Technical details:
Our new series K36 is smaller and lighter than series K44.
The lower spindle is made of stainless steel, and the handwheel
is flame resistant acc. to UL94V0 (available in different colours).
The same handwheel is used on our K44 valves.
All breathing air valves can be equipped with ratched handwheel (also flame resistant and available in different colours). The
ratched handwheel is protecting the valve against unintended
closing.
Das K36 hält einer Dauerbelastung (Schließmoment) von mindestens 20 Nm stand! Die Norm hingegen schreibt nur 7 Nm vor.
Wir wissen, dass die marktüblichen Schließmomente bei bis zu
17 Nm liegen und haben unser Augenmerk speziell auf diese
Problematik gerichtet!
VTI Atemluftventile sind CE zugelassen und unterliegen
allen gängigen Normen (Impact Test, Cycle Test, TemperaturBeständigkeitstest, etc.).
The K36 withstands a long term closing torque of min. 20 Nm,
whereas the standard is only requesting 7 Nm. Knowing that in
practise a closing torque of round about 17 Nm is achieved, we
turned our attention especially to this feature!
VTI breathing air valves are CE approved and comply with all
usual standards (Impact test, cycle test, temperature test, etc.).

Technische Einzelheiten:
Unsere neue Serie K36 ist kleiner und leichter als die Serie K44.
Das K36 hat eine Unterspindel aus Edelstahl und ein flammwidriges Handrad nach UL94V0 (erhältlich in verschiedenen
Farben). Das gleiche Handrad wird auch bei K44 eingesetzt. Alle
Serien können auch mit einem Rasthandrad ausgestattet werden (ebenfalls flammwidrig und auf Wunsch farbig). Das
Rasthandrad schützt vor unbeabsichtigtem Schließen des
Ventils.
