PEGAS: December trading results
Strong Spot volumes with a monthly record on PEGs
Leipzig, Paris, 8 January 2014 – PEGAS, the gas trading platform operated by
Powernext, announced that a total volume of 50.8 TWh was traded in December 2014,
which represents more than twice the volume traded over the same period last year
(December 2013: 23.0 TWh).
Spot Markets
Trading volumes on the Spot Markets reached 33.8 TWh in December (December
2013: 16.5 TWh). The volume on the German spot markets (GASPOOL and NCG
market areas) amounted to 15.5 TWh (December 2013: 8.0 TWh). This volume includes
3.5 TWh traded in quality-specific gas products. The French spot markets (PEG Nord,
PEG Sud, PEG TIGF market areas) registered a new monthly record with 10.6 TWh
(December 2013: 7.0 TWh). The previous monthly record was set in October 2014 with
9.7 TWh. The volume on the Dutch TTF spot market increased 5-fold to 7.6 TWh
compared with the previous year (December 2013: 1.5 TWh). 131,318 MWh were
traded on the Belgian ZTP spot market in December. The total volume of spread
transactions reached 2.7 TWh.
Derivatives Markets
In December, trading volumes on the PEGAS Derivatives Markets more than doubled
compared to the previous year with a volume of 17.0 TWh (December 2013: 6.5 TWh).
The volume on the German Futures markets (GASPOOL and NCG market areas)
reached 7.3 TWh (December 2013: 1.9 TWh). In the French market areas, a total of
1.5 TWh was traded on PEG Nord and PEG Sud Futures (December 2013: 2.6 TWh).
On the Dutch TTF Futures market, the total traded volume amounted to 8.2 TWh which
represents more than four times the volume traded over the same period last year
(December 2013: 2.0 TWh). In December, the total amount of spread transactions
reached 1.1 TWh.

PEGAS: Handelsvolumen im Dezember
Hohe Volumen am Spotmarkt mit Monatsrekord in den französischen
Marktgebieten
Leipzig, Paris, 8. Januar 2014 – Im Dezember 2014 wurde auf PEGAS, der von
Powernext betriebenen Gashandelsplattform, ein Volumen von insgesamt 50,8 TWh
gehandelt. Dies entspricht mehr als dem Doppelten des Vorjahresvolumens (Dezember
2013: 23,0 TWh).
Spotmärkte
An den Gas-Spotmärkten betrug das Volumen im Dezember 33,8 TWh (Dezember
2013: 16,5 TWh). In den deutschen Marktgebieten GASPOOL und NCG wurde ein
Volumen von 15,5 TWh verzeichnet (Dezember 2013: 8,0 TWh). In diesem Volumen
sind 3,5 TWh aus dem Handel mit qualitätsspezifischen Gasprodukten enthalten. In den
französischen Marktgebieten PEG Nord, PEG Süd und PEG TIGF wurde mit 10,6 TWh
ein neuer Montasrekord erreicht (Dezember 2013: 7,0 TWh). Der bisherige Rekord
wurde im Oktober 2014 mit einem Volumen von 9,7 TWh erzielt. Das Volumen am
niederländischen TTF-Spotmarkt hat sich mit 7,6 TWh im Vergleich zum Vorjahr
verfünffacht (Dezember 2013: 1,5 TWh). Am belgischen ZTP-Spotmarkt wurde im
Dezember ein Volumen von 131.318 MWh umgesetzt. Das Volumen in den SpreadProdukten am Spotmarkt belief sich auf 2,7 TWh.
Terminmärkte
Im Dezember hat sich das Handelsvolumen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr mit 17,0 TWh
mehr als verdoppelt (Dezember 2013: 6,5 TWh). In den deutschen Marktgebieten
GASPOOL und NCG stieg das Volumen auf 7,3 TWh (Dezember 2013: 1,9 TWh). In
den französischen Marktgebieten PEG Nord und PEG Süd wurden im Dezember
insgesamt 1,5 TWh gehandelt (Dezember 2013: 2,6 TWh). Am niederländischen TTFTerminmarkt wurde mit 8,2 TWh mehr als das Vierfache des Vorjahresvolumens
erreicht (Dezember 2013: 2,0 TWh). In den Spread-Produkten wurden im Dezember
1,1 TWh gehandelt.

PEGAS : Volumes négociés en décembre 2014
Gros volumes sur le Spot avec un record mensuel sur les PEGs
Leipzig, Paris, le 8 janvier 2015 – PEGAS, la plateforme de négociation de gaz
opérée par Powernext, annonce qu’un volume total de 50,8 TWh a été négocié en
décembre 2014, ce qui représente plus du double du volume négocié pendant la même
période de l’année précédente (décembre 2013 : 23,0 TWh).
Marchés spot
Le volume total négocié sur les marchés spot a atteint 33,8 TWh en décembre
(décembre 2013: 16,5 TWh). Les marchés spot allemands (zones de livraison
GASPOOL et NCG) ont atteint les 15,5 TWh négociés (décembre 2013 : 8,0 TWh). Ce
volume comprend 3,5 TWh négociés en produits gaz haute et basse qualité. Les
marchés spot français (zones de livraison PEG Nord, PEG Sud, PEG TIGF) ont
enregistré un volume record de 10,6 TWh (décembre 2013 : 7,0 TWh) ; le record
précédent avait été établi en octobre 2014 avec 9,7 TWh. Le volume négocié sur le
marché néerlandais TTF spot a quintuplé pour atteindre les 7,6 TWh (décembre 2013 :
1,5 TWh). Un volume de 131 318 MWh a été négocié sur le marché spot belge. En
décembre, le volume total des transactions sur les spreads a atteint 2,7 TWh.
Marchés dérivés
En décembre, le volume négocié sur les marchés dérivés de PEGAS a plus que doublé
par rapport à l’année précédente avec un volume de 17,0 TWh (décembre 2013: 6,5
TWh). 7,3 TWh ont été négociés sur les marchés dérivés allemands (zones de marchés
GASPOOL et NCG) contre 1,9 TWh en décembre 2013. Sur les zones de marché
françaises, un total de 1,5 TWh a été négocié en futures PEG Nord et PEG Sud.
(décembre 2013 : 2,6 TWh). Sur le marché néerlandais des Futures TTF, le volume
total négocié de 8,2 TWh a été enregistré ce qui représente plus de 4 fois celui négocié
pendant la même période l’année précédente (décembre 2013 : 2,0 TWh). En
décembre, l’ensemble des transactions spread a atteint un volume de 1,1 TWh.
