compétences professionnelles pour créer des propositions fondées sur les divers besoins de vos clients en matière de
crédit, de dépôt et de gestion de trésorerie.
Exigences du poste
Vous possédez de l’expérience et vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante autant qu’en équipe. Vous
désirez ardemment apprendre, évoluer et réussir. Vous êtes en passe d’obtenir un diplôme universitaire de premier
ou d’études supérieures en commerce. Ou vous possédez un autre diplôme ainsi que de l’expérience professionnelle.
Votre parcours
Durant les premiers 8 à 12 mois, vous recevrez un encadrement dans l’une de nos unités des Services bancaires
commerciaux, et vous suivrez un programme de formation structuré en classe de 5 semaines avant de devenir
analyste dans une équipe, sous la direction d’un directeur des relations-clients ou d’arriver au poste de directeur de
comptes indépendant. Votre cheminement professionnel au sein des Services bancaires commerciaux TD pourra être
jalonné de différents postes stimulants ayant trait aux ventes, à la gestion des relations-clients et à la gestion des

Description :
L'Office d'investissement des régimes de pensions du secteur public (Investissements PSP), société de la couronne, a
été constitué aux termes de la Loi sur l'Office d'investissement des régimes de pensions du secteur public (septembre
1999). Investissements PSP a pour mandat de gérer les contributions faites par l'employeur et les employés après le
1er avril 2000 aux caisses de retraite de la fonction publique, des Forces canadiennes et de la Gendarmerie royale du
Canada. Investissements PSP a récemment reçu le mandat de gérer les contributions faites par l’employeur et les
employés après le 1er mars 2007 à la caisse de retraite de la Force de réserve. Les contributions annuelles nettes à
ces caisses de retraite sont approximativement de 4 milliards de dollars et selon les prévisions, elles devraient

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Veiller à ce que le calcul de l’exposition future potentielle (PFE) soit établi au moyen des meilleures pratiques de
l’industrie.
Expliquer les exigences d’Investissements PSP en matière de modélisation PFE et donner des spécifications aux
équipes de TI et de Sunguard.
Faire des recommandations et vérifier les résultats de la méthode VaR de crédit, comprendre ses limitations et
hypothèses et participer aux améliorations prévues au cours des phases ultérieures.
Mesurer les concentrations de crédit et recommander les mesures de diversification appropriées.
Élaborer et effectuer des analyses de test de tension afin de simuler les répercussions des évènements.
Calculer la contribution marginale d’un nouveau portefeuille, d’une stratégie, d’une exposition.
Proposer une structure risque-rendement qui pourrait aider les gestionnaires de portefeuilles à déterminer les
expositions qui créent ou diminuent de la valeur.
Établir une structure de signaux d’alerte pour surveiller activement les défaillances possibles des portefeuilles
d'Investissements PSP.
Déterminer des probabilités de défaut et des paramètres de taux de recouvrement.
Produire des rapports quantitatifs pour le Conseil d’administration, les comités, la direction et les gestionnaires de
