Les annulations individuelles des réservations confirmées sont soumises aux frais suivants :
• 30% du montant total en cas d'annulation entre 90 à 41 jours calendaires avant l'arrivée.
• 40% du montant total en cas d'annulation entre 40 à 25 jours calendaires avant l'arrivée.
• 75% du montant total en cas d'annulation entre 24 à 7 jours calendaires avant la date d'arrivée.
• 100% du montant total en cas d'annulation moins de 10 jours calendaires avant l’arrivée du client dans le pays.
Las cancelaciones individuales de reservas ya confirmadas, están sujetas a las siguientes penalizaciones:
• 30% del monto total si se cancela entre 90 - 41 días naturales previos al arribo.
• 40% del monto total si se cancela entre 40-25 días naturales previos al arribo.
• 75% del monto total si se cancela entre 24-7 días naturales previos al arribo.
• 100% del monto total si se cancela con menos de 10 días naturales previos al arribo de los clientes al país.
