GATHERING COSTS – COUTS DE LA CONFERENCE
OPTION 1 FEES WITH ACCOMMODATION – COÛT HEBERGEMENT COMPRIS
Accommodation will be generally in tents so participants will be required to bring their own bedding (e.g.
sleeping bag and pillow). Some indoor accommodation will be available for those with special needs. All
efforts are being made to keep the costs as low as possible. Indoor accommodation is slightly more but the
prices below are for tented accommodation. Please enquire regarding additional costs. The indoor
accommodation is in shared rooms.
L’hébergement sera principalement en tente, les participants sont requis d’amener leur sac de couchage et
oreiller. Une possibilité d’hébergement en intérieur (dortoir) est possible pour ceux qui ont des besoins
spécifiques à un tarif légèrement plus élevé. Merci de nous contacter pour précisions. Les prix renseignés cidessous correspondent à un hébergement en tente. Nous nous employons à maintenir les coûts aussi bas
que possible.

The accommodation is from arrival at lunchtime on 20 January to departure on 25 January 2014. While it is
hoped that no extra costs will be added, soft drinks and the like will be at own cost. Badges and souvenirs will
be on sale.
Should you need accommodation before or after the conference this too will be at your own cost. Home stays
can be arranged.
L’hébergement est prévu pour une arrivée le 20 janvier à midi et un départ le 25 janvier 2014. Afin d’éviter de
majorer les coûts, boissons et autres seront à votre charge. Ecussons et souvenirs seront en vente.
Les nuitées hors dates susmentionnées seront à votre charge. Une demande d’hospitalité peut être faîte.

TOURS – EXCURSION
Tours to some places like the Apartheid Museum, South African Constitutional Court, Maropeng (incl the
Sterkfontein caves), Soweto (incl the Hector Pieterson Memorial and Vilikazi Street – home to President
Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu) are not included in the programme.
The Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve and the Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden will form part of the programme.
The other tours can be arranged at own cost. While we are endeavouring to keep costs as low as possible but
if a bus proves more viable then a charge will be levied. You will be informed of all costs by the end of
October 2013.
Diverses excursions sont possibles telles que le Musé de l’Apartheid, la Cour Constitutionnelle d’Afrique du
Sud, Maropeng (y compris les grottes de Sterkfontein), Soweto (y compris le Mémorial Hector Pierterson,
Résidence du Président Nelson Mandela et l’Archevêque Tutu Desmond),Réserve naturelle seront intégrées
au programme ou bien peuvent être organisées à vos frais. Nous nous efforçons de négocier des tarifs
intéressants et si un transport est envisageable nous vous informerons de la majoration tarifaire d’ici fin
septembre.
