Directions to Französische Strasse 32
1. Arriving by Plane
Coming from Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL):
Take the bus TXL to the stop Staatsoper, from which you walk to the end
of Bebelplatz, then turn left onto Französische Strasse and continue to number
32. The walk should take around six minutes. The bus TXL leaves the airport
every five to ten minutes.
The trip takes 40 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take the bus 128 towards Osloer Strasse to the stop
Kurt-Schumacher-Platz. Then take the subway line U6 towards Alt-Mariendorf
and get off at the station Französische Strasse. Leave the station using the
exit Gendarmenmarkt, then walk along Französische Strasse to number 32.
The bus 128 leaves the airport every ten minutes.
The trip takes 40 minutes.
2. Arriving by Plane
Coming from Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport (BER):
Take the regional train RE 7 towards the station S+U Zoologischer Garten or
the regional train RB 14 towards Nauen Bahnhof until the station Alexanderplatz, then transfer to the subway line U2 towards Ruhleben. Get off at the
station Hausvogteiplatz and walk about five minutes to Französische Strasse.
The trains RE 7 and RB 14 run every 30 minutes.
The trip takes 45 minutes.
3. Arriving by Train
Coming from Berlin Hauptbahnhof:
Take the S-Bahn to the station Friedrichstrasse. Transfer to the subway line
U6 towards Alt-Mariendorf and get off at the station Französische Strasse
(1 stop). Leave the station using the exit Gendarmenmarkt, then walk for five
minutes until Französische Strasse 32. The subway line U6 runs every five
minutes.
The trip takes 17 minutes.
4. Arriving by Car
Coming from Hannover (A2) / Nürnberg (A9):
Exit the Berliner Ring (A10) at the Nuthetal interchange (Exit 16) onto the A115.
At the Funkturm interchange (exit 1), merge onto the A100 towards Hamburg/
Wedding. Take the exit Kaiserdamm and turn right onto Knobelsdorffstrasse.
At the next traffi c light, turn right onto Sophie-Charlotte-Strasse, then left onto
Kaiserdamm/B2/B5. After six kilometers, turn right onto Ebertstrasse, then left
onto Hannah-Arendt-Strasse. This street then becomes Französische Strasse.
Coming from Hamburg (A24):
Stay right on the A10 and merge onto the A111 towards Flughafen Tegel/
Berlin-Zentrum (Zoo)/Berlin-Reinickendorf. Then take the A100 until the Exit
Kaiserdamm Süd (No.8), where you should merge right towards Messedamm
and then make a right turn onto Kaiserdamm/B2/B5. After six kilometers,
turn right onto Ebertstrasse, then left onto Hannah-Arendt-Strasse.
This street then becomes Französische Strasse.
