Durch die stetig wachsende Nachfrage nach

wächst auch der Bedarf nach Qualitätssicherung
und Traceability Lösungen.
EKRA bietet eine vollständige Lösung für die
Erfassung von Daten an. Die sogenannte Traceability umfasst die Erkennung und Verarbeitung
von Bar Codes (1D-Code) und Data Matrix Codes
(2D-Code), integrierter Rüstkontrolle bis zur vollständigen Integration in MES Systeme.

Rüstkontrolle
Die Rüstkontrolle ist im Standard mit einem
leistungsfähigen Handscanner ausgestattet, der
unterschiedlichste 1- und 2D-Codes lesen kann.
Der Scanner erfasst alle relevanten Komponenten
die beim Druck eingesetzt werden. So kann
sichergestellt werden, dass z.B. immer die richtige Paste, Schablone, Rakel und / oder das passende Drucknest eingesetzt werden. Es können
bis zu 10 unterschiedliche Komponenten einfach
und produktspezifisch zugeordnet werden.
Wird ein neues Druckprogramm aufgerufen, wird
der Bediener aufgefordert, die im Programm hinterlegten Komponenten zu erfassen. Stimmt der
erfasste Wert mit dem hinterlegten Wert überein,
wird automatisch die nächste zu erfassende
Komponente ausgewählt. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich so lang bis alle Komponenten erfasst
wurden. Erst jetzt kann der Automatikbetrieb
gestartet werden.

starting with Bar Code and Data Matrix Code
(DMC or 2D Code) recognition up to complete
Set-up Controls and MES interfaces.

Set Up Control
The Set Up Control features a Hand held scanner
capable of reading Bard code and DMC. With
this option, the right components used during
the chosen printing program are verified. These
components can be for example the stencil,
squeegees, solder paste and others. The Printer
offers up to 10 different data sets, which can be
configured by the operator, linked to each individual printing program. The component data (e. g.
BC, DMC) have to be scanned as soon as a new
printing program is loaded and the machine can
enter the automatic operation.
As soon as the program is selected, the user
must set up the printer with the requested
components and scan the individual codes. If
the component code and data set matches, the
component is accepted by the system and the
next component can be selected. As soon as all
components used are verified successfully, the
machine can start automatic operation.

Master Barcode
Um den Rüstvorgang des Druckers noch weiter
zu beschleunigen hat EKRA die Funktion Master
Barcode entwickelt. Der Master Barcode ist ein
Code, der ein Druckprogramm aufruft. Dies ist
vorteilhaft, wenn die Auftragskarten eine Produktnummer (Code) enthalten, den der Bediener
erfassen kann. Sowie der Code erfasst wird, beginnt der Rüstvorgang mit der Rüstkontrolle. Eine
Zeitaufwendige Auswahl des Druckprogramms
aus langen Listen entfällt.
Rückverfolgbarkeit
Die 2D-Code Erkennung im Drucker erfasst den
2D-Code jeder Leiterplatte und vergleicht diese
mit dem hinterlegten Code. Die Erfassung des
Codes wird durch das EKRA Vision System –
EVA™, durchgeführt. Sind die Codes stimmig,
wird der Druck durchgeführt. Außerdem ist das
System in der Lage die Schablone, versehen mit
einem lesbaren 2D-Code, zu erfassen und vor
dem Druck eine Prüfung durchzuführen. Somit ist
sichergestellt, dass kein falsches Produkt in der
Linie bearbeitet wird und jedes Produkt erfasst
ist. Die Daten stehen selbstverständlich zur weiteren Nutzung (SPC) zur Verfügung.
RFID
Die heutige RFID-Technologie eröffnet auch im
Schablonendruck neue Wege und Möglichkeiten
Rückverfolgbarkeit zu praktizieren. Mit einem
RFID-Tag an der Schablone ist es möglich die
Anzahl der Druckzyklen, Druckkraft, und Schwellwerte zu speichern. So sind die Daten direkt
an der Schablone und können von Drucker zu
Drucker weitergegeben und verarbeitet werden.
Außerhalb des Druckers können die Daten mit
geeigneten Lese-/ Schreibgeräten ebenfalls erfasst werden. Die Datensicherung auf dem RFIDTag erfolgt wahlweise zyklisch, manuell oder bei
Entnahme der Schablone.
Master Barcode
To accelerate the machine Set-Up, EKRA offers
the Master Bar Code option. This option uses a
dedicated barcode to call up the printing program
and all related data. After successful loading of
the correct program the Set-Up Control can be
performed.
Data used for Set-Up Control and Master Bar
Code are filed in the SPC data block.
DMC recognition on PCB and / or Stencil
2D / DMC recognition is used to perform real traceability. The DMC code must be located on the
PCB and on the stencil. The EKRA vision system
is able to read the code (the code must fit into
the field of view of the camera) and compare it
with the stored data. The data sets of each single
PCB have to match, otherwise the system will
immediately stop the automatic operation.
RFID for Stencil, Squeegee and Support
System
With today’s existing RFID technologies, EKRA
developed unique traceability and Set Up Control
features suitable for EKRA printers. The RFID
tags are directly attached to Squeegees, Support
Systems or Stencils. RFID allows storage of
process relevant data directly into the RFID tag.
Squeegee and Stencil tags will store various parameters, e.g. identity number of the component,
printing strokes, printing pressure and others.
This relevant data is therefore always assigned
to the component. As soon as the component is
installed in the machine, the tag can be read-out
and new relevant information can be written-on.
New information is produced in a predefined
frequency, on manual request, but in any case as
soon as the machine cover will open.
