VICTIM ASSISTANCE SOCIETY
has an immediate part-time (15h per week) opening
in PROVOST for the position of
ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager the
Assistant Coordinator will assist Victim Services in program
implementation and coordination, administration, public
awareness and direct interventions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
Valid class 5 driver’s license, (clean abstract)
H2S Alive and First Aid
appropriate tickets for position applied
’ Degree or Diploma in Human Services, or relevant experience
’ Valid Alberta Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
’ Ability to successfully complete the Enhanced RCMP Security
Clearance and and Children Services intervention check
’ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
’ Administrative experience
’ Ability to work collaboratively with RCMP, the Board,
community agencies and victims of crime
This position requires to be on-call at times.
