TERMS OF SALE
Everything will be sold to the highest bider or bidders for cash in accordance with the
Auctioneer’s Customary terms of Sale, copies of which will be posted on the premises. All
sales are for cash. CIACPCC Inc. assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. CIACPCC Inc. expressly reserves the to determine the manner of conducting the
auction and to sell items by individual or group lots as it may deem appropriate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The buyer acknowledges that he or an agent has inspected all of the assets upon which he
will be bidding and/or does purchase. Buyer agrees to accept assets purchased “as is”,
“where is”, “in place” and “with all faults”. The Auctioneer expressley disclaims on the
part of the auctioneer as agent and the seller, any warranty as to fitness of usability of all
the assets, and the buyer expressly waives any claim in respect to any possible future use

guarantee unqualified payment to CIACPCC Inc.. on the account listed here in up to the
amount of $.____ This letter is good until FEB. 24, 2006. We suggest you discuss this
method with your banker prior to the sale date. In default of payment bills in full within
the time therein specified, the auctioneer, in addition to all other remedies allowed by law,
may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Lots not
paid for and removed within the time allowed herein may be resold at public or private
sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charge of
resale will be charged to the defaulting purchase. All items must be removed by the time
announced at the start of the sale. No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement
is made. Each buyer will be responsible for payment of any sales tax chargeable by the
Province in addition to the bid price for any asset purchased, unless proper and acceptable evidence of a certificate of exemption with necessary incidental information with respect thereto
is provided to CIACPCC Inc. at time of payment and before removal of purchased asset.
