Jean-Bernard Moindrot est établi au Domaine de Loye depuis 1970.
C’est une tradition familiale qui le conduit à développer le vignoble de
son grand-père, également meunier.

NOS VIGNES
Notre exploitation se compose de 15 hectares de vignes répartis comme suit :
- 11 hectares plantés en cépage Sauvignon pour le Menetou-Salon Blanc,
- 4 hectares en cépage Pinot Noir pour les Menetou-Salon Rouge et Rosé.
Les sols argilo-calcaires ainsi que la bonne exposition des coteaux
nous permettent de produire des vins naturellement très aromatiques.
Nous vinifions un vin de qualité qui respecte son terroir et son authenticité.

Jean-Bernard Moindrot has run the Domaine de Loye vineyard since 1970,
spurred on to continue the family tradition and develop the vineyard of his
grandfather, who was also a miller.

Depuis le retour de Valentin, tout est mis en œuvre pour respecter
la formule : « Une vigne en bonne santé, c’est l’assurance d’un vin de
qualité ».
Since Valentin’s return, in everything we do we firmly believe that: «A healthy
vine guarantees quality wine».
Father and son alike take great care that their work bears the fruit of this
belief.
OUR VINES
There are 15 hectares of vines planted over our estate, broken down as
follows:
- 11 hectares of Sauvignon grape variety for the Menetou-Salon Blanc
(white) wine,
- 4 hectares of Pinot Noir grape variety for the Menetou-Salon Rouge
(red) and Rosé wines.
The wines we produce are naturally very aromatic
thanks to the calcareous-clay soils and well-exposed
hillsides. We make quality wine that respects its terroir
and authentic character.

Jean-Bernard Moindrot bewirtschaftet die Domaine de Loye seit 1970.
Mit dem Ausbau des Weinguts seines Großvaters, der auch eine Mühle
betrieb, setzte er eine alte Familientradition fort.

Seit der Rückkehr seines Sohnes Valentin richtet sich alles nach der neuen
Devise: „Eine gesunde Rebe ist eine Garantie für hochwertigen Wein”.
自瓦伦丁 (Valentin) 承接葡萄园之后，所有的工作都围绕着一条规则：
“葡萄园的健康是葡萄酒质量的保障” 。
Ein Leitmotiv, für das sich Vater und Sohn mit großem Nachdruck einsetzen.
父子俩人为了遵守这条规则制定很多严格的措施。
UNSERE REBEN
Unser Betrieb erstreckt sich auf 15 Hektar Rebfläche, die wie folgt
bepflanzt sind:
- 11 Hektar der Rebe Sauvignon für unseren Weißwein Menetou-Salon
Blanc,
- 4 Hektar der Rebe Pinot Noir für unsere Menetou-Salon Rouge und
Rosé.
Die kieselhaltigen Lehmböden und die günstige Ausrichtung der Hänge
schafft optimale Voraussetzungen für sehr aromatische natürliche Weine.
Unsere Weine bieten authentischen Genuss des Terroirs und zeichnen sich
durch ihre besondere Qualität aus.
