MASSIVE ELECTORAL FRAUD IN DRC:
WHY SOUTH AFRICA’S GOVERNMENT SUPPORTS THIS FRAUD !!
WHAT ARE THE FACTS?
1. DRC Voting bulletins are widely available in the streets of Johannesburg in South Africa. Because
there was a need to commit fraud at ALL Cost, Officials in both countries maneuvered to recruit and pay DRC
individuals in Johannesburg in order for them to “vote” fraudulently before ballot papers could be sent to DRC.
Proof is available on “Youtube.com” where you can also see the voting bulletins. Around 3 millions ballot papers
were stacked in boxes and send to various part of the country from South Africa, being “pre-voted” for candidate
number 3, which is President Kabila. The Video is in Local language, but it just explains “how they got the
information”, and how they verified it from the airport where the boxes were ready to be sent, and how people
need to forget about elections, because results are already known. The Video can be viewed at this link:

2. Voting Stations Fraud:No one knows the exact number of voting stations ( including the Election
Commission). Too many fictitious voting stations, including unannounced “Mobile Voting stations” added to the
massive voting fraud. People find that voting stations directives end up in some of the houses of MPs from PPRD
party, Kabila’s supporting platform. Suddenly explanations are also coming to say “that one is a mobile voting
station !!! “, and Nobody announced ever before that they would be mobile voting stations ! The “so called
International Community” is blessing the massive fraud, because they want their supported individuals ( Kabila
included) to remain in power so that they can carry on with Mineral and wealth dilapidations as for the past 10
years.
The following links explain the fictitious voting stations, or voting stations that have been removed, and sent to far
between 15 to 50 kms from residents that have to use it, making it impossible for them to reach them, and these will be
used for “MASSIVE votes” already casted from South Africa. These links are from the Official UN radio ( radio
Okapi) which investigated and confirmed the existence of fictitious voting stations, where for one school for example,
it has been registered with 30 different numbers of voting stations. This fact is in All provinces !.. and in one district
in Kinshasa alone, it has found 107 fictitious voting stations which people read their details on the “elections map”,
but can’t find them in their own streets !!. The election Commission is asking the public to inform on “fictitious
stations found”but they are tooooo Many to just think of it as exception…That is why they never wanted computer
Servers audit, etc…. Also, One opposition’s MP has been already assassinated at point blank !! All Confirmed….

How is the RSA and Tanzania Governments are helping the “Int.Community” in this VAST
and massive fraud? : Please, do you remember president Zuma going to “witness” the signing of the power station to be
build in the future (sic !). This deal which is OVER 30 years old, never gets started, although signed multiple times by multiple
people. The Real deal was “after” the witnessing of the signing. The current DRC Government has obtained Army support from
Tanzania (well documented in Tanzania media) and because of the strategic position of RSA, it was important to secure its support
for what was going to happen after the 28th November 2011. Because there is a BIG cake that everyone can share except the
people, it is easy to invite “hungry” leaders to come to the party. As the ANC is facing numerous financial challenges, the
explanation is simple. Also, because the end of the RSA presidential term is nearing with many unknowns, it is better to “secure”
some friends and some funding. Hence, the minister of Defense has to “visit” and re-assure that everything will be fine too, as a
gesture of confirmation. More details will come as we are verifying “documented” details on the deals.
The RSA Government is meant (together with the “SO CALLED international Community!”) to declare ALL as “free
and Fair” elections!! Why ? With these MASSIVE fraud, FREE and FAIR? … Yes, because there are rewards…
What? Because they have been promised “to EAT togheter”!!... More information to come and will be shared in the
same way as this one …. Shame on Africans, Shame on RSA, Shame on Tanzania, Shame!!!

Congo-Kinshasa: Country Heading for Chaotic Elections
23 November 2011
http://allafrica.com/stories/201111240137.html
With only a few days to go, the Congolese elections on Monday 28 November could turn into
chaos, with many polling stations not having received ballot boxes, ballots or voting instructions.
What's worse: people don't even know where to vote.
Yesterday Radio Netherlands visited five polling stations in North and South Kivu provinces. Not
one of the stations had received ballot boxes, ballots or instructions for voters.
Two stations did not even have the voters lists, which should have been published two weeks ago.
Adding to the confusion is the location of the polling stations. In one village there was one station
for voter registration, but the actual voting will take place in four different polling stations. The
stations are miles away from one another.
Since people have not been told where to vote, they will have to find out themselves. A time
consuming task, and virtually impossible for the old and weak.
In the village of Pinga 5000 people were registered as a voter, but only 2.400 appear on the lists.
There's also talk of 'ghost stations', which appear on the lists of the national electoral committee
CENI, but in reality don't exist.
All this leads many people to believe that these elections will not be free and fair, but are in fact a
gigantic fraudulent exercise to keep the incumbent president, Joseph Kabila, in power.
M7 Sends 4000 Troops To DRC ( M7 is the Ugandan unofficial code for Museveni).
Police quelling W2W protests recently By PIU.
ATLEAST 4000 Ugandan troops have been deployed in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ahead of polls,
Red Pepper has confirmed. The troops, according to our sources, comprise of commandos, anti-riot police and covert
security officers. Their mission is to crackdown any election related violence. “About 4000 Ugandan security
officers are already in DR Congo along with tens of armouredteargas and coloured water cannons in a bid to ensure
peaceful presidential elections,” a source said. The elections are slated for Monday November 28, 2011. The Internal
Affairs Minister Hilary Onek confirmed the developments to this newspaper last night. “I ‘m yet to be briefed about
the developments and the real number of people (cops) involved, plus the gadgets you’re asking about,” he said.
“But it’s a normal gesture because of our obligation to establish peace in the region, using the gadgets that were
given to us by UN for peace keeping missions around the region.” Sources intimated that the team of security cops
was initially meant to proceed under the command of CP John Ndungutse, the nononsense Anti Terrorism Deputy
Director.
Sources confirmed that over 10 anti-riot trucks crossed to Congo early last week as part of the 4000 strong
contingent. “Each soldier is paid Shs450, 000. However, their major challenge is that they don’t know
French and conc. Swahili,” a source said.

11, 2010 bomb attacks at Kyaddondo grounds and Kabalagala, courtesy of Al-Shabaab.
“The rate at which our police investigated and ably captured the culprits took FBI officials by a great surprise. That
aside, the restoration of peace afterwards led to Kampala being named the safest capital city in Africa. So many
countries have too much trust in the force, ”our sources said.
We have exclusively confirmed that the deployment was on the request of DRC President Joseph Kabila after
violence indicators in the run up to the polls. Deteriorating security, rampant poverty and illiteracy, logistical
difficulties and allegations of rigging are among the concerns raised by analysts and activists ahead of the polls.
The opposition has been calling for the postponement of the country’s second democratic polls since independence
in 1960 to ensure better planning. “If things remain as they are – without dialogue between the electoral commission
and political parties over the electoral process, as well as between the commission and civil society and the
international community – and elections go on as planned, the result could be violence,” Jerome Bonso, chairman of
the National League for Free and Fair Elections, told IRIN in Kinshasa recently.
Bonso said the elections were taking place in a different context from 2006, when the last elections were held. “We
have to consider events such as the Arab spring where the population spearheaded change in their countries’
leadership. The reality on the ground is that Congolese today need change,” Bonso said. “If they fail to get this
change through the elections, they might go the way the population in the Arab countries went.” 11 presidential
candidates, 147 political parties and 18,500 parliamentary candidates
are contesting in the polls.
