Student Travel Grants
for the 10th Scientific Symposium of the
Austrian Pharmacological Society
2004
The Austrian Pharmacological Society (APHAR) offers a total of 22 travel grants of
Euro 100.– for students who are working in the field of pharmacology and who want
to attend the 10th Scientific Symposium of the Society, Vienna, 23-26 September
2004. A maximum of 10 grants will be awarded to students affiliated to
pharmacological or related departments in Austria (except Vienna), and further 6
grants will each be reserved for students from institutions in Hungary and
Switzerland.
Students who want to apply for these grants should fill in the attached application
form. The form must also be signed by the project director or head of department.
Students who are in a paid position cannot apply.
All applications should be sent by fax to the APHAR Secretary (see fax number
below). Grants will be awarded according to the order of their arrival.
All applicants will be informed prior to the symposium whether their application has
been successful. Scholarship holders will receive the grant sum upon returning the
attendance certificate to the APHAR office. The certificate will be issued at the
registration desk.
