Les Ministats® définissent les standards
dans la gamme compacte
Les Ministats sont exceptionnellement compacts et puissants. Depuis 1976 le Ministat est le cryothermostat le
plus petit au monde. Aujourd‘hui il y a trois Ministats et
chacun est le plus petit de sa classe. Leurs formes compactes leurs permettent d’être placés dans des endroits
restreints. Les trois modèles sont disponibles en refroidissement par air ou par eau. Leur conformité avec la norme
de sécurité classe 3 d‘après DIN 12876, permet leur utilisation en continu sans surveillance, même à la température ambiante maximale de 40 °C. Une pompe puissante
d’aspiration/refoulement à vitesse variable permet de
thermoréguler des applications dans le bain ou en externe. La pression maximale peut être contrôlée grâce à un
capteur de pression en option. Le système VPC (Contrôle
de pression variable) qui a déjà fait ses preuves protège la
verrerie fragile. Un volume réduit et une puissance importante permettent d’obtenir des courbes rapides de
refroidissement ou de chauffage. Les inserts de réduction
de volume (en option) réduisent le volume du bain de
moitié et accentuent cet effet. La surface exposée du
bain et donc l’absorption d’humidité est réduite au maximum. Tous les modèles ont un système de contrôle actif

pour économiser l’énergie et diminuer la dissipation de
chaleur dans le laboratoire. L’ouverture du bain est suffisamment grande pour permettre à de petits objets d’être
placés directement dans le bain. Toutes les parties en
contact avec le thermofluide sont en acier inoxydable ou
en matière synthétique de haute qualité. Les applications
typiques sont la thermorégulation de systèmes externes
fermés tels que des photomètres, réfractomètres, viscosimètres et les réacteurs à double enveloppe.

L‘information fiable selon DIN
La norme DIN 12876 exige que la puissance frigorifique soit mesurée à vitesse de pompe
maximale. A vitesse de pompe réduite, le transfert de chaleur entrante est diminué. Ceci
induit plus de puissance frigorifique et permet d‘atteindre des températures plus basses. Les
ministats sont dotés d‘une pompe extrêmement puissante. Une réduction de la vitesse de la
pompe permet d‘augmenter la puissance de refroidissement de 30 à 50 watts et d‘abaisser
de 5 °C la limite basse. Chez Huber la puissance frigorifique est toujours donnée à puissance
de pompe maximale.

an integrated technical glossary and language support in 11 languages (EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, RU, CN, PT, JP, CZ, PL). The
Pilot ONE has a convenient navigation system with easily remembered icons and menu categories which are colour sorted
to make routine work simpler. Thanks to a favourites menu and One-Click operator guidance all important information is
always just a few keystrokes away. Software wizards also help you to set up, ensuring correct settings. The USB port
allows connection of the system to a PC or notebook. Together with the Spy software, requirements such as remote
control or data transmission are easily achieved in a cost-effective manner. Network integration is easy with the internet
port.
The range of functions can be expanded very easily via E-grade at any time by entering a unit specific upgrade code:
E-grade "Exclusive": TAC (True Adaptive Control) - self optimising internal and cascade control, selectable temperature
control mode (Internal/Process), programmer with 3 programs (max. 15 steps), ramp function (linear), 5 point calibration,
scalable graphic display, favourites menu, display resolution 0,01 K.
E-grade "Professional": Programmer with 10 programs (max. 100 steps), ramp function for temperature gradients (linear
and non-linear), 2nd set point, user menus (Administrator level), calendar start.

pump, evaporator (cooler) and housing of stainless steel, CFC and H-CFC free. With adjustable overtemperature protection
according to DIN 12876.
Pilot ONE:
The new Pilot ONE controller with pioneering technology and advanced control functions brings numerous advantages to
routine work. The extensive features list includes a brilliant 5,7“ TFT touchscreen display, USB and network connections,
an integrated technical glossary and language support in 11 languages (EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, RU, CN, PT, JP, CZ, PL). The
Pilot ONE has a convenient navigation system with easily remembered icons and menu categories which are colour sorted
to make routine work simpler. Thanks to a favourites menu and One-Click operator guidance all important information is
always just a few keystrokes away. Software wizards also help you to set up, ensuring correct settings. The USB port
allows connection of the system to a PC or notebook. Together with the Spy software, requirements such as remote
control or data transmission are easily achieved in a cost-effective manner. Network integration is easy with the internet
port.
The range of functions can be expanded very easily via E-grade at any time by entering a unit specific upgrade code:
E-grade "Exclusive": TAC (True Adaptive Control) - self optimising internal and cascade control, selectable temperature
control mode (Internal/Process), programmer with 3 programs (max. 15 steps), ramp function (linear), 5 point calibration,
scalable graphic display, favourites menu, display resolution 0,01 K.
E-grade "Professional": Programmer with 10 programs (max. 100 steps), ramp function for temperature gradients (linear
and non-linear), 2nd set point, user menus (Administrator level), calendar start.
