CATEGORIES
Individual tournaments in three weapons (epee, foil, and sabre) for young men and women.
The fencers born in 2000 and 2001 can compete in two weapons.
Categories: Youngsters born in year 2002 Giovanissimi/e
Youngsters born in year 2001 Ragazzi/e
Youngsters born in year 2000 Allievi/e
Italy: For all categories will be allowed for the first 40% of the national ranking plus a waiting list until
maximum number reached.
Other countries: all fencers licensed of the National Federations recognised by FIE.
REGISTRATIONS
Italian fencers:
All registrations must be made within 12:00 of 24.02.2014 online on the Federation site:

Your registration will be confirmed directly at the competition place together with the 25 € fee payment,
30 minutes before the beginning of each competiton.
Foreign fencers:
The entries must be sent within 12:00 of 24.02.2014 to the Federazione Italiana Scherma via e-mail:

Your registration will be confirmed directly at the competition place together with the 25 € fee payment,

COMPETITION FORMAT
FIE juniors:
1 round of poules, DE without repechage
Year 2002:
10 hits in 2 bouts of 3 minutes
Year 2000/01:
15 hits in 3 bouts of 3 minutes
The technical FIE rule article T 87.5 and 87.6 (Unwillingness) will not be applied
PISTES
12 x 1m + the final (16x2)
REFEREES
Referees will be provided by the Federazione Italiana Scherma, some referees from other countries will
be invited. Video-refereeing will be employed for the Finals.
EQUIPMENT
Italian fencers: according to FIS rules

Weapons size of the blades from 3 to 5
No electric bib in the foil mask will be used. Masks with electrified surfaces must be insulated. The
masks will be checked before the competition at the armours desk. The rest of the equipment will be
checked by the referees on the piste.
LIABILITY
The Organization Committee declines all liability in the case of accidents or injuries to participants or
coaches during the competition and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to property.
COMPETITION REGULATIONS
Any complaints have to be presented to the Directoire Technique. The D.T. decisions are not subject to
appeal.
Only one coach for fencer will be allowed near to the piste.
ACCREDITATION
The stay into the playground is reserved exclusively to the coaches with Pass.
The Pass shall be issued by the accreditation bureau.
Federations and clubs should provide the names of the delegation within to the O.C. within
the 23.02.2014 (see above for e-mail)

peuvent participer en deux armes.

PARTICIPANT
Italiens: Pour chaque catégorie, peuvent participer les éscrimeurs compris dans le premier 40% du
classement national. En cas de renoncement, l’admission sera automatiquement étendue à l’althlète
suivant jusqu’à la réalisation du nombre maximum de places.
Étrangers: Peuvent participer tous les athlètes inscrits à leur propres fédérations nationales d’éscrime
réconnues par la FIE.

Éscrimeurs italiens: Toutes les inscriptions doivent être effectuées en ligne sur le site de la

Éscrimeurs étrangers: Les inscriptions doivent être envoyées par e-mail à la “Federazione Italiana
Scherma” dans 12:00 heures du 24 Février 2014 ([email protected]). Dans l’inscription doivent
être inclus les data suivants: Nom – Famille – Date de Naissance – Nationalité – Arme
La confirmation de l'inscription et le paiement du droit d'inscription de 25 € sera fait directement sur
place, 30 minutes avant le début de chaque compétition.
FORMULE DE COMPÉTITION
FIE juniors:
1 tour de qualification, E.D. sans repêchage
Année 2002:
10 estocades en 2 manches de 3 minutes
Années 2000/01: 15 estocades en 3 manches de 3 minutes
Les articles T 87.5 et 87.6 (Passivité) du règlement FIE ne seront pas appliqués.
PISTES 12m x 1m (pour les finales: 16m x 1m)
ARBITRAGE
Les arbitres seront fournis par la Federazione Italiana Scherma. Des arbitres d’autres nations seront
convoqués aussi. Le vidéo-arbitrage sera employé pour les finales.

Le gorgerin électrique dans la masque du floret ne sera pas utilisé. Les masques avec des surfaces
électriques doivent être isolées.
Les masques seront contrôlées au banc de l’armeur avant le commencement du tournoi. Les reste de
l’équipement sera contrôlé par l’arbitre sur la piste avant chaque assaut.
RÈGLEMENT DE COMPÉTITION
Toutes les réclamations doivent être présenées au Directoire Technique, dont le décisions seront sans
appel.
Pour chaque éscrimeur seulement son entraîneur sera admis en proximité de la piste.
ACCRÉDITATION
La permanence à l’intérierieur de la zone des assauts est permise uniquement aux entraîneurs en
possession du laissez-passer. Ceci doit être retiré au bureau d’accréditation.
Les fédérations et les sociétés partecipantes doivent fournir les noms des membres de leurs
délégations au Comité Organisatuer dans le 23 Février 2014.
RESPONSABILITÉ
Le Comité Organisateur décline toute responsabilité pour éventuels accidents ou blessures causées
aux entraîneurs et participants pendant la compétition et pour éventuelles pertes ou dommages
d’objects.

Le tre armi (spada,fioretto e sciabola) maschile e femminile torneo individuale.
E’ consentita la partecipazione in due distinte armi.

Italia: per tutte le categorie il 40%del ranking nazionale con ripescaggio fino al numero previsto.
Stranieri: tutti gli atleti tesserati regolarmente alla Federazione Nazionale riconosciuta dalla FIE.

Le iscrizioni dovranno essere effettuate esclusivamente on line al sito della Federazione

La conferma di iscrizione e rispettivo pagamento della quota di € 25,00 dovrà essere
effettuato direttamente sul luogo di gara entro 30 minuti prima dell’inizio di ogni gara.

ARBITRAGGIO
L’arbitraggio è previsto con arbitri federali della Federazione Italiana Scherna e arbitri di altre nazioni
convocati. E’ previsto il Videoarbitraggio per la Finale.

Nel fioretto non si utilizza la gorgiera elettrica. Le maschere con superficie elettrificata devono
essere isolate.
Sarà effettuato un controllo preventivo delle maschere sul luogo di gara. Il rimanente equipaggiamento sarà
controllato dagli arbitri prima del inizio degli assalti.
RESPONSABILITA’
L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità in caso di incidenti o infortuni durante lo svolgimento della gara
subiti dai partecipanti o da accompagnatori.
REGOLAMENTO DI GARA
Eventuali contestazioni sono da presentare alla Direzione di Gara che deciderà in maniera inappellabile.
A bordo pedana è ammessa la presenza solo del maestro di scherma dalla parte del proprio tiratore.
ACCREDITI
La presenza nell’area competizione è riservata esclusivamente ai tecnici previo ritiro del Pass di accredito
presso l’ufficio accrediti.
Le società partecipanti devono comunicare entro il 23.02.2014 i nomi dei tecnici accompagnatori.

Die Einschreibegühr beträgt € 25,00. Für jene die um 08.30 mit dem Turnier beginnen
muss diese von 07.15 bis 08.00 Uhr bezahlt werden. Alle anderen bezahlen die
Einschreibegebühr von 09.30 bis 10.30 Uhr.
WETTKAMPFMODUS
FIE-Junioren: 1 Vorrunde – alle qualifizieren sich zur Direktausscheidung
Jahrgang 2002: 10 Treffer in zwei Durchgängen zu je 3 Minuten
Jahrgang 2001 und 2000: 15 Treffer in drei Durchgängen zu je 3 Minuten
Die Verordnung FIE Art. T.87.5 und 87.6 bezüglich der Passivität wird nicht angewandt.
FECHTBAHNEN
12x1m – Finalfechtbahn 16x2m
KAMPFLEITER
Es werden vom Italienischen Fechtverband italienische Kampfleiter sowie Kampfleiter anderer
Nationen. Für alle Finalkämpfe ist eine Video-Kampfleitung vorgesehen.

Im Florett ist auf der Maske nicht der leitende Satz vorgesehen. Fechtmasken die einen leitenden Satz
haben müssen isoliert werden.
Es wird eine Kontrolle der Fechtmasken am Austragungsort vorgenommen. Das restliche Fechtmaterial
wird vom Kampfleiter am Beginn der Gefechte kontrolliert.
VERANTWORTUNG
Die Organisatoren übernehmen keine Haftung im Falle von Unfällen von Athleten oder Begleitpersonen
während des Turniers.
TURNIERREGELN
Eventuelle Reklamationen sind dem Turnierdirektion zu melden, welche eine unanfechtbare
Entscheidung treffen wird.
An der Fechtbahn ist nur ein Trainer erlaubt, welche hinter dem eigenen Athleten stehen muss.
AKKREDITIERUNG
Der Aufenthalt im Wettkampfbereich ist ausschließlich den Trainern erlaubt welche einen Pass im
Akkreditierungsbüro abholen müssen.
Die Teilnehmenden Fechtvereine müssen innerhalb 23.02.2014 den Namen der beigleitenden Trainer
mitteilen.
