Desenberg Vows to Arrest Zuckerberg and Google Boys
Roger Marx Desenberg is the inventor, patent owner, and copyright owner of the Lead Option
Engine© , which is commonly known as Google's Adwords, which accounts for 99% of the revenue
generated by Google and Facebook.
Google's AdWords and Facebook's ad systems are both illegally reverse engineered copies of
the Lead Option Engine© , and both have added modules which changes bids, turning their illegally
copied systems into criminal anti-trust violating bid rigging systems, which the public is unaware
but U.S. attorneys and Supreme Court Judges have been duly notified.
The Supreme Court and Google confirmed there is no prior art which is enough evidence to
make arrests according to software guru Desenberg, "Zuckerberg and the Google boys are nothing
but common thieves. Finally after 14 years, I will be able to make arrests."
The Supreme Court has confirmed the Southern District of New York's finding there is no
prior art in the civil case filed Desenberg v Google, which is evidence enough to produce probable
cause and arrest the wealthiest Internet CEOs in the world. The case was dismissed with neither
Desenberg nor Google a clear "winner" or "loser". Desenberg has the rights to arrest Google's executive team, Facebook's management team, and other company executives who use the Lead Option Engine© , aka AdWords, without purchasing a license from Inventor Desenberg. And though
Desenberg has rights to make arrests, the Courts decided the case was too big for a civil case, and
that criminal proceedings were in order. This further delays Desenberg's ability to seize assets from
the corporate thieves, and this delay is certainly in favor of Google. But in the future, according to
Desenberg, all Adwords and AdSense servers will be taken down and replaced with proper nonanti-trust violating Lead Option Engine© servers.
Hence, there is no clear winner or loser from the civil case, unless Google's executives, and
Facebook's Zuckerberg are arrested and Desenberg manages to seize assets. Both Google's CEO, and
Facebooks's Zuckerberg were asked as to who wrote the software they use to collect all their revenue, and they both refused to comment.

Google has influenced several US government agencies to try and stop Mr.

1) An unnamed “US Govt Agency Beyond UPS Control” confiscated Mr.

2) A police officer, Officer Christopher Shale, was hired by Google to plant
drugs on Mr. Desenberg in an attempt to arrest him and put him in prison

wherein the performance of the service includes a service transaction fee paid by the user or the
provider;
storing in a database at least first provider information and second provider information,
the at least first provider information and the at least second provider representing at least respective
maximum lead prices, each of the respective maximum lead prices representing the maximum amount that each
of at least a first provider and a second provider is willing to pay for an lead,
wherein each of the at least first and second providers provide at least one service with which the lead is
associated;
comparing the respective maximum lead prices to determine a lowest respective maximum lead price;
identifying the provider associated with the lowest one of the respective maximum lead prices;
receiving at least one lead limit that represents a maximum quantity of leads to be provided;
receiving from a user or provider a request for contact information, the contact information enabling
communication between the user and at least one of the first provider and the second provider;
selecting at least one provider based on each respective provider’s maximum lead price and the lead
limit;
calculating a respective transaction lead price for each of the at least one selected provider, wherein the
respective transaction lead price equals at most each respective selected provider’s maximum lead price;
and providing the at least one lead to the user or provider for project work.

Assess your cost, click, and position estimates
The traffic estimator returns estimates for how much you might pay per day
for the keywords you have chosen. In this example, the average cost per
day is US$16.14 with an average CPC of US$1.62. You'll also see the
average position of your ad. Here, the average position is 1.5.
You may decide that the Traffic Estimator predicted too many/few clicks at
too high/low a CPC. If so, you can enter a new maximum CPC in the
maximum CPC field and click Recalculate Estimates.
You will now see a new list of estimates. In this example, lowering the
maximum CPC to US$1.50 from US$2.41 resulted in an average CPC that
was, on average, US$0.86 lower. However, the average position dropped
from 1.5 to 2.3 and the average clicks per day dropped as well.
If cost is more important to you, you may choose to go with this recalculated
option. If position and exposure are more important, you may try option 1.

The LeadOptionEngine® is the original
MaxPrice Model system, determined on
January 5th, of 1999, to be an extremely
worthy Internet invention. Before explaining
what it is, we will first review other
technologies, the telephone, and the
television, to help explain how the Internet
is.
As a major new technology develops,
certain methods are discovered in how to
use new technology. For example, when
telegraphs were deployed in 1800's, two

inventors had the same epiphany after thirty
years of telegraph single message use, a
multiple message telegraph could be
invented to transfer voice, and hence, the
telephone was invented. The two inventors,
without ever seeing each others paperwork,
raced to the patent office within hours of
each other. And remarkably the two
inventors had very similar drawings, and
paperwork. Why? Because intelligent minds
work alike. And really, even to this day,
wired telephones are remarkably the same
as they were back in the 1800's. The only
two major additions to the telephone are
wireless technology, and adding a computer
to the phone to remember text such as
phone numbers. The point is, once society
discovers a new technology, the best
inventions using that technology is usually
discovered quickly, and does not change
much, for a long time. Even after a hundred
years, a telephone today does the same
thing it did one hundred years ago, it carries
voice from one place to another in real time.
Quality has improved, but essentially
functionality has not changed.

click on a link, an email, transfer of contact
information, could be a chat window, even a
phone call. This connection connects the
customer with the vendor. The user enters in
the Maximum Price. This is far more efficient
than bidding systems, where users
repeatedly change bid prices. A Maximum
Price is entered, and the market works from
there. Zero can also be entered as a
Maximum Price.
Television is also similar. We have had
three major advanced in television over 80
years. First there was black and white, then
color, then HDTV. And that's about it. In the
end you have a box, and you can see and
hear what is happening somewhere else, in
real time. It's as amazing today as it was in
the 1930's.
The Market Price is an emarketplace
formula. There are an infinite number of
formulas that can work. Here is the classic
formula:
With the Internet, the same kinds of events
are occurring. There is probably only one
best way to connect customers with vendors
across the Internet in real time. And that
method is the MaxPrice Model system that is
at the heart of the LeadOptionEngine®. For
example, given 50 million vendors who
compete every day for business, it is a
difficult task to match a customer, using
economically fair methods, with the right

Maximum Exposure is a the total amount of
money the user is willing to pay for all
connections during the Time Period. The
Time Period can be system set, like per
month, or set by the user, depending on how
the emarketplace is set up. Embedded in the
Maximum Exposure is also the number of
connections the user will receive. The
number of connections can be limited by
number or by a currency amount. A user
may only want 5 leads, (or connections). Or
the user may want as many leads as
possible for a total of $100 at $2 per
Maximum Price paid per lead.
Ten users enter in the following Maximum
Prices:
$2.00, $1.50, $1.00, $10, $0.70, $0.50,
$0.20, $0.20, $0.10, $0.00
Five users are chosen to display to the end
user. Those with the highest Maximum
Prices are displayed. The fifth user sets the
Market Price in this formula, the $0.70 price.
Hence the ACTUAL prices paid for the
connections or leads are:
$0.74, $0.73, $0.72, $0.71, $0.70
The $0.74 gets listed first, and $0.70 gets

LeadOptionEngine can find the best three
matches for a customer or a vendor. This is
an amazing thing. This will allow all 6 billion
of us, eventually, to think as one entity. By
matching what people demand, with what
people can supply, in real time, with billions
of users, will create a powerful and
balanced global economy.
Here is the magic:
Repeated bidding is not needed.
(Bidding is an inefficient process for lead
generating Internet emarketplaces.)
Vendors can enter send data one time to the
emarketplace, to specify a period of time,
and pay different and fair market prices for
leads generated.
(Bidding systems do not work. Vendors
bidding several times per connection, can
easily cost the vendor the time to bid 300
times for 30 connections. That means
answering an email or logging into a system
100 times and making decisions, and bids,
for 10 connections.)
With the MaxPrice Model, a vendor can
enter in
ONE Max Price,
a time period,
a set of maximum exposure values,
and pay fair market prices everytime,
and
enter in the data in 2 minutes.
The time difference is 2 hours for a bid
process and 2 minutes for a MaxPrice Model
process.
In our example, bid process users
would have to spend 2 hours making
300 bids
(at an avg of 10 bids per connection) to
obtain 30 connections.
Only 2 minutes of data entry time for 30
connections is necessary
using the MaxPrice Model process.

Maximum Cost-Per-Click
Your maximum cost-per-click (CPC) is the
highest amount that you are willing to pay for
a click on your ad. You can set a maximum
CPC at the keyword- or Ad Group-level. The
AdWords Discounter automatically reduces
this amount so that the actual CPC you are
charged is just one cent more than the
minimum necessary to keep your position on
the page.
