1. INTRODUCTION :
INTRODUCTION
La Section laboratoire du COFRAC est l'un des signataires des accords de EA (European Cooperation for
Accreditation) et de ILAC (international Laboratory Accredidation Cooperation) de reconnaissance de
l'équivalence des certificats d'étalonnage.
COFRAC's laboratory section has signed the EA and ILAC multilateral agreement. EA signatories recognise the
equivalence of calibration certificates issued by EA agreement signatories.
La délivrance d'un certificat d'étalonnage portant le logotype COFRAC-Étalonnage garantit le raccordement des
résultats d'étalonnage au système international d'unités SI.
The delivery of a calibration certificate with the COFRAC-Etalonnage logo is a guarantee that the results are
traceable to the International System of Units SI.

3. MÉTHODE D' ÉTALONNAGE
CALIBRATION METHOD
L'étalonnage est réalisé en 3 cycles de 21 points par pression croissante puis décroissante, par comparaison
directe avec 1 étalon(s) du Laboratoire. À partir de ces résultats, la répétabilité, les écarts entre la pression
mesurée par le manomètre et pression de référence ainsi que l’incertitude associée sont déterminés sur toute
l'étendue de mesure.
The calibration consists in 3 cycles of 21 increasing and decreasing pressure points , by direct comparison with
1 standard(s) of the Laboratory. Then, from these results, the repeatability, the differences between the pressure

measured by the manometer and the reference pressure, and the corresponding uncertainty are determined in
the whole calibrated range.

L'incertitude élargie sur les écarts mesurés de pression dans le laboratoire est estimée à :
The expanded uncertainty on the measured difference of pressure in the laboratory is expressed as
U(P) = 6,3 hPa + 2,8.10-5 x P
Cette incertitude tient compte des différentes composantes d’incertitudes : incertitude sur l’étalon dans les
conditions de l’étalonnage, la résolution du manomètre, la stabilité de l’affichage et la répétabilité sur la pression
mesurée.
This uncertainty is calculated from the contributions of components uncertainties: uncertainty on the standard in
the calibration conditions, resolution of the manometer, stability of the display and the repeatability on measured
pressure.
L’erreur de justesse, égale à la valeur maximale de l’écart mesuré est de 0,025 bar.
The reading error, equal to the maximum value of measured difference is 0,025 bar.
L'incertitude élargie à prendre en compte lors de l'utilisation du manomètre doit être estimée en fonction des
conditions réelles de son utilisation.
