Surabaya ist nach Jakarta die zweitgrößte Stadt Indonesiens. Sie liegt an der Nordostspitze der
indonesischen Hauptinsel Java, an der Mündung des Flusses Mas. Die Hafenstadt verfügt über
große Werftanlagen und zahlreiche spezialisierte Schulen im Bereich der Nautik. Auch die
indonesische Marine ist hier stationiert. Hauptexportprodukte sind neben Zucker auch Tabak und
Kaffee.
Einreise nach Indonesien
Für die Einreise nach Indonesien benötigen Sie ein Visum. Es gibt das „Visa on Arrival“, welches
bei der Ersteinreise ins indonesische Staatsgebiet am Ankunftsflughafen erteilt wird. Für
Geschäftsreisende gilt offiziell, dass man eine Einladung vom Veranstalter benötigt und das Visum
vor Abreise bei einer Indonesischen Botschaft beantragen soll. Gern erteilen wir hierzu weitere
Auskünfte.
Anreise nach Surabaya
Flüge nach Surabaya werden von zahlreichen Fluggesellschaften angeboten, meist mit
Zwischenstopps in Singapur, Kuala Lumpur oder Hongkong.
