Sourcing Day 23 Haziran’da, Türk-Alman Ekonomi Kongresi bünyesinde, Grand Cevahir Kongre Oteli
Istanbul’da, Türk-Alman Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası ve proje partneri CfSM, Centrum für Supply Management
tarafından düzenlenecektir.

Kunststoffteile bis 200 gr Spritzgewicht Schwerpunkt des eingesetzten Materials PA 6,
PA 6.6 mit Glasfaserverstärkt bis 30%
Werkzeugbau zum Herstellen der Spritzformen muss in der eigenen Firma sein.
Die Firma muss auch kleinere Spritzteile bis 50mm Länge auf Toleranzen von +/0,05mm fertigen können.
Maschinen bis 400 to Schließkraft
Der Lieferant sollte möglichst die Einlegeteile ( Drehteile und Stanzteile ) in
Eigenverantwortung beschaffen.
Die Kunststoffteile werden für Sensoren verwendet
Stückzahlen für Nutzfahrzeuge 3000-5000 Stück, bei manchen Teile je nach
Einsatzgebiet 50.000 bis 80.000 Wir suchen einen optimalen Lieferanten bei dem wir
alle neue Produkte fertigen lassen wollen. Das Volumen wird wie bei unserem heutigen
Lieferanten bis auf 500.000 Euro steigen.
Ein QS Verfahren sollte eingeführt sein, entweder ISO 9100 und / oder TS 16949
Von Vorteil wäre : Techn. oder Vertriebspartner deutsch sprechend.
