Four leading companies in their respective fields, thanks to their professionalism, gave birth to
T.O.MA., a single company able to respond to numerous needs of various sectors for international clientele. From design to implementation, T.O.MA. can rely on the expertise of each of
its affiliated and founding companies, based in the north-east of Italy: Impresa Tonon, Tonoimpianti, Oberosler, Maeg.
T.O.MA. was in fact established by the partners’ entrepreneurs who, thanks to decades of experience and financial, organizational and business resources, even located abroad, wanted to fit
in the emerging markets of North Africa and the Middle East, as executors of civil and industrial
works, infrastructures and systems following the “turn-key” formula.
With the creation of T.O.MA. they concretized the possibility to aggregate the four Italian companies representing leading companies in their specific and respective fields, able to guarantee
to potential customers “full solving-problem” formulas.
Efficiency and professionalism, combined with Italian style, from planning to start-up, for each
type of intervention in the fields of steelworks, public and private buildings, large-scale infrastructures, environmental restoration, road construction, technological and technical plants, just
to name some of their activities.
Overall, the four companies represent an annual turnover of over 500 million Euro and have
their own know-how, certifications and multidisciplinary references that enable them to approach
any kind of tenders according to their skills and experience in the sectors already mentioned.
One more advantage is given by the complementarity of the overlapping of various specializations, this aspect allows T.O.MA. to manage every phase of the order, from the perspective of
“turnkey”, and for customers this leads to evident economic and organizational benefits, as well
as substantial time savings in as for the implementation phase.
Quatre entreprises leaders dans leur secteurs et grâce à leur professionnalisme ont données
vie à T.O.MA., une entreprise unique capable de répondre aux divers besoins dans différents
secteurs d’une large bande de clientèle internationale. De la conception à la mise en œuvre,
T.O.MA. dispose d’un potentiel fort d’expertise résultat de l’attelage de ses sociétés affiliées

T.O.MA. a été constituée en fait par des partenaires entrepreneurs ayants une expérience de
dix ans, avec des ressources financières, organisationnelles et d’entrepreneuriats importants.
Œuvrant même en dehors des frontières nationale, le groupement a décidé de proposer son
savoir faire aux marchés émergents d’Afrique du Nord e du Moyen-Orient comme exécuteurs
de travaux de génie civil, industriels, infrastructures et équipements selon la formule « clé en
main ». Avec T.O.MA., nous avons concrétisé la possibilité de regrouper quatre entreprises
italiennes leaders dans leurs domaines, avec une volonté de contribution au développement et
satisfaction des exigences de potentiels clients en leurs mettant à disposition la notion “full solving-problem”. Efficience et professionnalisme, combinées au style italien, à partir de la phase
de conception jusqu’au start-up, pour chaque type d’intervention, dans le secteur des constructions en acier, bâtiments publics et privés, grandes infrastructures, restaurations conservatives et
environnementales, constructions routières, stations technologiques et techniques, cela dit, seul
les domaines d’action sont cité. Ensemble, les quatre entreprises réalisent un chiffre d’affaire
annuelle de plus de 500 millions d’euros et disposent du know-how, certifications et références
multidisciplinaires qui permettent d’approcher n’importe quel type d’appel d’offres cohérentes
aux respectives capacités et expériences citées ci-dessus.

Tonon Company has been operating for almost 60 years in the construction industry, starting from 1955 with the establishment
of the craft business , by Giovanni Tonon, now president of the company, who only a few years later began the construction of
prestigious residential buildings on Veneto Region.
Over the decades, thanks to the creation of numerous important public and private works, Tonon Company improved the administrative, technical and vocational management and increased collaboration with external counselling studies. In the 70s, the
company worked for constructions on the coasts of the North-east of Italy, thus to build hotels, roads, maritime works, houses and
public facilities. After the earthquake of ’76, it even contributed in the phase of reconstruction of the areas of Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Region which were damaged by the quake.
Tonon Company S.p.A., consequently after the establishment in 1982, of Eurocostruzioni s.r.l. and of its combination in 1993 with
the company Tonon Giovanni, at first, built works in the region of origin and adjacent areas, thus demonstrating the high social
and economic esteem for it, by other companies and bodies on the surrounding territory.
Subsequently, the recognition of professional skills, high quality levels as for constructions and operational potential occurred after
the creation of a group of construction companies, which extended their activities in Italy and abroad and turned to the markets
of industrial buildings, of large commercial structures, of restoration and environmental conservation, as well as health sector.

L’entreprise Tonon est opérationnelle depuis environs 60 années dans le domaine des constructions, à partir du 1955, avec la
fondation de l’entreprise artisanal par Giovanni Tonon, aujourd’hui président de la société, que seulement quelque année plus
tard commençait la construction de prestigieux bâtiments résidentielles dans la Règion Veneto. Au cours des décennies, grâce à la
réalisation des nombreuses et importantes ouvrages, soit publiques que privées, l’entreprise Tonon à amélioré la gestion administrative, technique et professionnel et intensifié la fondamentale collaboration avec des bureaux d’étude externes. Dans les années
’70, l’entreprise est présente sur les côtes du Triveneto, contribuant ainsi à édifier hôtels, routes, ouvrages maritimes, bâtiments
et structures publiques. Après le tremblement de terre du ’76 participe à la reconstruction des aires de la région Friuli Venezia
Giulia touchées par le séisme. L’entreprise Tonon s.p.a., conséquence naturelle de la naissance, en 1982, de la Eurocostruzioni
s.r.l. et de sa union le 1993, avec l’entreprise Tonon Giovanni, en principe agisse dans sa région d’origine et dans celles proches,
démontrant la grande considération, sociale et économique, réservée au propre territoire. Ensuite, la reconnaissance de capacité
professionnelle, qualité des réalisations et du potentiel opératif est obtenue avec la création d’un groupe d’entreprises de construction, qui étendent leur activité à niveau national et international, s’adressant aux marchés des bâtiments industriels, des grandes
structures commerciales, de la restauration conservative et environnementale et du secteur sanitaire.

When Tonoimpianti Company was established in the 60s, it had to face the technological sector, which was absolutely new, and
completely to discover, to develop and to implement in those years.
For the activities of the company, many significant investments were assigned, in order to acquire and improve the know-how as
for automation, management, new technologies, promoting energy savings for a proper economic and social development.
Over the years, this company expanded, constantly updating its existing workforce, capable of responding to Italian and foreign
customers’ requests, finding the most appropriate and effective technical solutions.
In Padua, at the corporate head office, there are executive, technical and administrative offices, as well as warehouse, mechanical
and electrical workshops, where technology plants are prepared for pre-assembly.
After setting up technological and electrical systems, for the project, and after detecting the installation site, in fact, engineers
start with shop drawings indispensable for the realization of prefabrication and pre-assembly of plants and all their components.
This step, parallel with site works, reduces the subsequent exposure times.

Lors de sa naissance, pendant les années ’60, l’entreprise Tonoimpianti se trouvait face à un secteur, celui technologique, totalement à découvrir, développement et réalisation. A l’activité, depuis ce moment, ont étés destinés investissements importants, pour
acquérir et améliorer le know-how dans l’automation, la gestion, les nouvelles technologies, favorisant les économies d’énergie
pour un correct développement économique et social. Au cours des années l’entreprise s’est agrandie, mettant à jour en continu
les membres du personnel, capables de répondre aux requêtes des clients, nationaux et internationaux, trouvant les solutions techniques les plus adaptées et efficaces. A Padoue, dans la siège de l’entreprise sont abrités les bureaux directionnels, techniques
et administratifs, autre que le magasin, les ateliers mécaniques et électriques, où les centrales technologiques sont préparées et
pré-assemblées. Prédisposé à réaliser des projets d’installations technologiques et électriques et effectuer le relevé du site d’installation ; les techniciens responsables commencent par les plans constructifs d’atelier indispensables pour la réalisation de la
préfabrication et le pré-assemblage des centrales et de leur composants, parallèle aux activités de chantier, permettant de réduire
considérablement le temps de pose. Les domaines opérationnels de Tonoimpianti sont:

Oberosler s.p.a. Company was started up in the 60s in the field of road construction, distinguishing by its design and construction of roads, highways, viaducts, tunnels, as well as in the sector of environmental protection, implementation of reclamation
works, implementation of landfills, treatment plants, aqueducts and sewers, but also in the construction industry, civil and real
estate sector. After the inauguration of the first headquarters in Bruneck, in 1960, and following the experience of his father, Pietro
Oberosler had the opportunity to operate during the years of economic boom, characterized by rapid evolution of technology,
construction field, which led, for example to the construction of roads in Trentino Alto Adige region.
Thanks to the skills and resourcefulness of its founder, Oberosler Company started very soon to work beyond the borders of this
province, also due to its specialization in one of the most difficult zones, that is the mountainous area. The company thus faced the
2000s, relying on a pool of 40 professionals, including engineers and surveyors, more than 150 skilled workers and 15 people
for the administrative and management structure. With over 40 years of experience, Oberosler Company mainly deals with road
construction, rehabilitation of the viaducts, it has the greatest experience in implementing large underground works , thanks to a
technical department of engineers and one of the most complete fleet of machines and equipment.
This company is also involved in setting the collectors of white water, rehabilitation and new construction of landfills, reclamation

L’entreprise Oberosler s.p.a. a commencé durant les années ‘60 un long voyage ce qui lui a permit aujourd’hui de se poser au
sommet du secteur autoroutière, pour la conception et réalisation de routes, autoroutes, viaducs, tunnels ainsi dans le secteur des
systèmes environnementaux pour la réalisation de travaux de remise en état des terre, des décharges, des stations d’épuration,
de aqueducs et égouts, mais aussi dans le secteur de la construction, domaine civil, industriel et immobilier. Inauguré le premier
siège à Brunico le 1960 et avec l’expérience paternelle, Pietro Oberosler à pu traverser les années du boom économique, caractérisé par une rapide évolution des technologies et de la vivacité du secteur de la construction, privé et public, qui lui ont permis
la construction du réseau routière de la région du Trentino Alto Adige. Les capacités et l’ingéniosité de son fondateur ont permis à
l’entreprise Oberosler de franchir les frontières de la province, grâce à sa spécialisation dans un territoire qui se considére parmi
les plus difficiles, celui de montagnes, et d’arriver au troisième millénaire comptant sur une équipe de 40, parmi ingénieurs et
géomètres, plus 150 ouvriers spécialisés et 15 personnes en charge de la structure administrative et de gestion. Avec plus de 40
années d’expérience, Oberosler s’occupe principalement de construction de routes, restauration de viaducs, et peut se vanter de
la plus haute expérience dans la réalisation de grandes ouvrages souterraines, grâce à un bureau technique d’ingénieurs spécialisés et à des machines et équipements parmi les plus evoluées. En plus, l’entreprise s’occupe de la mise en place de collecteurs

Maeg Costruzioni S.p.A. was established in 1989, thanks to the intuition of Mr. Alfeo Ortolan and Mrs. Marilena Carlet and
their willingness to make this emerging company in the field of steel constructions. The activities in the sector of steelworks are still
managed with the same passion by their children Matteo, Alessio, Luca and Mariasole. In over two decades of its activity, Maeg
reached very high levels of skills and expertise in this field, standing out among the leading companies in the field of design, supply, installation of medium-heavy steelworks and got a production capacity of 50 thousand tons per years.
This goal is in itself already considerable, yet it is constantly improving thanks to the support of 300 highly professional employees
and the capacity of their plants. From design to implementation, the orders are followed consistently in several steps. The technical
department provides structural drawings, in accordance with the legislation in force, then the preparation of the manufacturing
plan, procedural controls and then they proceed with the execution in workshop. All activities are supervised by highly qualified
personnel. The phases of assembly and welding are implemented in the factories of Vazzola, Codognè, Cimavilla and Maron di
Brugnera, where there is a painting department, also equipped with a system of automatic shot blasting. Maeg also ensures the
transport of materials to the final construction sites, as it has a service that is able to move items up to 50 meters in length and 100
tons in weight. To guarantee the quality product, Maeg obtained certifications ISO 9001:2008, Euro-Soa, Uni En Iso 3834-2 and
STC certifications. Every work documented by quality control and the final product is therefore always accompanied by:

L’histoire de Maeg Costruzioni s.p.a. a pour origine l’anné 1989 grâce à l’intuition de Alfeo Ortolan et Marilena Carlet et à leur
bonne volonté de spécialiser l naissante societé dans la construction de charpente métallique. Secteur qui à ces jours est suivi
avec la même passion par leur fils Matteo, Alessio, Luca et Mariasole. En plus de deux décennies d’activité, Maeg a atteint très
hautes niveaux de compétence, se plaçant parmi les plus importantes réalités dans le domaine de la conception, fourniture et mise
en œuvre de charpente métallique mi-lourd et obtenant une potentialité de production de 50.000 tons par année. Nonobstant il
s’agit d’un but déjà important, est toutefois en constante amélioration grâce à la contribution hautement professionnelle des ses
300 employées et à la capacité des ses usines. De la conception à la mise en œuvre, les contrats sont suivis constamment par
phases. Le bureau technique s’occupe du projet structurel conformément aux normes en vigueur, suivi par l’établissement des plans
de fabrication, par la construction en atelier et par les contrôles demandés par les procédures. Toutes activités sont supervisées
par un personnel hautement qualifié. Les phases d’assemblage et soudure sont exécutées dans les ateliers de Vazzola, Codogné,
Cimavilla et Maron de Brugnera, où est placé le département de peinture, dotée aussi d’une installation de grenaillage automatique. Maeg garantie en plus le transport des matériaux aux chantiers de destination, à travers un service de camions autonome
capable de déplacer éléments jusqu’à 50 mètres de longueur et 100 tons de poids. Avec la garantie d’un produit de qualité,
Maeg a obtenu la certifications ISO 9001:2008, Euro-Soa, UNI EN ISO 3834-2 et les attestations STC. Chaque activités est
