WILLBRANDT Engine Mount EM3 kombiniert
niederfrequente Abstimmung mit robuster
und kompakter Bauart. Die Gummigeometrie
ermöglicht hohe Einfederungen für einen
großen Lastbereich.
Die Grundplatte und der Topf sind aus seewasserbeständigem
Aluminiumguss gefertigt. Der Aluminiumtopf schützt das
Gummifederelement vor Öl und Beschädigungen. Das Lager
kann bis zu einer Temperatur von 70°C eingesetzt werden.
Im Zentrum des Lagers befindet sich ein integrierter
Wegbegrenzer. Eine individuelle Anpassung an den jeweiligen
Einsatzzweck ist durch den modularen Aufbau des Engine
Mount EM3 möglich. Die Maschine kann wahlweise direkt
auf dem Topf befestigt werden oder auf der Stellschraube
mit der Möglichkeit der Neu-Ausrichtung.

The base plate and pot are seawater resistant aluminium die
castings. The aluminium pot protects the spring element against
oil and damage. The bearing can be used up to a temperature
of 70°C. Arranged in the centre of the bearing is an integrated
travel limiter. The modular design of the Engine Mount EM3
enables adjustment to specific applications. The machine can
be mounted either directly on the pot or on the adjusting screw
with realignment option.

Installationshinweise
Bei Bedarf kann das Engine Mount EM3 durch das Eindrehen
von vier Gewindebolzen in der Höhe ausgerichtet werden.
Das entstehende Spaltmaß kann gemessen und die notwendige
Dicke der Unterfütterung bestimmt werden. Eine ausführliche
Montageanleitung kann angefordert werden.

Installation information
If required, the Engine Mount EM3 can be adjusted for height
using four thread bolts. The produced gap can be measured
and the necessary shim thickness determined. Detailed
installation instructions are available on request.
