1. Scientific issue
The importance of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is increasing for
companies. How can we do to help the companies choose the right information in
the right context at the right time by applying the proper PLM functionalities?

2. Methodology
 Analyze of PLM functionalities to evaluate and select suitable PLM components
by adopting multi-criteria decision making methodologies.
 Propose a new decision-making methodology. Study decision-making data by
fuzzy membership function μÑ (x).

3. Expected Results
 Obtain PLM components ranking weight, get PLM components maturity score,
identify strengths and weaknesses of PLM components by adopting Fuzzy AHP.
 Propose strategies to handle the inconsistency issue in fuzzy analytic hierarchy
process.

Comment pouvons-nous faire pour aider les entreprises à choisir les bonnes
informations dans le bon contexte et au bon moment, en appliquant les
fonctionnalités ou composants appropriés de PLM?
Mots clés: Systèmes d’information, Fonctionnalités PLM, Fuzzy AHP, Système
d’aide à la décision.
* Méthode - Approche de résolution:
Développement d’algorithmes basés sur les outils AHP (Analytic hierarchy
process) et Fuzzy AHP pour la sélection les composants PLM optimaux;
Proposition d’une nouvelle méthodologie d’aide à la décision.

* Résultats
Identifier les forces et les faiblesses des composants PLM et estimer leur
niveau de maturité;
Utiliser les méthodologies d’aide à la décision avancées (Fuzzy AHP) pour
obtenir des résultats de classement précis.
