La fiche d'information jointe fait partie intégrante du contrat. La fiche technique devra être signée et retournée, accompagnée de la fiche d'information complétée, d'un descriptif technique de la salle et de l'équipement (son, light), et de deux plans de la ville, au bureau de MAD MINUTE MUSIC le plus rapidement possible. F.O.H. 1.1 P.A. / Sound System • The Speaker system should be conceived to work with active crossover and it should respect the frequency cuts and delay times of the same. • The amplification should be dimensioned to support comfortably the requested potency and necessary to the correct operation of the Speaker system components. • The mounting disposition of the Speaker system should be configured in way to cover equal and linearly, with the whole spectrum of frequencies, the public's area in the enclosure of the concert, to a minimum acoustic pressure of 110 db SPL 1 W/1 m. • All the cables of the Speaker system should be in perfect conditions to avoid extra noises and “diphase”. • The potency of the Speaker system should be calculated in order to obtain 5 Watts per person. • The P.A. should be necessarily configured in stereo. 1.2 • Mix/Sound Desk A mix/Sound Desk with balanced entrances and line (in option) with Insert. All the entrance channels should have the following functions: - Equalization of four bands, being two parametric to the medium bands; - High Pass Filter; - Phase Reverse; - Phantom Power; - PFL. • The mix/Sound Desk should have, at least, 8 Auxiliary sends, with pre and post fader option, the minimum of two subways and stereo master with balanced output. 1.3 • Equalizers One stereo Equalizer, or two mono equalizers inserted in the stereo output, of 27 or 30 bands with equalization of 12 gain db or cut, 1/3 for octave between frequencies (40 Hz to 16 kHz). M a r i z a “Fado Curvo” Tour 2004 1.4 • Compressors 4 compressors with the functions of Threshold control, Ratio, Gain control, Attack and Release with selector of Auto/Manual and Bypass. 1.5 Effects Processors 3 processors with sophisticated digital reverbs. They should have a minimum • capacity of 10 available Presets for programming and memorization. 1.6 • Intercom One intercom unit with two receivers. 1.7 CD player 1.8 MD Recorder 2. Stage The sound technician makes the Monitor operation in the FOH desk 2.1 • Monitors 3 Speaker units (monitors) developed and projected for stage sound in concerts. • Each Speaker unit should debit a minimum potency of 400 W. • The monitors must, necessarily, be equal, have the same serie of manufacture, have the same type of components characteristic and they should have the same type of answer frequencies between each other. • It will be necessary 5 mixes: - Portuguese Guitar – Mix 1 - Classic Guitar – Mix 2 - Acoustic Bass – Mix 3 - Mariza (In ear monitors) – Mix 4 / Mix 5 The sound technician will bring Mariza’s in ear system 2.2 • Equalizers 2 stereo equalizers, or 3 mono equalizers, with 27 or 30 bands and equalization of 12 gain db or cut, 1/3 for octave between frequencies (40 Hz to 16 kHz). HOSPITALITY RIDER DRESSING ROOMS: The PROMOTER will provide: 1 dressing room with private toilette for Mariza and 1 large dressing rooms with private toilette for the musicians. All dressing rooms must be fully equipped with water facilities, full length mirror, hand towels, toilette paper, soaps, make-up table with mirror, chairs, waste basket, etc. plus lock on door with key available only to ARTIST and/or his representative and access to a telephone. In the event the dressing rooms do not have private toilette facilities, the PROMOTER must provide ARTIST with easy access to private toilette facilities in the venue and as near as possible to the dressing rooms. CATERING AND ITEMS: IN MARIZA'S DRESSING ROOM: 1 (one) large bottle fresh squeezed orange juice 1 (one) bottle of red wine 1 (one) large bottle of COCA-COLA (classic) 3 (three) large bottles of spring water (no gas) 1 (one) vegetable soup A platter of sandwiches sufficient for two persons A platter of fresh fruits & assorted nuts Hot tea with: sugar, lemon slices & honey Glasses, 1 bottle opener & 1 cork screw, napkins, lots of ice 1 (one) box of Kleenex 1 (one) clothes rack with hangers 2 (two) large towels 1 (one) small towel 1 (one) iron (for clothes) A full-length mirror, tables, chairs, etc. CATERING AND ITEMS: IN MUSICIANS DRESSING ROOM: 2 (two) large bottles of COCA-COLA (classic) 1 (one) large bottles of spring water (no gas) 1 (one) large bottles of fresh orange juice 12 (twelve) cold beers 1 (one) bottle of red wine 1 (one) bottle of scotch whiskey Coffee & Tea with: milk, sugar, lemon & honey A platter of sandwiches sufficient for 5 people A platter of fresh fruits & assorted nuts Glasses, 1 bottle opener & 1 cork screw, napkins, lots of ice 1 (one) clothes rack with hangers 7 (seven) large towels A dressing table with lights, mirror & chairs A full-length mirror, tables, chairs, etc. The HOSPITALITY RIDER for MARIZA is an integral part of this contract and must also be returned signed for this contract to be valid.
