REGISTRATION
The registration for the General Assembly is free of charge for CPMR Member Regions and its guests. You
can register on the CPMR website under the heading «ONLINE REGISTRATION» before 25 July 2013.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
INTERPRETING
Simultaneous translation will be provided in the languages of EU countries: English, French, Spanish,
Italian, Greek and Portuguese (German to be confirmed).
HOTELS (Please book before 25 July 2013)
Delegates are invited to make their hotel booking through “Palais du Grand Large” via the following link:

135 rooms in 4* and 5* hotels, 185 rooms in 3* hotels and 40 rooms in 2* hotels are pre-booked (See list of
hotels on pages 3 and 4).
Reservations will be dealt with on a "first come, first served" basis. After 25 July 2013, the booking service
reserves the right to make changes to your reservation request depending on room availability.

TRANSFERS / TRAVEL
- No transfer will be organised between Dinard/Pleurtuit airport and the meeting venue/hotels.
- No transfer will be organised between Saint-Malo railway station and the meeting venue/hotels.
- A transfer by coach will be organised only for delegates arriving at Rennes St-Jacques Airport (70km from
Saint-Malo with a journey time of 55 minutes).

How to get to Saint-Malo?
There are different ways to get to Saint-Malo (plane, train, car and ferry).
By plane:
1/Dinard/Pleurtuit Airport is located 7kms from Saint-Malo. The journey time is around 25 minute by taxi.
There are direct flights between Stansted Airport (London) and Dinard for delegates arriving from British
regions and Regions of Northern Europe.
2/Rennes St-Jacques Airport is 70km from Saint-Malo. The journey time is 55 min. A transfer is provided
for delegates arriving at this airport.
NB: Participants wishing to benefit from this transfer are asked to complete the transfer form and send it to
the CPMR Secretariat (Email: [email protected] or fax: +33 (0)2 99 35 09 19) before 15 September
2013.
By train
There are direct trains (TGV) between Paris (Gare Montparnasse) and Saint-Malo (Journey time is 2 hours and
56 minutes). For further information and reservation, please consult the multilingual website www.sncf.fr.
There are buses between Saint-Malo railway station and the meeting venue. The Keolis bus network
(http://www.ksma.fr) runs buses between the railway station and ‘’le Palais du Grand Large’’ (meeting
venue). The bus numbers are C1 and C2 and the journey takes around 5 minutes.
By ferry
There are daily crossings between Portsmouth (UK), Cork (Ireland) and Saint-Malo.
By car
Saint-Malo is 400km from Paris by motorway (the journey time by car is around 4 hours and 30 minutes).
