EVENTS ORGANIZER’S DECLARATION/DÉCLARATION DE L’ORGANISATEUR
As race organizer, I understand that I am responsible to organize, manage and host the event respecting the technical,
organizational, safety and financial standards associated with this event sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale
(UCI) and/or Cycling Canada (CC).
I confirm that I will pay all fees related to the level of sanction of the event, according to the various obligations put in
place by the UCI and/or CC.
I understand that I must respect government sport policies regarding bilingualism, equity and sponsorship (a copy of this
policy is available through CC).
I have read and understood the UCI and/or CC rules and obligations, and I will apply them in good faith.
I will provide to CC all information requested in this application form.
I will provide a written report no later than one month after the completion of the event.
À titre d'organisateur, je comprends que je suis responsable d’organiser, gérer et présenter un événement qui respecte
les normes techniques, organisationnelles, financières et de sécurité reliées à cette épreuve sanctionnée par l’Union
Cycliste Internationale (UCI) et/ou Cyclisme Canada (CC).
Je confirme que je m’engage à payer tous les frais en lien avec le niveau de sanction de l’événement, selon les
différentes obligations mise en place par CC et/ou l’UCI.
Je comprends que je dois respecter les politiques sportives officielles du gouvernement canadien concernant le
bilinguisme, l’égalité entre les sexes et la commandite (Copie disponible au bureau de CC).
J’ai pris connaissance et je comprends les règlements et les obligations de l'UCI et/ou CC et je consens à les appliquer en
bonne et due forme.
Je fournirai à CC toutes les informations demandées dans ce formulaire d’application.
Je soumettrai à CC un rapport complet écrit à la fin de l’événement dans un délai d’au plus un mois.
