Trolley
The trolley moves on the Galvanised Rail fitted on
the ground. The Rails are fitted during installation
and need no provision during Civil Construction.
The Trolley is the main structure of this High
Advanced Car Wash Equipment and houses the
Control System, Intelligent Chemical Supply
System, Sensors and other Equipment. The trolley
is constructed using heavy duty Galvanised Steel
Sheets which are rugged enough to sustain the
harsh atmosphere in the wash bay.

The Trolley structure is cut on precision CNC
machines which enhances the reliability of the
machines.
The Trolley is driven by Low Maintenance Geared
motors using the direct drive technology and
Grease Pre packed bearings which have longer life
than ordinary bearings.

Water Spray and Intelligent Chemical System
The equipment houses a very advanced chemical
cleaning system.
The equipment uses
Biodegradable Chemicals which are much safer
and gentle on Cars.

The chemical system is on the trolley and enables
quick replacements of the concentrates. The
onboard chemical system also saves space as
negligible equipment room area is required.

The pipes are nozzles used are made of Stainless
Steel. The Nozzles are precisely cut on CNC
machine to give exact spray profile and long life.
The Chemical system automatically doses the
Chemicals when the chemical is to be sprayed.
The chemical pumps have check valves which
prevent chemical wastage when not in use.

The equipment also provides unique Snow-foam
soap system which very economically uses Soap
Concentrates.

High Pressure Cleaning System
The equipment uses zero degree oscillating
nozzles for washing the sides which effectively
cleans the complete vehicle. The oscillating Zero
Degree Nozzles have high impact energy than the
‘V’ jet nozzles which the older generation
equipment used. Zero Degree water stream
remains powerful and travels longer with same
impingement force compared V jet nozzles which
turns water into mist and has no cleaning action.
The side nozzles use oscillating nozzles and the
top nozzles follow the contour of the vehicle. The
contour following system closely follows the
vehicle profile with the help of 3 Multiplexed
infrared sensors and a ring sensor.
Wheel Wash System
The wheel wash system automatically senses the
position of the wheels of the car. The sensor input
is processed by the onboard Controller and the
brushes on each side are ejected out to clean the
wheels. The brushes rotate for few seconds
against the wheels to clean the wheels of the car.
The brushes can come out upto Stroke 350 mm
which gives the ability to accommodate almost
all vehicle sizes in the market.

Wheel wash also uses UHWPE sliding system
which provides smooth movement.

The control system is on the right of the trolley.
Since the control system is on the trolley, it is
easier for the operator for maintenance and

Screen interface which allows the operator to see
the status of various systems of the car wash
machine.

Wheel Guides
Wheel guides are installed during equipment
installation and do not require any special
arrangements in the civil construction. The guides
are painted in Yellow for easy visibility. They help
in guiding the driver to park the car properly in
the wash bay.

Using the touch screen, one can configure
programs, operate each component individually,
monitor number of washes, access self
diagnostics, etc.

With the Variable Frequency drives, the trolley
speeds can be modified. So the same motors can
be used at different speeds to accomplish various
cycles at different speeds.
LED Lights
The LED lights illuminate the area under the car
wash equipment and blink as per the status of the
machine. This makes the equipment very attractive
to look at and thus helping you to bring more
customers to your wash center.

Wax Systems
Contour Following System
One or both wax systems can be chosen based on
your market scenario :
Sealer Wax System
Sealer wax system sprays a mist of sealer wax
on the car. The mist settles down on the car
and also helps in drying the car better.
The blowers are mounted on the trolley. The
blowers sense the car profile with the help of
multiplexed infrared sensors and ring sensor.
The horizontal blowers follow the car profile.
The vertical blowers blow the air from the
sides.
Triple Foam Wax System
This is a customer attracting wax system as
three different colour foams are sprayed on the
car. You can choose to spray this before
brushing or after brushing from the Touch
Screen interface.
Under Chassis Wash (UCW) System

Entry Point UCW
This UCW system is located at the entrance of
the wash bay. The system gets activated as
soon as the sensors detect the presence of a
vehicle.
Extra side nozzles also help in
removing extra dirt from the sides.
Exit Side Blowers (20 hp, 30 hp)
These Blowers are standalone blower systems
which are located outside the car wash bay.
The equipment senses the presence of the car
and starts automatically.

Swivelling Inbay UCW
This UCW is located within the wash bay and is
activated during the washing cycle. The
Stainless Steel nozzle banks oscillate to cover
more area.
Exit Side Tyre Polisher System
This is a standalone system and is mounted at the
exit of the car wash bay. The arms come to the
center. The car while existing pushes the brush

wheels. Operators can add tyre polisher liquid to
give tyres a new look.

Declaration : To comply with European Directive 98/37/EC,
regarding machine safety, where it is not possible to maintain
the 500 mm minimum distance between the machine and
walls, columns, enclosures, etc. A safety system needs to be
installed. KKE declines all responsibility arising from failure to

Gantry
Die Gantry bewegt auf den Schienen Verzinkte
auf dem Boden angebracht. Die Schienen werden
während der Installation ausgestattet und
benötigen keine Vorschrift während Civil
Construction.
Die Gantry ist die wichtigste Struktur dieser

Die chemische System ist auf dem Wagen und
ermöglicht einen schnellen Austausch der
Konzentrate. Die Onboard-chemisches System
spart Platz als vernachlässigbar Geräteraum
Bereich erforderlich ist.
Das Gerät befindet sich eine sehr fortschrittliche
chemische Reinigung. Das Gerät verwendet
Biologisch abbaubare Chemikalien, die viel
sicherer und schonende Autos sind.

Die Rohre werden Düsen verwendet werden, aus
Edelstahl. Die Düsen sind präzise auf CNCMaschinen geschnitten, um genaue Spray Profil
und eine lange Lebensdauer zu geben.

Das Gerät bietet außerdem einzigartige SchneeSchaum Seife System, das sehr ökonomisch
verwendet Soap Konzentrate.

Rad Wash System
Das Gerät nutzt Null-Grad-oszillierenden
Düsen zum Waschen der Seiten, die effektiv
reinigt das komplette Fahrzeug. Die
oszillierenden Zero Degree Düsen haben
eine hohe Schlagenergie als die "V"Strahldüsen, die die ältere Generation
Geräten eingesetzt. Null-Grad-Wasser-Strom
bleibt kräftig und fährt länger mit der
gleichen Aufprallkraft gegen V Strahldüsen,
die Wasser in Nebel verwandelt und hat
keine Reinigungswirkung.
Das Rad Waschanlage Erkennt automatisch die
Position der Räder des Autos. Der SensorEingang wird durch die Onboard-Controller und
die Bürsten auf beiden Seiten sind, um die Räder
zu reinigen ausgeworfen verarbeitet. Die Bürsten
für ein paar Sekunden drehen an den Rädern,
um die Räder des Autos zu reinigen. Die Bürsten
herauskommen kann bis zu 350 mm Hub, das
die Fähigkeit, nahezu alle Fahrzeug Größen auf
dem Markt unterzubringen gibt.
Die Seitendüsen verwenden oszillierenden
Düsen und die oberen Düsen folgen der
Kontur des Fahrzeugs. Die Kontur folgende
System folgt eng der Fahrzeugprofil mit
Hilfe von drei Multiplex-Infrarot-Sensoren
und einem Ring-Sensor.
Radwäsche nutzt auch UHWPE Schiebe-System
die reibungslose Bewegung bietet.

Die Steuerung ist auf der rechten Seite des
Wagens. Da sich die Steuerung auf dem Wagen,
ist es für den Bediener für Wartung und Betrieb.
Das Bedienfeld verfügt über das Touch-ScreenSchnittstelle, die es dem Bediener, den Status
der verschiedenen Systeme der Autowasch-

Mit dem Touchscreen kann man konfigurieren

Mit der variablen Frequenz-Antriebe können die
Katzgeschwindigkeiten geändert werden. So
sind die gleichen Motoren mit unterschiedlichen
Geschwindigkeiten verwendet werden, um
verschiedene Zyklen mit unterschiedlichen
Geschwindigkeiten durchzuführen.
Rad Führungen werden während der GeräteInstallation installiert und erfordern keine
besondere Vorkehrungen in den Tiefbau. Die
Führungen sind in Gelb für einfache Sichtbarkeit
gemalt. Sie bei der Führung der Fahrer das Auto
richtig parken in der Waschhalle helfen.
LED-Leuchten
Die LED- Lichter beleuchten den Bereich unter
dem Waschanlagen und blinken nach dem Status
der Maschine. Dies macht das Gerät sehr schön
anzusehen und somit Ihnen zu helfen, mehr
Kunden auf Ihre Waschzentrumzu bringen.

Wax-Systeme
Blower Systeme
Eine oder beide Wachs-Systeme können auf
der Grundlage Ihrer Markt-Szenario gewählt
werden:
Sealer Wax System
Sealer wax System sprüht einen Nebel der
Versiegelung Wachs auf dem Auto. Der Nebel
setzt sich auf den Wagen und hilft auch bei
der Trocknung der Auto besser.
Konturnachführung-System
Die Gebläse sind auf dem Wagen montiert ist.
Die Gebläse erfassen den Wagen Profil mit
Hilfe der Multiplex-Infrarot-Sensoren und
Ringsensor. Die horizontalen Gebläse folgen
das Auto Profil. Die vertikalen Gebläse bläst
die Luft aus den Seiten.
Triple Foam Wax System
Dies ist ein Kunde zieht wax-System in drei
verschiedenen Farben Schäume auf das Auto
gesprüht werden. Sie können wählen, um
diese vor dem Zähneputzen oder nach dem
Zähneputzen aus der Touch-Screen-Interface
sprühen.

Diese UCW System befindet sich am Eingang
der Waschhalle befindet. Dadurch wird das

Diese Blowers sind eigenständige Gebläse
Systeme, die außerhalb der Waschanlage
befinden. Die Geräte erfasst die Anwesenheit
des Autos und startet automatisch.
Ausfahrt Reifen Poliersystem
Schwenkbarer Inbay UCW
Diese UCW innerhalb der Waschhalle und ist
während des Waschzyklus aktiviert. Die

Um mit der europäischen Richtlinie 98/37/EG über
Maschinensicherheit, wo es nicht möglich, die 500 mm
Mindestabstand zwischen der Maschine und Wände, Stützen,
Gehäuse, etc. Ein Sicherheitssystem installiert werden muss
aufrecht zu erhalten. KKE lehnt jede Verantwortung, die sich
aus der Nichtbeachtung dieser Indikation zu beobachten.
