NATIONWIDE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Thank you for purchasing a Rhino Linings® sprayed-on truck bed
liner. Your Rhino Linings® sprayed-on truck bed liner, when applied
to your vehicle’s original factory finish, is warranted to not crack,
bubble or peel for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty
is applicable only to pickup trucks equipped with original
equipment truck beds and original equipment paint, which are
sold to individuals and are used solely for personal, noncommercial use. This warranty is made only to the original Rhino
Linings® purchaser and is NOT TRANSFERABLE.

LiningsMD. Votre doublure de caisse vaporisée Rhino LiningsMD,
lorsqu’appliquée sur le fini d’origine de la caisse de votre
camionette, est garantie ne pas craqueler ni boursoufler ni écaler
aussi longtemps que vous serez propriétaire du véhicule. Cette
garantie ne s’applique qu’aux camionnettes équipées d’une caisse

In the unlikely event that your Rhino Linings® bed liner does crack,
bubble or peel, simply return your vehicle, along with your original
receipt and this Rhino Linings Warranty Certificate, to the Rhino
Linings® Authorized Dealer who applied your Rhino Linings® bed
liner for repair or replacement, as Rhino Linings determines at its
sole discretion, at no cost to you.

pour une réparation ou un remplacement, selon ce qui sera déterminé par Rhino Linings à sa seule discrétion et sans frais.
If the Authorized Rhino Linings® Dealer that applied your bed liner
is more than one hundred fifty (150) kilometers from your current
place of residence or is no longer in business, please call 1-800747-6966 for the nearest Rhino Linings® Authorized Dealer who
will perform any necessary repair. Your Rhino Linings® Authorized
Dealer may offer additional warranty coverage; however, any such
additional coverage is at that Dealer’s sole discretion, and is valid
only at that Dealer’s location.

This warranty does not apply if your Rhino Linings® bed liner has
been misused, abused, involved in an accident, gouged, dented,
chipped, intentionally pulled, removed as required by body work,
subjected to stains or soils from chemicals such as paint strippers
or solvents, or damaged due to natural causes such as hail or
lightning. Additionally, this warranty does not cover natural sun
fade on products.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF, AND RHINO LININGS OF
CANADA, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LIABILITY OF
RHINO LININGS USA, INC. AND YOUR AUTHORIZED RHINO
LININGS DEALER SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE BED LINERS ONLY. THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OR INCREMENTAL COSTS SUCH AS LOSS OF
USE OF THE VEHICLE. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS
UNDER FEDERAL OR APPLICABLE PROVINCIAL LAWS THAT
MAY NOT BE WAIVED OR DISCLAIMED. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND IS MADE SOLELY
TO THE ORIGINAL RHINO LININGS® PURCHASER
IDENTIFIED ON THE RHINO LININGS INVOICE.
La présente garantie ne s’applique pas si votre revêtements de
caisse Rhino LiningsMD a fait l’objet d’abus ou de mésusage, été
impliquée dans un accident, entaillée, bosselée, ébréchée, tirée
intentionnellement, retirée pour des travaux de carrosserie,
exposée à des taches ou salissures par des produits chimiques
tels que solvants pour peinture ou endommagée suite à des
phénomènes naturels tels que la grêle ou la foudre. De plus, la
présente garantie ne couvre pas la décoloration due au soleil.
LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE REMPLACE, ET RHINO LININGS
CANADA, INC. RÉCUSE PAR LA PRÉSENTE, TOUTE AUTRE
GARANTIE, EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, INCLUANT MAIS NE
