SKEMA Business School recrute un Professeur en Management, à pourvoir à compter de Janvier 2017.
Le candidat idéal doit démontrer une forte propension à la recherche dans le domaine du
Management, apporter de réelles contributions intellectuelles innovantes et être reconnu pour ses
excellentes aptitudes à enseigner.
Le poste est basé à Sophia-Antipolis, France.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Placé sous l’autorité de SKEMA et de la Direction Faculté et Recherche, Département Management,
Droit et Organisation, vos principales missions seront :





Assurer la bonne conception et la réalisation de cours dans la conformité du programme de
Management (une première expérience réussie dans l’enseignement du Comportement
organisationnel, du Management, du Management international et du Management des
Ressources Humaines serait un réel plus)
Coordonner l’évolution des spécialisations du programme Bachelor orientées autour du
Management et du Management des Affaires
Apporter de réelles contributions intellectuelles et proposer des nouveaux projets pour
améliorer la qualité des cours, le placement des étudiants, les partenariats entreprises et
académiques
Accompagner les étudiants Bachelor dans les projets de « Global Business Development »
(Tutorat)
Participer à la vie de l’Institution (interne / externe)
PROFIL RECHERCHE / COMPETENCES REQUISES





Diplômé d’un Doctorat en Management et/ou disposant de solides compétences théoriques
et professionnelles dans le domaine du Management
Capacité à délivrer d’excellents cours sur différents niveaux académiques (Executive,
Education) et disposant d’un intérêt marqué pour l’innovation pédagogique
Expérience en coordination de cours et suivi de la cohérence globale d’un programme
Niveau d’anglais courant exigé (une parfaite connaissance de la langue française n’est pas
exigée).
Sens du travail en équipe, excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication.

Senior Lecturer

SKEMA Business School is seeking applicants for the position of Senior Lecturer in Management to
begin on January 2017. Candidates must demonstrate intellectual contribution and teaching potential
with the motivation to engage in innovative teaching and academic projects on a team and individual
basis.
Duties will be based in Sophia-Antipolis, France.
POSITION SUMMARY
Main responsibilities of the appointee:





Teach courses at different levels in Management (previous experience in teaching
Organizational Behaviour, Management, International Management and Human Resources
Management welcome)
Manage and contribute to the development of Bachelor specializations in Business and
Management
Produce intellectual contribution (academic, professional or related to teaching)
Tutor Bachelor students in Global Management
Participate to the institutional school life (internal / external)
Requirements:





Have a strong academic and/or professional background (PhD in the field of Management
welcome)
Demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent teaching at different levels (included Executive
Education), and provide a strong commitment to engage in innovative teaching.
Have an experience in managing program/students
Be able to teach in fluent English (knowledge of French not strictly required).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
