WELCOME to the fifth edition of the Partners for Progress Sale. It is hard to believe that five years have
passed since the vision of a three breed female sale came to fruition. We would like to thank the
consignors who put their trust in us; we appreciate your commitment and all the work that gets done
behind the scenes in putting this event together. The cattle industry is a good business to be in right now
and we have assembled a group of cattle that will surely increase your bottomline and fill your needs. The
partners would also like to thank everyone who has taken time out of their busy schedules to support the
past sales and look forward to meeting and visiting with you on the 24th. Please join us Friday night for

la vision d’une vente de femelles à trois races. Nous aimerions remercier tout les consignateurs qui nous font

This amazing Playmaker daughter caught our eye as soon as we walked through the
pasture to select our sale heifers! She first started in the spring as an average little
yellow calf but soon caught up to all the bigger and older commercial calves that we
had! Really hard to describe her on paper but she really puts it all together well! She’s
just a little bloc k! Her dam is an old formula cow that we purchased at C&T a long
time ago, the kind of cow that produces year after year…
Cette fille de Playmaker a tout de suite capté notre attention quand nous sommes allé
au pacage pour choisir nos génisses pour la vente! Elle est très profonde, très large
et a surtout beaucoup de performance. Sa mère, année après année, nous donne à
l’automne des veaux en moyenne entre 600 et 900lbs dépendamment de leurs âges
et de leurs sexes .

This half-sister to the 3C heifer is really similar in type. Had a slow start like the
other one but surely caught up to all the rest of the calves! You can be sure we’ll use
this bull again! Probably my favorite of the two Playmaker daughters; she’s a little
bit more feminine than her big half-sister but has just as much performance with a
cleaner front.

This March heifer calf catches your eye as soon as you see her! She’s dark
red, big topped, has a lot of depth of body with nice feet and legs, and all
kinds of muscle shape. Really a tremendous feminine heifer that doesn’t give
up any performance. This heifer’s sire came to us in dam out of WTK 705G
LIBBY 147N, a cow we purchased from ANL. He was an outcross for us, so we
decided to keep him for breeding and I’m sure glad we did!

Sired by our past Royal Reserve Champion 7X, 124B is a full sibling to our 2013
offering, Reba 101A who was the high-selling Hereford female in this sale and sold
to Triple A in Sask. 124B is a stout made female with a huge top. The 7X females are
really good uddered, hard-working girls and we expect 124B will be no exception.
Perhaps the most exciting part of this lot is her service to our Cracker Jack son, who
was Reserve Champion bull at Expo Boeuf 2014. 124B was preg-checked Sept 1 and
the vet indicated she was carrying a heifer calf. The Cracker Jack progeny have been
very successful in the U.S. the last couple years, and with semen not available in
Canada, this is your chance to get in on the fun. Observed bred June 20 to ABRA 26U Toro 23Z ET; examined safe in calf to that breeding date.
