State of the World's Children 2006
UNICEF's State of the World's Children 2006, with a specific focus on
excluded and invisible children has been published and launched.
Millions of children are suffering from severe exploitation and discrimination
and have become virtually invisible to the world, UNICEF said in a major
report that explores the causes of exclusion and the abuses children
experience.

AUSTRIA
Austrian EU presidency to combat trafficking in children.
Austrian Interior Minister Liese Prokop said at a press conference that
combatting international trade in children would be one of the Austrian EU
presidency´s priorities, starting Jan 2006.
