Dr. David MANSET holds a D.Phil. in Model Driven Engineering of Distributed Computing Infrastructures
for Biomedical Research, from the University of the West of England in Bristol, and an Executive Master
of Business Administration from the Geneva School of Economics and Management, specialized in
crypto-currencies and their applications in new funding models.
Now Head of Research & Innovation at Almerys (www.almerys.com), he is also the CEO of gnúbila
France (http://www.gnubila.fr), a French data privacy company, and President & CEO of cerebro GmbH (
http://www.cerebro.pro), a Swiss brain data scientist servicecompany. Over the last decade, he
architected important European and international Big Data platforms in e-health and biomedical
research. His work and team were awarded at major events in the field, such as the International
Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, in Switzerland, in 2007 (Gold Medal); Europe’s largest conference on
Information and Communication Technologies in 2008 (ICT Best Exhibit 1st Prize); the European
TechTour Cloud and ICT Summit 2010, Top 25 Startups; and more recently the ICT 2013 Best
ExhibitAward 1st Prize.

Dr. David MANSET possède un doctorat de l’Université de l’Ouest de l’Angleterre à Bristol (UWE),
spécialisé dans l’Ingénierie des Modèles pour les systèmes d’informations distribués, pour la recherche
biomédicale. Il est également titulaire d’un Master en Administration des Entreprises de la Haute Ecole
du Commerce de Genève (GESM), spécialisé dans les crypto-monnaies et nouveaux modèles
économiques associés.
Présentement Directeur de la Recherche et de l’Innovation chez Almerys (www.almerys.com), il dirige
également gnúbila (http://www.gnubila.fr), une société Française spécialisée dans la protection des
données sensibles, et est Président et Directeur Général de cerebro GmbH (http://www.cerebro.pro),
une société Suisse de science des données. Au cours des dix dernières années, il a conçu des
plateformes Européennes et internationales pour la e-santé et la recherche biomédicale. Ces travaux ont
été récompensés de plusieurs prix tels que la médaille d’or au Salon International des Inventions en
2007 à Genève, ou encore le 1er prix de la conférence annuelle de la Commission Européenne sur les
TIC en 2008 et 2013 (ICT08,ICT13).
