KG Seite 2 von 7 Contract details „Winter Edition 2017“ I hereby confirm my participation at Lion's Run Winter Edition 2017 with a passenger on my choice. The following conditions apply: 1. Requirements for participation 1.1 The participant (hereinafter "participants") must be over 18 years and must have a valid driver's license. He must be physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle for the planned duration of the tour safe and reliable. 1.2 Participation in the tour is done by the own car of the participant. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle meets all valid admission Requirements throughout the tour. 1.3 The participant is aware that this is a lifestyle event and not a race at Lion's Run. The participant agrees to comply with all laws and regulations, in particular the highway code and correspon-­‐
ding regulations in the countries through out the tour. 1.4 The participant and his passenger must have valid identity papers to carry with you (ID card, passport, insurance policy, etc.) throughout the journey and to comply with the travel regulati-­‐
ons of the respective countries note (first aid kit, safety vests, etc.). 1.6 Throughout the duration of Lion's Run, the subscriber must ensure that all associated stickers used by Lion's Run are visibly displayed on the place on the car prescribed by Lion's Run. The corresponding stickers are provided by Lion's Run. The installation and removal of the stickers is done at their own discretion and at their own risk of the participant. 1.7 The route can always be found on the Lion's Run website. To change without notice. 2. The package 2.1 The participation fee includes the following services for the participants and the co-­‐driver: • 4 overnight stays in only luxury hotels. KG Seite 3 von 7 2.2 The participation fee does not include the following services: • vehicle costs, in particular fuels, tolls, parking fees (except in the hotels), penalties for traf-­‐
fic infringements • Costs for use of the mini bar in the hotel room, phone, VoD, room service in the respective hotels • Food and drinks 3. Participation fee and payment regulation 3.1 The participation fee is € 2.250.00 net per person. (in words: EURO Twothousandtwohundretfif-­‐
ty). At least 2 people per vehicle required. 3.2 The participation fee is payable within 7 days after registration and receiving the invoice to the account of Lion´s Run GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "Lion's Run") with the account information stated in the invoice. 4. Cancelation 4.1 Before the tour starts, the participant can cancel the contract at any time. In this case, Lion's Run deserves an appropriate compensation, which is as follows: • In case of cancellation 89-­‐60 days prior to departure: 25% of the participation fee • In case of cancellation 59-­‐30 days prior to departure: 40% of the participation fee • If you cancel less than 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the participation fee • If you cancel less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% of the participation fee 5. ries, is limited to the total amount of three times the participation fee. This applies if the dama-­‐
ge of the participant was caused neither intentionally nor by gross negligence by Lion's Run. KG Seite 4 von 7 6.2 The journeys between the destination points of the Lion's Run are responsibly carried out by the participants. Lion's Run is in no way responsible for the vehicle of the participant, in particular for loss through accident or theft, the compliance with all legal requirements as well as approval of the traffic rules. 7. Intellectual Property Protection The participant recognizes the rights of Lion's Run in the development of the concept and execu-­‐
tion of the event. He committed himself not to plan any third party, a ver-­‐rable event to organi-­‐
ze and / or conduct. In case of violation of this obligation the participant pays to Lion's Run a contractual penalty, the amount of which is left to the discretion of Lion's Run and can be sub-­‐
ject to judicial review in dispute over the appropriateness. 8. Approval for the manufacture and use of images and sounds The participant agrees to the production of video and audio recordings during the event. He admits Lion's Run the temporally and spatially unlimited right to use the recordings by Lion's Run, in particular through the Internet presentation under http://lions-­‐run.com. 9. Data Protection As far as Lion's Run in the context of contract management stores personally identifiable infor-­‐
mation, this takes place in compliance with the data protection regulations. Personal data is electronically processed and used solely in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the Lion's Run. A disclosure to third parties that are not in connection with the participation the travel contract, is excluded. 10. Validity of the Terms and Conditions The participant declares that he has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions available at http://lions-­‐run.com/terms-­‐conditions/. 11. Accept By the hook set in the registration form on the homepage, you confirm these terms and conditi-­‐

mit einem Beifahrer meiner Wahl an.
Es gelten folgende Bedingungen:
1. Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme 1.1 Der Teilnehmer / die Teilnehmerin (im Folgenden „Teilnehmer“) muss volljährig und im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins sein. Er muss körperlich und geistig in der Lage sein, sein Fahrzeug für die geplante Dauer der Tour sicher und zuverlässig zu führen. 1.2 Die Teilnahme an der Tour erfolgt mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug des Teilnehmers. Der Teilnehmer ist dafür verantwortlich, dass das von ihm eigesetzte Fahrzeug alle gültigen Zulassungsvoraus-­‐
setzungen während der gesamten Tour erfüllt. 1.3 Dem Teilnehmers ist bekannt, dass es sich bei Lion’s Run um eine Lifestyle-­‐Veranstaltung und nicht um ein Rennen handelt. Der Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung sämtlicher Gesetze und Vorschriften, insbesondere der Straßenverkehrsordnung bzw. entsprechender Regelungen in den jeweiligen Ländern, durch die die Tour führt. 1.4 Der Teilnehmer und sein Beifahrer müssen während der gesamten Reise gültige Ausweispapiere mit sich führen (Personalausweis, Reisepass, Versicherungsschein etc.) und auf die Einhaltung der Reisebestimmungen der jeweiligen Länder beachten (Verbandskasten, Warnwesten etc.). 1.6 Während der gesamten Dauer des Lion’s Run hat der Teilnehmer sicherzustellen, dass alle von Lion’s Run eingesetzten Sticker gut sichtbar an der von Lion´s Run vorgeschriebenen Stelle am Fahrzeug angebracht sind. Die entsprechenden Sticker werden von Lion‘s Run gestellt. Die An-­‐
bringung und Entfernung der Sticker erfolgt im eigenen Ermessen und auf eigenes Risiko des Teilnehmers. 1.7 Die Route kann jederzeit auf der Lion´s Run Homepage eingesehen werden. Änderungen jeder-­‐
zeit vorbehalten. 2. Leistungsumfang 2.1 In den Teilnahmegebühren sind folgende Leistungen für den Teilnehmer und dessen Beifahrer enthalten: • 4 Übernachtungen in den exklusivsten Hotels. Frühstück inkludiert. • Special Events • VIP Eintritt zu allen Events • Alle Parkplätze bei allen Übernachtungen inklusive und überwacht • Optionaler kostenpflichtiger Gepäck Service (Lion´s Run Concierge) • Lion´s Run Welcome Paket inkl. KG Seite 6 von 7 • Lion´s Run 24h professioneller Tour-­‐Security • Lion´s Run Team (Organisation, Foto, Film, Shuttle Service, Concierge Service etc.) 2.2 In den Teilnahmegebühren nicht enthalten sind folgende Leistungen: • Fahrzeugkosten, insbesondere Betriebsstoffe, Mautgebühren, Parkgebühren (außer in den jeweiligen Hotels), Strafgelder wegen Verkehrsverstößen • Kosten für Nutzung der Zimmerbar, Telefon, VoD, Zimmerservice in den jeweiligen Hotels • Essen und Getränke 3. Teilnahmegebühr und Zahlungsbedingungen 3.1 Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 2.250,00 € Netto pro Person. (i.W. EURO Zweitausendachthun-­‐
dertfünfzig). Mindestens 2 Personen pro Fahrzeug notwendig. 3.2 Die Teilnahmegebühr ist zahlbar innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Anmeldung auf das Konto der Li-­‐
on´s Run GmbH & Co. KG (im Folgenden „Lion’s Run“) mit den angegebenen Kontodaten in der erhaltenen Rechnung. 4. Rücktritt 4.1 Vor Tour Beginn kann der Teilnehmer jederzeit von dem Vertrag zurücktreten. Lion´s Run steht in diesem Falle eine angemessene Entschädigung zu, die wie folgt pauschaliert werden kann: •

Reiseausfallversicherung Bei Bedarf einer zusätzlichen, extra für Lion´s Run vorbereiteten, Reiseausfall-­‐ und Abbruch Ver-­‐

Gewährleistung / Haftung 6.1 Die vertragliche Haftung von Lion’s Run auf Schadensersatz für Schäden, die nicht Körperschä-­‐
den sind, ist insgesamt auf die Höhe der dreifachen Teilnahmegebühr beschränkt. Dies gilt, so-­‐
weit ein Schaden des Teilnehmers durch Lion’s Run weder vorsätzlich noch grob fahrlässig her-­‐

Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt für Schäden, die nicht Körperschäden sind, auch im Verhältnis zu Personen, deren Verschulden Lion’s Run zuzurechnen ist. 6.2 Die Fahrten zwischen den einzelnen Zielpunkten des Lion’s Run sind vom Teilnehmer eigenver-­‐
antwortlich durchzuführen. Lion’s Run ist in keinem Fall verantwortlich für das Fahrzeug des Teilnehmers, insbesondere für Verlust durch Unfall oder Diebstahl, der Einhaltung aller zulas-­‐
sungsrechtlicher Vorgaben sowie der Verkehrsregeln. 7. Schutz geistiges Eigentum Der Teilnehmer erkennt die Rechte von Lion’s Run an der Entwicklung des Konzepts und der Durchführung der Veranstaltung an. Er verpflichtet sich weder selbst noch durch Dritte eine ver-­‐
gleichbare Veranstaltung zu planen, zu organisieren und/oder durchzuführen. Im Falle eines Verstoßes gegen diese Verpflichtung zahlt der Teilnehmer an Lion’s Run eine Vertragsstrafe, de-­‐
ren Höhe in das Ermessen von Lion’s Run gestellt wird und die bei Streit über die Angemessen-­‐
heit gerichtlich überprüft werden kann. 8. Zustimmung zur Anfertigung und Nutzung von Bild-­‐ und Tonaufnahmen Der Teilnehmer stimmt der Anfertigung von Bild-­‐ und Tonaufnahmen während der Veranstal-­‐
tung zu. Er räumt Lion’s Run das zeitlich und räumlich unbefristete Recht zur Nutzung der Auf-­‐
nahmen durch Lion’s Run, insbesondere im Rahmen der Internetpräsentation unter http://lions-­‐
run.com, ein. 9. Datenschutz Soweit Lion’s Run im Rahmen der Vertragsabwicklung personenbezogene Daten speichert, fin-­‐
det dies unter Einhaltung der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen statt. Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich in Zusammenhang mit dem Abschluss und der Durchführung des Lion’s Run elektronisch verarbeitet und genutzt. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte, die nicht in Zusam-­‐
menhang mit der Teilnahme Reisevertrag stehen, ist ausgeschlossen. 10. Geltung der AGB Der Teilnehmer erklärt, dass er die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, abrufbar unter http://lions-­‐run.com/terms-­‐conditions/ gelesen hat und akzeptiert. 11. Akzeptieren der Anmeldebedingungen Durch das setzen des Hakens im Anmeldeformular auf der Homepage bestätigen Sie diese Be-­‐
