David focuses his practice on commercial real estate, and is recognized as one of the

Acts for landlords of large apartment building portfolios in connection with the
sale and purchase, redevelopment and financing of their buildings.

Acts for short-line railway companies in connection with the acquisition and
operation of provincial short-lines.

Acted for underwriters and lenders to a hotel REIT in carrying out due diligence
and simultaneous closing of 15 hotels across Canada.

