LA FOUACE
LE MIWAM
is a cake (not unlike 'brioche'), made to a traditional recipe and typically 'aveyronnais'. Scrupulously
respecting the traditional recipe results in a dough
which is dense and yet light, once baked. The fouace is perfumed with orange blossom.
