The complete exhaust system is intended exclusively on motorcycles used in sporting competitions on closed circuits,
outside the public road network, and it must not be used for any other purpose. These silencers must not be fitted
to any other motorcycle used on the public road network. Fitting these silencers can make a motorcycle illegal for
travelling on the public road network and puts the owner of the motorcycle in violation of road law.
In purchasing this silencer kit, the buyer recognises that it is purchased only for the purposes of sporting competitions
and that it will be fitted only on motorcycles used off the public road network, in authorised events.
The complete exhaust system is already set up for optimal running and absolutely requires the configuration of the
mapping in accordance with the procedures described below. Failure to carry out this configuration carries the risk of
serious engine damage.
Do not tamper with any part of the system.
INTRODUCTION TO FITTING

For fitting the complete exhaust Kit and the associated configuration of the new mapping, rely on the specialist technicians at an Official Aprilia Dealer. The complete exhaust Kit must only be fitted after modification of the mapping,
which will be carried out by an Official Dealer with the help of the appropriate special equipment. Using this exhaust
Kit without modification of the mapping, damages the engine of the bike.
The new dedicated engine-mapping program does not include the exhaust valve actuator. When the exhaust valve
actuator needs to be removed its electrical connector should be protected from water and dirt.
Make sure that the engine and the parts of the bike which get hot (cans, collectors etc.) are cold before changing the
complete exhaust system.
CARBURATION
Because of the increase in performance produced by the system, in terms of power and maximum torque, it is necessary to carry
out the modification to the mapping which has been specially developed for the purpose, in order to restore the correct carburation
parameters and prevent possible damage to the engine.

We particularly recommend periodically checking the inner dumping material and replacing it if necessary with the
dumping cartridge available as a spare part.

Il sistema di scarico completo è esclusivamente destinato a motocicli impiegati in competizioni sportive su circuiti
chiusi, al di fuori della rete stradale pubblica e non deve essere utilizzato per nessun altro fine. Questi silenziatori
non devono essere installati in nessun altro motociclo utilizzato sulla rete stradale pubblica. L’installazione di questi
silenziatori può rendere un motociclo fuori-legge per la circolazione sulla rete stradale pubblica e porta il proprietario
del motociclo a violare il codice della strada.
Nell’acquistare questo Kit silenziatori, l’acquirente riconosce che viene acquistato solo a fini di competizioni sportive
e che sarà installato solo su motocicli usati al di fuori della rete stradale pubblica, in eventi autorizzati.
Il sistema di scarico completo è già funzionalmente ottimizzato e prevede assolutamente la configurazione della mappatura secondo le procedure descritte di seguito , pena gravi conseguenze sull’integrità del motore.

PREMESSE PER IL MONTAGGIO

Per il montaggio del Kit di scarico completo e la relativa configurazione della nuova mappatura, rivolgersi al personale
specializzato di un Concessionario Ufficiale Aprilia.
Il Kit di scarico completo va montato esclusivamente previo la modifica della mappatura, che verrà eseguita da un
Concessionario Ufficiale Aprilia tramite l’apposita attrezzatura. Usare questo Kit di scarico senza la modifica della
mappatura, danneggia il motore della moto.
La nuova mappatura dedicata esclude totalmente l’attuatore della valvola di scarico. Qualora si desideri rimuovere l’attuatore valvola di scarico dalla moto, proteggere accuratamente (dallo sporco e dall’acqua) il relativo connettore elettrico.
Accertarsi che il motore e le parti termiche della moto (marmitte, collettori, et.) siano freddi prima di sostituire il sistema
di scarico completo.
CARBURAZIONE
A causa dell’incremento di prestazione in termini di potenza e di coppia massima ottenuto, è necessaria la modifica della mappatura
specificatamente sviluppata, per ripristinare i corretti parametri di carburazione e prevenire possibili danni al motore.

Raccomandiamo in particolare il controllo periodico del materiale fonoassorbente interno e l’eventuale sostituzione
con la cartuccia fonoassorbente disponibile come ricambio.

NOTE SUR L’UTILISATION

Le système d’échappement complet est destiné exclusivement aux motos utilisées pour les compétitions sportives
sur circuits fermés, hors du réseau routier public. Il ne doit être utilisé dans aucune autre situation. Ces silencieux ne
doivent pas être installés sur des motos utilisées sur les routes publiques. L’installation de ces silencieux implique
que la moto est hors-la-loi pour la circulation sur les routes publiques et que le propriétaire de la moto viole le code
de la route.
A l’achat de ce Kit silencieux, l’acheteur reconnaît qu’il ne l’utilisera que pour des compétitions sportives et que ce kit
silencieux ne sera installé que sur des motos utilisées hors du réseau routier public, lors de manifestations autorisées.
Le fonctionnement du système d’échappement complet a été optimisé et doit respecter strictement la configuration du
schéma, d’après les procédures décrites ci-après, sous peine de conséquences graves pour l’intégrité du moteur.
Ne transformer aucun élément.
INTRODUCTION AU MONTAGE

Pour le montage du Kit d’échappement complet et la configuration du nouveau schéma, s’adresser au personnel spécialisé d’un Concessionnaire Officiel Aprilia. Le Kit d’échappement complet doit être monté uniquement après avoir
modifié le schéma, opération qui sera réalisée par un Concessionnaire Officiel Aprilia à l’aide d’outillages spéciaux.
L’utilisation de ce Kit d’échappement sans modification du schéma entraîne des dommages au moteur de la moto.
Le nouveau mappage dédié exclut complètement l’actuateur de la vanne d’échappement.
Au cas où, l’on nécessite d’enlever l’actuateur de la vanne d’échappement de la moto, protéger soigneusement (de la
saleté et de l’eau) le connecteur électrique relatif.
Avant de remplacer le système d’échappement complet, s’assurer que le moteur et les éléments thermiques de la
moto (pots d’échappement, collecteurs, etc.) sont froids.
CARBURATION
Les prestations en termes de puissance et de couple maximum obtenu ont été augmentées : cela nécessite de modifier le schéma spécifiquement développé, afin de rétablir les bons paramètres de carburation et de prévenir les risques de dommages au
moteur.

Nous recommandons notamment de vérifier périodiquement le matériau insonorisant interne et de remplacer éventuellement la cartouche d’insonorisation, disponible en pièce de rechange.

Das komplette Auspuffsystem ist ausschließlich für Motorräder bestimmt, die bei sportlichen Wettkämpfen in geschlossenen Ringen außerhalb des öffentlichen Straßennetzes verwendet werden, und darf für keinen anderen Zweck
verwendet werden. Diese Schalldämpfer dürfen bei keinem anderen Motorrad, das im öffentlichen Straßennetz verwendet wird, eingebaut werden. Die Installation dieser Schalldämpfer kann ein Motorrad für den Verkehr im öffentlichen
Straßennetz illegal machen und führt den Besitzer des Motorrads dazu, die Verkehrsordnung zu verletzen.
Beim Kauf dieses Schalldämpfer-Kits erkennt der Käufer an, dass es nur für Sportwettkämpfe erworben wird und dass es nur auf
Motorrädern eingebaut wird, die außerhalb des öffentlichen Straßennetzes bei genehmigten Veranstaltungen verwendet werden.
Das komplette Auspuffsystem ist bereits funktionsmäßig optimiert und es ist unbedingt die Konfiguration des Kennfeldes gemäß den
anschließend vorgeschriebenen Prozeduren vorgesehen. Andernfalls treten schwerwiegende Folgen für die Integrität des Motors auf.
Es darf kein Teil verändert werden.
VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR DIE MONTAGE

Für die Montage des kompletten Auspuffkits und die entsprechende Konfiguration des neuen Kennfeldes sollte man
sich bei dem Fachpersonal eines offiziellen Aprilia-Vertragshändlers informieren. Das komplette Auspuffkit darf nur
nach vorheriger Änderung des Kennfeldes eingebaut werden, die von einem offiziellen Aprilia-Vertragshänder mit dem
entsprechenden Werkzeug vorgenommen wird. Wird dieses Auspuffkit ohne die Änderung des Kennfeldes verwendet,
wird der Motor des Motorrades beschädigt.
Die neue eigens hierfür erstellte Einstellung schliesst die Aktivierungsvorrichtung des Auspuffventils gänzlich aus.
Sollte man die Aktivierungsvorrichtung des Auspuffventils vom Motorrad entfernen wollen, ist der entsprechende
elektrische Verbinder sorgfältig zu schützen (vor Schmutz und Wasser)
Sich vergewissern, dass der Motor und die Thermoteile des Motorrades (Auspuff, Krümmer usw.) kalt sind, bevor das
komplette Auspuffsysstem ausgetauscht wird.
VERGASUNG
Aufgrund der Leistungssteigerung hinsichtlich erreichter Leistung und Höchstdrehmoment ist die spezifisch entwickelte Änderung des Kennfeldes erforderlich, um die richtigen Vergasungsparameter wiederherzustellen und eventuelle Schäden am Motor
zu vermeiden.

Wir empfehlen besonders die periodische Kontrolle des schallschluckenden Innenmaterials und den eventuellen Austausch mit der als Ersatzteil verfügbaren Schallschluckpatrone.

NOTAS SOBRE EL USO

El sistema de escape completo está destinado exclusivamente a las motocicletas para competencias deportivas en
circuitos cerrados, por fuera de la red vial pública, y no debe ser utilizado para ningún otro fin. Estos silenciadores
no deben ser instalados en ningún otro tipo de motocicleta que se utilice sobre la red vial pública. La instalación de
estos silenciadores puede volver una moto ilegal para la circulación por la red vial pública, y hace que el propietario
viole el código vial.
Al adquirir este juego de silenciadores, el comprador declara comprarlo sólo para fines de competencias deportivas,
y que será instalado sólo en motos que se usarán por fuera de la red vial pública, en eventos autorizados.
El sistema de escape completo ya ha sido funcionalmente optimizado y prevé la configuración completa de la calibración
según los procedimientos que se describen a continuación, so pena graves consecuencias para la integridad del motor.
No alterar ninguna de las partes.
PREMISAS PARA EL MONTAJE

Para el montaje del sistema de escape completo y la correspondiente configuración de la nueva calibración, pedir
apoyo al Personal Especializado de un Concesionario Oficial Aprilia.
El sistema de escape completo debe ser montado exclusivamente previa modificación de la calibración, que será
efectuada por un Concesionario Oficial Aprilia usando las herramientas adecuadas.
Usar este sistema de escape sin la modificación de la calibración, daña el motor de la moto.
El nuevo mapeo dedicado excluye totalmente el servomotor de la válvula de escape.
Si se quiere remover el servomotor de la válvula de escape de la moto, hay que proteger cuidadosamente (de la suciedad y del agua) el conector eléctrico correspondiente.
Verificar que el motor y las partes térmicas de la moto (marmitas, colectores, etc.) estén frías, antes de reemplazar el
sistema de escape completo.
CARBURACION
Debido al incremento de prestaciones en términos de potencia y de par máximo obtenido, es necesario modificar la calibración
específicamente desarrollada, para reestablecer los parámetros correctos de carburación y prevenir posibles daños en el motor.

Recomendamos en particular el control periódico del material fonoabsorbente interno y su eventual reemplazo por el
cartucho fonoabsorbente disponible como repuesto.

PROCEDURE FOR MODIFYING THE MAPPING FOR USE THE APRILIA RACING EXHAUST UNIT
The operation must be carried out by specialised personnel and equipment to be found in Aprilia Service Centres.
- When fitting Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE EXHAUST it is essential to also modify the parameters of the control unit to sports use
(RACE mapping).
- When the new dedicated engine-mapping program is run the text “RACE” must appear on the dashboard display, the absence of
which indicates an error in the installation procedure.
- Running the vehicle with the Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE exhaust with the incorrect parameters installed in the engine control unit
may cause irreparable damage to the engine.
- The new “RACE” engine mapping is not registered for road use and deletes the current mapping in use on the vehicle, and it resets
the engine for maximum performance and torque.

Diagnostic tool: Aprilia Axone – Moto Guzzi (discontinued) or TXB Navigator (code 020680Y) supplied with PGDS Software. (Piaggio
Group Diagnostic Software).
Software versions supplied with 4021AD01 (4021 ad01.cpt) or updated versions.
PROCEDURA PER LA MODIFICA DELLA MAPPATURA PER L’UTILIZZO DEGLI SCARICHI APRILIA
ACCESSORIES
L’operazione deve essere eseguita, tramite l’apposita attrezza, dal personale specializzato dei centri di Assistenza Aprilia.
- ll montaggio, sul veicolo in oggetto, del kit scarichi Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE deve essere seguito dall’adeguamento dei parametri
della centralina per l’utilizzo sportivo (mappatura RACE).
- Con la nuova mappatura, sul cruscotto verrà visualizzata la scritta RACE. L’assenza di questa scritta RACE, implica un’errore nella
procedura di adeguamento mappatura.
- L’utilizzo del veicolo con gli scarichi Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE e senza l’adeguamento dei parametri della centralina, potrebbe
causare seri danni irreparabili al motore.
- La nuova mappatura “RACE” non omologata per uso stradale, esclude tutte le mappature omologate presenti nel veicolo e configura
il motore per erogare le massime prestazioni in termini di potenza e coppia massima.
ATTREZZATURA NECESSARIA
Strumento di diagnosi: Axone Aprilia - Moto Guzzi (non più in vendita) oppure il Navigator TXB (codice 020680Y) fornito con il Software
PGDS (Piaggio Group Diagnostic Software).

L’opération doit être effectuée par un personnel qualifié et avec les équipements spécifiques présents dans les centres
d’assistance Aprilia.
- Le montage des échappements Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE sur la machine en objet, doit être suivi du réglage des paramètres de
la centrale pour leur utilisation au niveau sportif (mappage RACE).
- Par le nouveau mappage, le mot RACE sera visualisé sur le tableau de bord. L’absence du mot RACE, implique une erreur dans la
procédure de réajustement du mappage.
- L’utilisation du véhicule avec les dispositifs d’échappement Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE et sans le réajustement des paramètres de
la centrale, pourrait endommager irréparablement le moteur.
- Le nouveau mappage « RACE » non homologué pour l’utilisation en route, exclut tous les mappages homologués présents dans le
véhicule et configure le moteur pour les meilleures prestations en termes de puissance et de couple maximal.

- Mit der neuen Einstellung wird auf dem Armaturenbrett das Wort RACE angezeigt. Ist dieses Wort RACE nicht angezeigt, handelt es
sich um einen Fehler in der Angleichungsprozedur der Neueinstellung.
- Der Gebrauch des Fahrzeugs mit Auspuffanlage Akrapović Evolution LINE und ohne Angleichung der Parameter der Zentraleinheit,
könnte zu ernsten irreparablen Schäden am Motor führen.
- Die Neueinstellung RACE, nicht genehmigt für den Verkehrsgebrauch, schliesst alle genehmigten am Fahrzeug vorhandenen Einstellungen aus und konfiguriert den Motor so, dass er die höchstmöglichen Leistungen hinsichtlich Kraft und Maximalem Drehmoment
erbringt.
ERFORDERLICHE AUSRÜSTUNG
Diagnoseinstrument Axone Aprilia - Moto Guzzi (nicht mehr im Handel) oder Navigator TXB (code 020680Y), ausgestattet mit der

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MODIFICAR LA CALIBRACIÓN PARA EL USO DE LOS SISTEMAS DE ESCAPE
APRILIA ACCESSORIES
La operación debe ser realizada por el personal y con los equipos específicos de los centros de asistencia aprilia.
- Después de montar en el vehículo en objeto los escapes Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE es necesario adecuar los parámetros de la
centralita para uso deportivo (mapeo RACE).
- el nuevo mapeo, en el salpicadero se visualizará la palabra RACE. La ausencia de esta palabra RACE implica un error en el procedimiento de adaptación del mapeo.
- LEl empleo del vehículo con escapes Akrapović EVOLUTION LINE y sin la adaptación de los parámetros de la centralita, podría
causar daños serios e irreparables al motor.
- El nuevo mapeo “RACE” no homologado para uso en la carretera excluye todos los mapeos homologados presentes en el vehículo
y configura el motor para erogar las máximas prestaciones en términos de potencia y par máximo.

Instrumento de diagnosis: Asoné Aprilia – Moto Guzzi (ya no en venta) o el Navigator TXB (código 020680Y) proporcionado con el

PROCEDURE FOR MODIFYING THE MAPPING FOR USE OF THE APRILIA
EXHAUST UNIT RACING AKRAPOVIĆ
In order to load the mapping RACE into the motorbike’s ECU, log onto the website and follow the instructions available on the
appropriate mapping page (www.serviceaprilla.com/ spare parts and accessories/ mapping).
Motorbikes set up with the exhaust kit ‘RACING EVOLUTION LINE’ must be used solely and exclusively with the appropriate and proper mapping RACE.
If the exhaust kit ‘RACING Akrapovic’ Evolution Line’ is removed and the original exhaust system installed, the mapping RACE
must be substituted by the proper STANDARD mapping (a standard feature).
Motorbikes set up with the original exhaust system must be used solely and exclusively with
the proper STANDARD mapping.
An employment different from that stated in the above points will seriously damage the
motorbike’s motor.

PROCEDURA PER LA MODIFICA DELLA MAPPATURA CON L’UTILIZZO DEGLI
SCARICHI RACING AKRAPOVIĆ
Per caricare la mappatura RACE nella centralina della moto, connettersi al sito www.serviceaprilia.com e seguire le istruzioni
presenti nella apposita cartella mappature (www.service aprilia.com/Ricambi e accessori/mappature).
LA MOTO CONFIGURATA CON IL KIT SCARICHI RACING EVOLUTION LINE DEVE ESSERE UTILIZZATA SOLO ED
ESCLUSIVAMENTE CON L’APPOSITA MAPPATURA RACE.
Nel caso venga rimosso il kit scarichi RACING Akrapović Evolution Line ed installato l’impianto di scarico originale, la mappatura
RACE deve essere sostituita con l’apposita mappatura STANDARD (di serie).

Para cargar el mapeo RACE en la centralita de la moto, hay que conectarse al sitio www.serviceaprilia.com y seguir las instrucciones presentes en la carpeta de los mapeos apropiada (www.serviceaprilia.com/Repuestos y accesorios/mapeos).
HAY QUE UTILIZAR LA MOTO CONFIGURADA CON EL KIT DE ESCAPE RACING EVOLUTION SOLO Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE CON EL MAPEO RACE APROPIADO.
En el caso de que se remueva el kit de escape RACING Akrapovic’ Evolution Line y se instale el equipo de escape original, hay
que sustituir el mapeo RACE con el mapeo apropiado STANDARD (de serie).
HAY QUE UTILIZAR LA MOTO CONFIGURADA CON EL EQUIPO DE ESCAPE ORIGINAL SOLO Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE

THESE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE READ CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO ENSURE
PROPER INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE AKRAPOVIČ EXHAUST SYSTEM.
THE EXHAUST SYSTEM CAN BE EXTREMELY HOT. ALLOW THE EXHAUST AND ENGINE TO
COOL DOWN BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION.
WE ADVISE YOU TO LEAVE INSTALLATION TO A QUALIFIED SERVICEMAN. IMPROPER
INSTALLATION MAY RESULT IN A SHORTER LIFETIME OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND/OR
DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.
THIS MANUAL IS SPECIFIC TO THE APRILIA RSV4 RF M.Y. 2015. THERE MAY BE SOME
DIFFERENCES IN INSTALLATION PROCEDURES FOR OTHER MODELS.
AKRAPOVIČ MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE IMPROVED CORNERING CLEARANCE
FOR EXHAUST SYSTEMS. HOWEVER, DUE TO DESIGN AND SPACE LIMITATIONS ON SOME
MOTORCYCLE MODELS, GROUND AND CORNERING CLEARANCE MAY NOT IMPROVE OR
MAY EVEN BE REDUCED. FOR ADVANCED USERS, WE RECOMMEND INCREASING THE
SPRING PRELOAD SETTINGS TO IMPROVE GROUND CLEARANCE.

REMOVAL OF STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM:

Put the motorcycle on a side stand, we recommend a central racing stand. Make sure, that surface is solid and flat.
Loosen the clamp at the muffler-collector connection, unscrew the muffler hanging bracket bolt and remove the muffler off the motorcycle (Figure 1, 2).
CAUTION: be careful not to damage any part of the motorcycle during this process!

Remove the metal collar and rubber damper from the muffler hanging bracket (Figure 3, 4).

Unscrew the marked bolts, remove the plastic fasteners on both sides of the motorcycle and carefully remove the
lower and middle parts of the cowling (Figure 5, 6, 7, 8).

Disconnect the servo motor’s electrical connector and unscrew the servo motor off the engine (Figure 9, 10).
CAUTION: be careful not to damage any part of the motorcycle during this process!

Secure the servo motor’s connector as shown, using tie wrap from installation kit (Figure 11).
CAUTION: secure the connector in such a way it doesn’t touch any hot or moving part of the motorcycle!

Unscrew the bolt and remove the safety pins from the oil cooler hanging brackets and move the cooler out of the
way (Figure 12).

Unscrew and remove the front sprocket cover (Figure 13).

Disconnect both lambda sensors’ connectors and remove the lambda sensors off the motorcycle; secure both connectors as shown, using tie wraps from installation kit (Figure 14, 15).
CAUTION: secure the connectors in such a way they doesn’t touch any hot or moving part of the motorcycle!

Unhook the marked springs and carefully remove the collector together with cables and exhaust valve’s servo motor off the motorcycle (Figure 16, 17).

11. Unscrew the rear headers’ flange nuts and carefully remove the headers off the motorcycle (Figure 18).

Set up the flanges together with the springs and sleeves; make sure you orient the flanges and springs as shown
(Figure 21).

Set up and tighten the front headers’ flanges together with the springs and sleeves onto the front cylinder head,
using stock nuts; make sure you orient the flanges and springs as shown (Figure 23).

Set up and tighten the (rear right only!) header’s flange together with the spring and sleeve onto the rear right
cylinder head outlet, using stock nuts; make sure you orient the flange and spring as shown (Figure 24).

INSTALLATION TIP: use new stock exhaust port gasket.

5.
Instal the left rear header together with sleeve, flange and spring; tighten the flange onto the rear cylinder head,
using stock nuts and attach the spring (Figure 25).
CAUTION: be careful not to injure yourself or damage any part of the motorcycle during this process!
INSTALLATION TIP: use new stock exhaust port gasket.

Insert the right rear header into the sleeve and attach the spring (Figure 26).
CAUTION: make sure, that spring pull the header tube all the way into the sleeve – use rubber mallet if
necessary to tap the connection into place!

7.
Insert the front headers into the sleeves and attach the springs (Figure 27).
CAUTION: make sure, that springs pull the header tubes all the way into the sleeves – use rubber mallet if
necessary to tap the connections into place!

Assemble the collector onto the headers (Figure 28).
INSTALLATION TIP: coat the interior side of the inlet bushes of the titanium collector with Akrapovič ceramic
anti-seizing grease (white tube).

Attach the springs at the rear and front headers - collectors joints (Figure 29, 30).
CAUTION: make sure, that springs pull the collector all the way onto the headers – use rubber mallet if
necessary to tap the connections into place!

10. Slide the link pipe onto the collector’s outlet and attach the spring (Figure 31).
CAUTION: make sure, that spring pull the link pipe all the way onto the collector – use rubber mallet if necessary to tap the connection into place!
INSTALLATION TIP: coat the interior side of the input bush of the titanium link pipe with Akrapovič ceramic
anti-seizing grease (white tube).

11. Unscrew marked bolts on both sides and remove passenger’s foot rests off the motorcycle (Figure 32).

12. Install the Carbon Fiber Bracket onto the right side of the sub frame, using bolts, washers and Aluminium distance
bushes from Akrapovič installation kit (Figure 33).

13. Correctly position the carbon-fiber clamp (check the position of the yellow sticker) and carefully slide it onto the
muffler (Figure 34).
CAUTION: open the carbon-fiber clamp slightly wider than the diameter of the outer sleeve of the muffler –
do not scrape it along the muffler outer sleeve!

14. Position the muffler correctly, slide it onto the outlet of the link pipe and attach the springs (Figure 35).
CAUTION: be careful not to damage the muffler or any other part of the motorcycle during this process!
INSTALLATION TIP: coat the interior side of the inlet bushes of the muffler with Akrapovič ceramic antiseizing grease (white tube).

15. Hand tighten the carbon-fiber clamp onto the muffler’s bracket, using bolt, nut and washer from installation kit and
stock Aluminium washer (Figure 36).

16. Align the muffler in respect to the motorcycle and tighten the muffler’s bracket bolt to the specified torque (Figure 37).

17. Reinstall all dismounted stock parts and cowlings in the reverse order from the order in which they were removed

Follow step 1 in reverse (pg. 13) to assemble the faring panels back
on the bike.
Reposition the two breather pipes in their relative seats in the
mounting brackets and in the perforated housing of the lower
bodywork.

di supporto e nella sede forata della carena inferiore.

En suivant au contraire les phases du démontage Indiquées au point
1 (page 13), remonter les différentes Parties de la carrosserie sur la
moto.
Repositionner les deux tuyaux d’évent dans la siège appropriée
de la plaquette de support et dans la siège percée de la carène
inférieure.

Die Fasen der Abmontierung unter Punkt 1 (Seite 13) in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge durchführen, die verschiedenen Karrosserieteile wieder
am Motorrad anbringen.
Die beiden Entlüftungsrohre in ihrem Sitz der Halterungsplatte
und im gelochten Sitz der unteren Karosserie positionieren.
Anzugsmoment Schrauben A: 1 Nm (0,1 kgm)

Siguiendo las fases de desmontaje al contrario, indicadas en el punto 1
(pág. 13), reensamblar las varias partes de la carrocería en la moto.
Reposicionar los dos tubos de evacuación en su asiento correspondiente en la placa de soporte y en el asiento perforado del
carenado inferior.

GB GENERAL WARNING
- Before venturing on the road check that the bike is working properly and that the exhaust system does not interfere with the
bodywork or the frame of the bike
- When starting up for the first time there will be white smoke emission from the exhaust.
- To clean the exhaust system, do not use chemicals, acids or any aggressive detergents as they may damage the exhaust’s
surface and the sticker.
- To clean the carbon parts use a clean soft cloth, neutral detergents and cold water.
- To clean the steel and titanium parts use a spray lubricant (WD40 or similar) on a damp cloth.
- Regularly check the condition of the sound proofing material inside the exhaust pipe, and replace with a new cartridge if
necessary.
- Check that the spring tension is correct and that the screws in the exhaust kit are tightened correctly.
- Colouration of some of the parts of the silencer is a normal effect caused by high temperatures.

AVVERTENZE GENERICHE
- Prima dell’utilizzo su strada, verificare il corretto funzionamento della moto e, che il sistema di scarico non vada ad interferire
con le varie parti della carrozzeria o telaio della moto.
- Con il primo utilizzo, è normale un’eventuale uscita di fumo bianco dallo scarico.
- Per la pulizia dell’impianto di scarico non utilizzare detergenti chimici acidi ed aggressivi, questi possono danneggiare la
superficie dello scarico e dello sticker.
- Per la pulizia delle parti in carbonio utilizzare un panno pulito e morbido con eventuali detergenti neutri ed acqua fredda.
- Per la pulizia delle parti in acciaio e titanio, utilizzare un panno umido con del lubrificante spray (WD 40 o equivalente).
- Periodicamente verificare lo stato del materiale fonoassorbente all’interno dello scarico ed eventualmente eseguire la sostituzione con l’apposita cartuccia di ricambio.
- Periodicamente verificare il corretto tiraggio delle molle ed il corretto serraggio delle varie viti del Kit scarico.
- Un’eventuale variazione del colore di alcune parti del silenziatore è normale a causa delle elevate temperature.
F AVERTISSEMENTS GENERAUX :
- Avant de l’utiliser sur route, vérifier le correct fonctionnement de la moto et que le système d’échappement ne soit pas interférant avec les différentes parties de la carrosserie ou du châssis de la moto.
- A la première utilisation, une éventuelle fuite de fumée blanche de l’échappement est normale.
- Pour le nettoyage de l’installation d’échappement, ne pas utiliser de détergents chimiques et agressifs, ceux-ci peuvent endommager la surface de l’échappement et du sticker.
- Pour le nettoyage des parties en carbone, utiliser un chiffon propre et doux avec des éventuels détergents neutres et de l’eau
froide.
- Pour le nettoyage des parties en acier et en titane, utiliser un chiffon humide avec du lubrifiant spray (WD 40 ou équivalent).
- Périodiquement, vérifier l’état du matériel insonore à l’intérieur de l’échappement et procéder éventuellement au remplacement
par la cartouche de rechange.
- Périodiquement, vérifier le correct tirage des ressorts et le correct serrage des différentes vis du Kit échappement.
- Une éventuelle variation de la couleur de quelques partie du silencieux, à cause des températures élevées, est normale.
D ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
- Vor dem erneuten EInsatz auf Strasse ist das korrekte Funktionieren des Motorrades zu prűfen, sowie dass das Auspuffsystem
nicht die verschiedenen Karosserie und Chassisteile des Motorrades beeinträchtigt bzw durch diese beeinträchtigt wird.
- Es ist normal dass beim ersten Mal eventuel weisser Rauch aus dem Auspuff tritt.
- Zur Säuberung der Auspuffanlage dűrfen keine chemischen säurehaltigen oder aggressiven Mittel verwendet werden. Diese
kőnnten die Oberfläche des Aupuffs und des Stickers beschädigen.
- Zur Säuberung der Teile aus Kohlenstoff ein sauberes und weiches Tuch und eventuell neutrale Mittel und kaltes Wasser verwenden - Zur Säuberung der Teile aus Stahl und Titan ein feuchtes Tuch mit Schmierspray (WD 40 oder aehnlichem) benutzen.
- Regelmässig ist der Zustand des lärmabsorbierenden Materials im Inneren des Auspuffs zu kontrollieren und eventuell ist dies
durch den dafűr vorgesehenen Ersatzeinsatz auszutauschen.
- Regelmässig ist der korrekte Zug der Federn und die Festigkeit der verschiedenen Schrauben des Auspuffsets zu kontrollieren.
- Eine evtl. Farbänderung einiger Teile des Schalldämpfers ist normal angesichts der hohen Temperaturen.

ADVERTENCIAS GENÉRICAS
- Antes de circular en la vía pública, comprobar el correcto funcionamiento de la moto y que el sistema de escape no interfiera
con las varias partes de la carrocería o chasis de la moto.
- Con la primera utilización hay que calcular una eventual emisión de gas blanco del escape.
- Para la limpieza del sistema de escape no utilizar detergentes químicos ácidos y agresivos porque estos pueden estropear la
superficie del escape y de la pegatina.
- Para la limpieza de las piezas en carbono utilizar un paño limpio y suave con detergentes neutros y agua fría.
- Para la limpieza de las piezas en acero y titanio, utilizar un paño húmedo con lubricante spray (WD 40 o equivalente).
- Periódicamente comprobar el estado del material fonoabsorbente en el interior del escape y realizar la sustitución con el
cartucho apropiado.
- Periódicamente comprobar la correcta tensión de los muelles y el correcto ajuste de los tornillos del kit de escape.
- A causa de las altas temperaturas hay que calcular una eventual variación del color de algunas partes del silenciador.
