of notifications before the European Commission of public interventions, state aid regimes and mergers,
the filing of complaints or the representation of undertakings in the event of investigations by the
Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority (including during dawn raids), proceedings before
the Court of Justice of the EU and finally, giving advice to public authorities and undertakings on their
