Einführung in die Biochemie Fotosynthese - Lichtreaktionen - Stabilisierung der Redoxenergie Mit der Fotooxidation (vorherige Folie) wird eine Folge von Reaktionsschritten gestartet, die die Lichtenergie in Form von ATP und NADPH2 stabilisiert. Die Gesamtheit der von den Fotosystemen I bzw. II ausgehenden Teilreaktionen nennt man Lichtreaktion i bzw. Lichtreaktion II. Sie bilden eine Kreisprozess; den Calvin – Zyklus. Dabei ist die Umwandlung von Kohlenstoffdioxid in Kohlenhydrate ein zentraler Bestandteil. Endprodukte sind Hexosen, wie Glukose, die dann in Stärke umgewandelt wird. Im Calvin – Zyklus unterscheidet man drei wesentliche Schritte: Im ersten Schritt wird CO2 an einen Kohlenstoffdioxidakzeptor gebunden, den C5 -Körper Ribulose-1,5-diphosphat. Das instabile Zwischenprodukt zerfällt unter Wasserverbrauch zu zwei Moleküle Glycerinsäure-3-phosphat. Im zweiten Schritt wird Glycerinsäure-3-phosphat in Glycerinaldehyd-3-phosphat reduziert. Dieser C3 -Körper ist ein Triosephosphat. Für die Reaktion wird das in der Lichtreaktion aufgebaute NADPH2 benötigt. Die Energie liefert ATP.
