Her practice consists mainly in the preparation of notifications before the European Commission of public interventions, state aid regimes and mergers, the filing of complaints or the representation of undertakings in the event of investigations by the Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority (including during dawn raids), proceedings before the Court of Justice of the EU and finally, giving advice to public authorities and undertakings on their compliance with European Law. She is particularly active in the following sectors: air transport and airports, energy, public investments (capital injections, guarantees, loans, aid schemes, etc.) and public service missions (financing of activities and infrastructure), the banking sector and the steel industry.
