CONDITIONS DU CONTRAT DE RESERVATION EMPLACEMENT
1. Toute réservation d’emplacement est nominative et ne peut être cédée.
2. Seules les réservations de 7 nuits minimum sont acceptées sauf exception accordée par l’exploitant.
3. Tout contrat de location non accompagné du versement de l’acompte 25% du montant total du séjour et des 15 € de frais de réservation
sera caduc. De la même façon tout versement d’acompte non accompagné du présent contrat dûment signé ne saurait assurer la location.
4. A défaut de message télégraphié du client précisant qu’il a du différer la date de son arrivée, l’emplacement
deviendra disponible 24 heures après la date d’arrivée mentionnée par le présent contrat de location. L’acompte et les frais de réservation
versé resteront acquis à l’exploitant.
5. Pour toute annulation parvenue 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée, l’acompte moins 15 € de frais de réservation sera rendu. Après cette
date, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Une assurance annulation vous est proposée en option pour vous garantir avant et pendant
votre séjour.
6. Le montant du séjour est intégralement payable le jour de l’arrivée. Aucune réduction ne sera accordée pour arrivée retardée ou
départ anticipé.
7. Seules les personnes indiquées (bébés compris) sur le contrat de réservation seront admises sur l’emplacement et auront droit aux
prestations de camping. (six personnes maximum)
8. Il appartient au campeur de s’assurer pour vol, incendie, intempéries et responsabilité civile.
9. Les animaux doivent être tatoués, vaccinés et tenus en laisse. Les chiens de 1ere et 2eme catégorie sont strictement interdits dans le
camping.
10. Accès à la piscine obligatoirement en maillot (Bermudas et boxer-shorts interdits)
11. Le client s’engage à respecter et à faire respecter par les personnes occupant l’emplacement le règlement intérieur du camping.
12. Ci-joint au présent contrat les tarifs applicables pour l’année. Le client déclarant en avoir pris connaissance.
RESILIATION
A défaut d’exécution d’une seule des clauses du présent contrat, ce dernier pourra être résilié de plein droit après une mise en demeure de
libérer les lieux.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rental agreements are with specified persons only and may not be transferred.
2. Reservation will be for minimum seven nights unless otherwise agreed by the Manager.
3. Any reservation agreement sent without the payment of 25 % reservation due and 15 € booking fees will be void. Similar, any payment
not accompanied by a duly signed Reservation Form will not guarantee of reservation.
4. .If the Client did not inform the Campsite that he/she will be arriving late, the rental accommodation can be relented by the Campsite 24
hours after the arrival time and date given in the Rental Agreement. In this case, the deposit and booking fee will become the Campsite’s
property.
5.Cancellations received more than 30 days before the date of arrival the payment on account will be refunded in full but the booking fee
15 € will be retained by the Campsite. Any cancellation received after these 30 days will not be given any refund whatsoever. Optional
cancellation insurance is available to insure you before and during your stay.
6. The outstanding balance due will be paid on the day of arrival. No reduction for late arrivals or early departures.
7. Only persons listed (including babies) on the booking contract will be admitted on the site and will have access to the campsite services.
(Maximum six people/pitch)
8. The Client will have all relevant insurance policies to cover the following risks: fire, theft, water damage, civil liability and third party
claims.
9. The animals must be tattooed, vaccinated and leashed. Dog’s 1st and 2nd categories are strictly prohibited in the campground.
10. Access to the swimming pool only in bathing suit (Bermudas and boxer shorts are not allowed)
11. . The Client undertakes to abide the Campsite Regulations and so all persons using the same pitch.
12. The Client have taken note of the prices given in Annex.
CANCELLATION
If any of these clauses in this Agreement will not be respected, the Agreement may be terminated by right on service of a formal summons
to leave the site.

BEDINGUNGEN UND VERPFLICHTUNGEN
1. Der Mietvertrag ist namentlich und kann nicht übertragen werden.
2. Nur Buchungen für mindestens 7 Nächte werden akzeptiert, es sei denn, der Inhaber gewährt eine Ausnahme.
3. Jeder Mietvertrag, dem nicht die Anzahlung 25 % und die 15 € beigefügt werden, ist ungültig. Dies gilt auch für eine Anzahlung, die ohne
unterschriebenen Mietvertrag bei uns eingeht.
4. Wird der Campingplatz nicht per Telegramm benachrichtigt, dass der Kunde nicht zum vereinbarten Termin eintreffen kann, wird der
Stellplatz 24 Stunden nach dem im Mietvertrag angegebenen Anreisetag wieder freigegeben. In diesem Fall werden die geleistete
Anzahlung und Reservierungsgebühr vom Inhaber einbehalten.
5. Bei einer Stornierung, die 30 Tage vor dem Anreisetag eintrifft, wird die geleistete Anzahlung unter Abzug von 15 € für die
Reservierungsgebühr zurückerstattet. Nach diesem Zeitpunkt erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Rücktrittsversicherung ist als Option für Sie
zu gewährleisten vor und während Ihres Aufenthalts vorhanden
6. Der Betrag für den Aufenthalt muss am Tag der Anreise voll bezahlt werden. Bei einer verspäteten
Ankunft oder bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise wird keine Ermäßigung gewährt.
7. Nur aufgeführten Personen (einschließlich Babys) auf dem Buchungsformular Vertrag wird auf der Stellplatz veröffentlicht werden und
wird auf die Vorteile der Camping berechtigt. (max. sechs Personen)
8. Der Kunde wird alle wichtigen Versicherungen abschließen, um folgende Risiken zu decken: Einbruch, Brand, Wasserschäden,
zivilrechtliche Haftung, Forderungen Dritter.
9. Die Tiere müssen tätowiert, geimpft und am Leine sein. Hunde 1. und 2. Kategorie sind streng auf dem Campingplatz verboten.
10. Der Zugang zum Pool ohne in Badehose (Bermudas und Boxershorts nicht erlaubt)
11 . Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, sowie alle weiteren Personen des gemieteten Stellplatzes, die
Campingplatzordnung einhalten.
12. Der Kunde erklärt, dass er von den in der Anlage erziehbaren Preisen Kenntnis genommen hat.
KÜNDIGUNG
Wird eine der Klauseln des vorliegenden Mietvertrags nicht beachtet, kann der Vertrag mit vollem Recht nach einer Aufforderung den Platz
zu verlassen, gekündigt werden.
VOORWAARDEN EN LASTEN
1. Elk huurcontract is persoonlijk en kan niet overgedragen worden aan iemand anders.
2. Reserveringen worden alleen geaccepteerd voor minimaal 7 nachten, tenzij de eigenaar een uitzondering maakt.
3. U bent alleen verzekerd van een huurplaats indien 25 % aanbetaling en 15 € reserveringskosten voldaan zijn en het getekende contract
geretourneerd is.
4. Zonder bericht van de klant om een aankomst uit te stellen wordt de huurplaats op nieuw beschikbaar gesteld 24 uur na de op dit
contract aangegeven aankomst datum en tijd. De aanbetaling en reservatie kosten blijven in hand van eigenaar.
5. . De aanbetaling wordt teruggestort indien de annulering minimaal 30 dagen voor aankomst datum is ontvangen
Na deze 30 dagen wordt niks terug gestort.
6. Het resterende huurbedrag dient op dag van aankomst betaald te worden. Er wordt geen reductie gegeven voor een late
aankomst en/of vervroegd vertrek.
7. Alleen op de reserveringscontract vermelde personen (inclusief baby’s) zullen worden begeleid naar de gereserveerde plaats en heeft
recht op de voordelen van de camping. (maximaal zes personen)
8. De klant heeft de nodige verzekeringen voor: diefstal, brand, water schade, derden en WA verzekering.
9. De dieren moeten getatoeëerd, gevaccineerd en aangelijnd zijn. Honden 1e en 2e categorie zijn strikt verboden op de camping.
10. Toegang tot het zwembad alleen in zwembroek. ( Bermuda's en boxershorts niet zijn toegestaan).
11 De klant verplicht zich (evenals de tot zijn aan gezelschap behorende personen) tot het respecteren van het Huiselijke Reglement van de
camping.
12. De geldende tarieven treft u aan in de bijlage. De klant verzekert zich daarvan kennis genomen te hebben.
ONTBINDING VAN CONTRACT
Het contract kan verbroken worden als één van de bovenstaande punten niet wordt nageleefd. Gevolg hiervan is dat u van de camping
verwijderd kan worden.
