Konsole muss spannungslos sein, alle Kabel abziehen!
Console must be de-energized, remove all cables!
Die Konsole kopfüber auf eine ebene und sichere Fläche legen, alle Schrauben (13
Stück bei XL F/B und 12 Stück bei Core) entfernen und den Gehäuseboden entfernen.
Place the console upside down on a flat and safe surface. remove all screws (13 in the XLF and XL-B and 12 in the core) and then remove the bottom cover.

4 Kabel des Controll Boards lösen
Remove 4 cables from controller board Maintenance
2 Schrauben lösen (Torx8).
Remove 2 screws (Torx8).
Controll Board tauschen. Hinweis: nur Controll Boards gleichen Typs tauschen.
Change controller board. Note: replace only the same type controller boards.
Das Controll Board mit den beiden Schrauben befestigen (Torx8).
Fix controller board with the 2 screws (Torx8).
Die 4 Kabel wieder einstecken und verriegeln.
Insert the 4 cables and secure them.
Gehäuseboden aufsetzen und verschrauben (Zahnscheiben nicht vergessen).
Hinweis: Bei den 3 Gewinden an der Rückseite die Schrauben M4 x 6 verwenden - längere Schrauben beschädigen das Gerät (siehe Skizze unten).
Replace the bottom cover and fix it (do not forget the lock washers).
Note: At the 3 threads on the back use the screws M4 x 6 - longer screws damage the
unit (see image below).

Inbetriebnahme des neuen Controll Boards

Externen Monitor anschließen.
Externe Tastatur anschließen.
Stromversorgung anschließen - keine sonstigen Kabel oder Geräte anschließen!
Start -up of the new controller board
for that purpose ...
Connect external screen.
Connect external keyboard.
Connect power supply - do not connect any other devices or cables!
Konsole anschalten.
Alle Module verbinden sich nun mit dem Q7 Modul. Die dot2 -Software Applikation wird in
den 7“ Displays dargestellt.
Switch on console.
All modules now connect to the Q7 module. The dot2 software is displayed on the 7“
screens.

Im rechten Display in die CommandLine klicken oder die Tasten [MA] und [Please]
drücken) und „marr“ eingeben und mit ENTER bestätigen. Im
CommandLine-Feedback erscheint kurz darauf: EXECUTING: Marrydot2Wings.
Click on the CommandLine on the right screen or press [MA] and [Please] and type in
„marr“ and confirm with ENTER. Short after that the CommandLine feedback displays:
EXECUTING Marrydot2Wings.
Es öffnet ein Pop-Up „Married“ / Prüfen, ob der richtige Gerätetyp angezeigt wird.
The pop-up „Married“ opens / Check if the correct device type will be displayed.
„REBOOT“ drücken.
Press „REBOOT“.
Wenn in der unteren Zeile die MAC Adresse eingetragen ist (Grafik links), ist die
Konsole wieder betriebsbereit. Wenn NOT BOUND erscheint , (Grafik rechts) dann den
Vorghang wiederholen.
If the bottom line shows the MAC address (image on the left), the console is ready for
use again. If NOT BOUND appears (image on the right) then repeat the process.
