STELLENAUSSCHREIBUNG - NATIONALTRAINER JUGEND
Die „Féderation Luxembourgeoise de Basketball“ (FLBB) sucht zum 01.09.2016 für
seine Jugendnationalmannschaften einen hauptamtlichen Nationaltrainer.
STELLENBESCHREIBUNG
Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind:
• Betreuung und Training der Kader in dem CFBB (Centre de Formation de
Basketball) und dem Sportlycée
• Teilnahme an Lehrgängen, Turnieren und Talentfindung und -förderung
• Vorbereitung einer Mannschaft zur Jugendeuropameisterschaft
• Mitarbeit an der langfristig angelegten Konzeption (LTAD Letzebuerg) der
Jugendleistungsförderung der FLBB
• Mitarbeit in der Traineraus- und -weiterbildung (Coach Clinics / Lehrgänge etc.)
ANFORDERUNGEN

Basketball A-Trainer-Lizenz oder Hochschulstudium im Leistungssportbereich
oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Erfahrung im Nachwuchsleistungssport auf Vereins- und/oder Verbandsebene
Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
PC-Anwenderkenntnisse der Office-Software (Word/Excel/Power Point)
gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch und/oder Französisch.
Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden, sowie außerhalb normaler Bürozeiten,
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
und Führungsqualitäten werden vorausgesetzt.

JOB POSTING - NATIONAL YOUTH COACH
The Luxemburgish Basketball Federation (FLBB) is seeking a full-time coach to start
on 01.09.2016 for its youth teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main tasks are:
• Supervision, formation and training of the teams in the CFBB (Centre de
Formation de Basketball) and Sportlycée
• Participation at training courses, tournaments, talent identification and promotion
• Preparation of a youth national squad to the European Championship
• Collaboration of the long-term concept (LTAD Letzebuerg) promoting youth
performance inside the FLBB
• Participation in the coaching education and training (Coach Clinics / courses etc.)

Basketball coaching A-license or university studies in competitive sports or
equivalent qualifications
Experience in youth Basketball at club and / or national federation level
Self-responsibility, organizational skills, independence and flexibility
PC-user knowledge of office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of English and German and/or French
Availability on weekends and outside normal office hours, teamwork, flexibility, ability
to withstand stress, excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
