit
adéquat et orientez-le de manière optimale.
2) Reliez le bloc secteur à la fiche (5) du moniteur puis
reliez lʼautre extrémité à une prise secteur 230 V~ /
50 Hz. En cas de non utilisation prolongée du système, débranchez le bloc secteur car même lorsque
le moniteur est éteint, il a une faible consommation.
3) Retirez le couvercle (6) pour le panneau nominatif,
pour le montage et pour insérer ou remplacer les batteries. Pour ce faire, maintenez le bouton (7) enfoncé, simultanément, ouvrez le couvercle légèrement et retirez-le en le poussant vers le bas.
4) La caméra fonctionne avec deux batteries 1,5 V de
type R6. Le compartiment batterie se trouve sous le
couvercle du panneau nominatif. Insérez les batteries en respectant les pôles plus et moins comme indiqué dans le compartiment.
5) Il convient dʼeffectuer un test de fonctionnement afin
de déterminer lʼemplacement optimal de la caméra,
de régler un canal de transmission sans interférences ( point 6) et dʼorienter lʼobjectif (8)
[ point 7].
6) Pour régler un canal de transmission sans interférence, allumez le moniteur avec la touche (1). Le
témoin de fonctionnement (4) brille et indique en
sʼéteignant brièvement le canal réglé (1 × brièvement
éteint = canal 1, 2 × brièvement éteint = canal 2 etc.).
Nʼactivez pas le bouton sonnette (7) de telle sorte
que la caméra reste éteinte. En appuyant sur la
touche CH (3), réglez un canal de réception sans interférences. A chaque pression, vous passez au

canal suivant (après le canal 4, on revient au canal
1). Avec le sélecteur de canal (10), réglez le même
canal sur la caméra.
7) Lʼobjectif peut être orienté de 45° environ vers le
haut, le bas, à droite ou à gauche. Appuyez avec un
objet fin sur le picot (11) situé sur la face arrière et
simultanément, orientez lʼobjectif dans la position
voulue.
8) Vissez le clavier via les deux trous de montage (12)
à lʼendroit voulu. Lʼentraxe est de 40 mm. La netteté
est à une distance de 0,5 à 2 m de lʼobjectif.
9) Ecrivez sur le panneau nominatif, mettez-le dans le
couvercle (6) et refermez le compartiment batterie
avec le couvercle.
5 Utilisation
1) Allumez le moniteur avec la touche (1). Le témoin
de fonctionnement (4) brille et indique en sʼéteignant
brièvement le canal réglé (1 × brièvement éteint =
canal 1, 2 × brièvement éteint = canal 2 etc.).
2) Lorsque le bouton sonnette (7) est activé, la caméra
sʼallume pendant 30 secondes environ. La LED (9)
brille pendant ce temps. Un gong 2 tons est émis quatre fois via le moniteur, lʼimage de la caméra apparaît.
3) En appuyant sur la touche (2), réglez la luminosité
de lʼimage. A chaque pression, vous passez à la
plage supérieure (après la plage 8 = luminosité maximale, retour à la plage 1 = luminosité minimale).
4) Pour éteindre le moniteur, appuyez sur la touche ,
le témoin de fonctionnement (4) sʼéteint.

Il sistema di trasmissione video AV-240SET è composto da una telecamera wireless situata in un campanello, da un monitor a colori con ricevitore e da un
alimentatore. Serve come impianto di sorveglianza
video al portone di una casa. La portata fra la telecamera e il monitor è di 10 m circa.

2 Avvertenze di sicurezza
Il sistema di trasmissione (composto da una telecamera
wireless, un monitor a colori e un alimentatore) è con®
Si devono osservare assolutamente anche i seguenti
punti:
G Usare lʼalimentatore e il monitor solo allʼinterno di locali. Proteggere questi apparecchi dallʼacqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi dʼacqua, da alta umidità dellʼaria
e dal calore (temperatura dʼimpiego ammessa fra 0 °C
e 40 °C). Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o acqua.
G Installare la telecamera sotto un parapioggia in modo
da proteggerla dalle precipitazioni dirette. Non esporla
a temperatura estreme (temperatura dʼimpiego ammessa fra -10 a +40 °C). Non pulire la telecamera con
detergenti o solventi aggressivi.
G Nel caso dʼuso improprio, dʼinstallazione sbagliata,
dʼimpiego scorretto o di riparazione non a regola
dʼarte degli apparecchi, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per
gli apparecchi.
Se si desidera eliminare il sistema di trasmissione definitivamente, consegnarlo per lo
smaltimento ad unʼistituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
Non gettare le batterie scariche nelle immondizie di
casa bensì negli appositi contenitori (p. es. presso il
vostro rivenditore).
3.1 Conformità e omologazione
Con la presente, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL dichiara
che il sistema di trasmissione AV-240SET è conforme
ai requisiti fondamentali e alle rimanenti disposizioni in
materia della Direttiva 1999 / 5 / CE. La dichiarazione di
conformità può essere richiesta presso MONACOR
INTERNATIONAL.
Il sistema di trasmissione lavora nel campo di
2,4 GHz e il suo uso è ammesso negli stati UE ed EFTA.
Non richiede registrazione ed è esente da tasse.
4 Messa in funzione
1) Avvitare il monitor in un posto adatto per mezzo del
suo supporto e orientarlo in modo ottimale.
2) Collegare lʼalimentatore con la presa (5) del monitor
e inserirlo in una presa di rete (230 V~ / 50 Hz). Se il
sistema non si usa per un certo periodo, conviene
staccare lʼalimentatore dalla presa; infatti, anche con
il monitor spento consuma sempre un poʼ di corrente.
3) Per il montaggio, e per inserire o cambiare le batterie, togliere il coperchio (6) della targhetta. Per fare
ciò tener premuto il pulsante (7) di chiamata, aprire il
coperchio e staccarlo verso il basso.
4) La telecamera è alimentata con due batterie di 1,5 V
del tipo stilo (AA). Il vano batterie si trova sotto il coperchio della targhetta. Inserire le batterie con il polo
positivo e negativo come indicato nel vano stesso.
5) Conviene eseguire dapprima un test per trovare il
punto ottimale per la telecamera, per impostare un
canale di trasmissione senza interferenze ( passo
6) e per orientare lʼobiettivo (8) [ passo 7].
6) Per impostare un canale senza interferenze, accendere il monitor con il tasto (1). Si accende la spia
di funzionamento (4) e con il breve spegnimento indica il canale impostato (1 × spenta brevemente =
canale 1, 2 × spenta brevemente = canale 2 ecc.).
Non azionare il pulsante (7) di chiamata, in modo da
lasciare spenta la telecamera. Premendo il tasto CH
(3), impostare un canale di ricezione senza interferenze. Con ogni pressione del tasto si passa al canale successivo (al canale 4 segue nuovamente il
canale 1). Con il selettore (10) impostare il canale
identico sulla telecamera.

7) Lʼobiettivo può essere mosso di 45° ca. verso lʼalto,
il basso, a destra e a sinistra. Per fare ciò spingere
verso lʼinterno il perno (11) sul retro, servendosi di un
oggetto sottile, e girare contemporaneamente lʼobiettivo nella direzione desiderata.
8) Avvitare il campanello in un posto adatto per mezzo
dei due fori di montaggio (12). La distanza fra i fori è
di 40 mm. Il fuoco si ha ad una distanza di 0,5 – 2 m
dallʼobiettivo.
9) Scrivere un nome sulla targhetta, mettere la targhetta
nel coperchio (6) e richiudere il vano batterie con il
coperchio.
5 Funzionamento
1) Accendere il monitor con il tasto (1). Si accende la
spia di funzionamento (4) e con il breve spegnimento
indica il canale impostato (1 × spenta brevemente =
canale 1, 2 × spenta brevemente = canale 2 ecc.).
2) Se viene azionato il pulsante (7) di chiamata, la telecamere si attiva per 30 secondi circa e il LED (9) rimane acceso nel frattempo. Dal monitor si sente
quattro volte un gong di due toni, e appare lʼimmagine della telecamera.
3) Premendo il tasto (2), si può regolare la luminosità
dellʼimmagine. Con ogni pressione si passa al livello
successivo di luminosità (il livello 8 = luminosità max.
è seguito dal livello 1 = luminosità min.).
4) Per spegnere il monitor, premere il tasto . Si spegne
la spia di funzionamento (4).
