Please read these operating instructions carefully before installing or operating this equipment.
• Use indoors only.
• Never operate the unit in close proximity to combustible materials or place materials on top of the unit.
• The unit must be electrically grounded to a three wire electrical outlet or receptacle. The electrical service provided
must be of the proper size according to local electrical codes.
• Unit must be placed in a position that allows the power cord to be easily disconnected from the wall or inlet socket.
• Do not attempt to maintain the unit until you have read and understand this operation manual.
• Disconnect the line cord before attempting to service the unit.
• Do not operate the unit controls with tongs or other tools.
• If the unit is not operated in the manner as specified in this manual, the protection provided by the unit may be
impaired.

UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping damage should be reported to the carrier as soon as detected.
The Unit Package contains the following:
• Syringe Warmer Unit
• Owner & Operators Manual
• 2 Spare Syringe Sleeves
• Power Cord
UNPACKING:
Save the box and other packing material for future use in transporting the unit.
• Open the box.
• Carefully lift the unit from the box by lifting on packaging supports. Support unit from the bottom to prevent slipping.
• Remove packaging supports and power cord.
• Remove plastic bag.
• Remove tape holding sleeves in place.
WARNING:
Never operate the Unit in close proximity to combustible materials or place materials on top of the unit.
Do not use extension cords with this equipment.
Plug the power cord into a circuit rated a minimum of 15A.
Do not position the unit in a way that blocks access to the power cord inlet socket or the wall outlet.

GENERAL OPERATION
Operation:
1) Load syringes into warmer.
2) Turn on power switch located on front of syringe warmer.
3) The green light on the front of the syringe warmer will flash.
4) The green light will stop flashing and remain lit once the material is at the optimum temperature, approximately 30
minutes.
5) Loading new or replacement syringes after the warmer is at the optimum temperature requires 10 minutes of heating
time.
6) Turn off the warmer when not in use.
Special Notes:
1) Failure to insert the syringes completely into the holes will prevent the resin from fully melting, which will be difficult to
dispense.
2) Failure to press the syringe caps on completely will cause material to flow into sleeve.
3) Do not allow the syringes to remain heated overnight.
4) Do not allow Radica material to cure on the outer surfaces, as it will become difficult to remove.
5) Never operate the unit without the sleeves.
6) Should any material become lodged inside the sleeve(s), refer to the Cleaning Instructions in this manual, or simply
remove and discard the sleeve(s). Replace with one of the two replacement sleeves provided. To order additional
sleeves, use the part number listed under Accessories.

MAINTENANCE/ERROR MESSAGES
WARNING:
This equipment contains dangerous voltages. Maintenance and repair work should only be performed by an
authorized service technician of DENTSPLY Prosthetics.
To keep the equipment in good working order you should follow the guidelines below.
• Examine the equipment regularly for mechanical damage.
• Do not use solvents or liquid cleaners on the control panel.
CLEANING:
• Clean the unit as needed.
• Clean exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth using a mild detergent.
• DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS!
• Should any material get lodged in the syringe holes, remove with Clean Out Tool, which is available as an accessory,
listed under Technical Data.
• To remove debris inside the unit, refer to instructions provided with Clean Out Tool.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Service of this equipment should be done only by qualified personnel. Failure to comply may result in personnel injury
and/or property damage.

WARNING:
This equipment is designed with safety features to protect the operator and must not be modified in any form. Only
qualified individuals should repair this piece of equipment. Failure to observe these precautions may result in burns or
electrical shock.
Three methods of product service are available:
• Telephone assistance available at the number listed below,
• Return the unit for servicing using the instructions below,
• Call DENTSPLY at the phone number below and obtain a service manual for a nominal fee.
BEFORE RETURNING THE UNIT:
• Call DENTSPLY for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. This is used to track and identify your unit.
Equipment received without this number may not be identifiable.
• Equipment damaged in shipment as a result of improper packing may not be paid by the carrier.
DENTSPLY will not be responsible for damages resulting from improper packing.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY: Except with respect to those components parts and uses which are hereinafter described, DENTSPLY
Prosthetics warrants this furnace to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from
the date of sale. DENTSPLY Prosthetics’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repairing or, at DENTSPLY
Prosthetics’s option, replacing those products included within the warranty which are returned to DENTSPLY
Prosthetics within the applicable warranty period (with shipping charges prepaid), and which are determined by
DENTSPLY Prosthetics to be defective. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subject to
misuse; negligence; or accident; or misapplied; or modified; or repaired by unauthorized persons; or improperly
installed.
INSPECTION: Buyer shall inspect the product upon receipt. The buyer shall notify DENTSPLY Prosthetics in writing of
any claims of defects in material and workmanship within thirty days after the buyer discovers or should have
discovered the facts upon which such a claim is based. Failure of the buyer to give written notice of such a claim
within this time period shall be deemed to be a waiver of such claim.
DISCLAIMER: The provisions here-in stated DENTSPLY Prosthetics sole obligation and exclude all other remedies or
warranties, expressed or implied, including those related to MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.

Avant d’installer l’appareil et de l’utiliser, veuillez lire attentivement le présent mode d’emploi.
• Appareil conçu pour être utilisé uniquement dans un local, pas en extérieur.
• Ne jamais l’utiliser à proximité de matières inflammables et ne jamais déposer de telles matières sur lui.
• Alimentation électrique de l’appareil : par cordon de raccordement électrique branché sur une prise de courant mise à
la terre.
• Installer l’appareil de façon à pouvoir le débrancher facilement au niveau de la prise murale et au niveau de sa prise à
lui.
• Toute intervention de maintenance ou de réparation devra être impérativement confiée à un technicien de maintenance
ou à un électricien agréés.
• Toujours bien débrancher l’appareil avant d’en faire l’entretien.
• Si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé conformément aux instructions qui figurent dans le présent mode d’emploi, il y a risque
qu’il ne soit plus en mesure de garantir le niveau de sécurité qu’il offre dans le cas d’une utilisation correcte et, par
conséquent, risque de l’endommager.

DEBALLAGE DE LA MARCHANDISE
Si la marchandise a été abîmée pendant le transport, veuillez le signaler immédiatement à l’expéditeur.
Contenu du colis :
• Réchauffeur de seringues

• 2 enveloppes de seringues de rechange
• Cordon d’alimentation électrique
DEBALLAGE:
Conservez soigneusement le carton et les autres produits d’emballage qu’il contient. Ils vous seront utiles si vous devez
un jour retransporter ou réexpédier l’appareil.
• Ouvrir le carton.
• En soulevant les supports d’emballage, sortir délicatement l’appareil du carton. Bien le soutenir par le bas afin qu’il ne
glisse pas des mains, ne tombe pas par terre.
• Retirer les supports d’emballage et le cordon d’alimentation électrique.
• Enlever la housse de protection en plastique.
• Ôter le ruban adhésif qui se trouve sur les enveloppes.
MISE EN GARDE :
Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil à proximité de matières inflammables, et ne jamais poser de telles matières dessus.
Ne jamais utiliser de rallonge (prolongateur) avec cet appareil.
Installer l’appareil de façon à ce qu’il ne gêne pas l’accès à la prise de courant sur laquelle il sera branché.

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Procédure:
1) Introduire les seringues dans le réchauffeur.
2) Allumer le réchauffeur en actionnant l’interrupteur situé sur le devant de l’appareil.
3) Le voyant lumineux vert situé sur le devant de l’appareil se met à clignoter.
4) Il s’arrêtera de clignoter puis restera allumé dès que le matériel aura atteint la température requise, c'est-à-dire au
bout de 30 minutes environ.
5) Quand le réchauffeur a atteint la température requise, avant de pouvoir remettre des seringues dedans, il faut attendre
10 minutes (= temps de préchauffage).
6) Bien éteindre l’appareil quand on a fini de s’en servir
Autres indications :
1) Si les seringues n’ont pas été complètement insérées dans les trous, la résine ne pourra pas fondre entièrement et
sera donc plus difficile à enlever.
2) Et si les capuchons des seringues n’ont pas été bien mis, de la matière s’écoulera dans l’enveloppe.
3) Ne pas conserver de seringues chaudes pendant la nuit.
4) Faire en sorte qu’il n’y ait pas de Radica qui durcisse sur les parois externes sinon il sera difficile de l’enlever.
5) Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil sans les enveloppes.
6) Si de la matière s’est fixée sur les parois internes des enveloppes, procéder à un nettoyage comme indiqué dans le
présent mode d’emploi ou retirer l’enveloppe pour l’éliminer et la remplacer par une des deux enveloppes de rechange
fournies avec l’appareil. Quand il ne vous restera plus d’enveloppes de rechange, vous pourrez en recommander en
nous indiquant la référence correspondante, laquelle figure dans la liste des accessoires.

ENTRETIEN/MESSAGES D’ERREUR
RèGLES DE PRÉCAUTION :
Cet équipement contient des tensions dangereuses. Le travail d'entretien et de réparation doit uniquement être effectué
par un technicien autorisé de DENTSPLY Prosthetics.
Pour que l’appareil vous donne toujours entière satisfaction, veuillez bien suivre les directives ci-dessous .
• Inspectez régulièrement l’appareil pour vous assurer qu’il n’a pas subi de dommages mécaniques.
• Ne pas passer de solvant ou de nettoyant liquide sur le tableau de commande.
NETTOYAGE:
• Nettoyer l’appareil lorsque nécessaire.
• Pour nettoyer les parties extérieures : passer dessus un chiffon doux et humide après avoir déposé dessus un
détergent non agressif.
• NE PAS PLONGER L’APPAREIL DANS DE L’EAU NI DANS AUCUN AUTRE LIQUIDE !
• Si de la matière se fixe dans les orifices des seringues, l’enlever avec l’outil nettoyeur disponible en tant qu’accessoire
(voir CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES).
• Pour sortir des corps étrangers de l’appareil, utiliser l’outil nettoyeur en suivant bien le mode d’emploi fourni avec.
EN CAS DE DEFAILLANCE TECHNIQUE
Si une intervention de maintenance doit être effectuée sur cet appareil, elle devra, à cause des risques de blessures
corporelles et d’endommagement de l’appareil, impérativement être confiée à un technicien présentant la compétence
requise.

SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE
RèGLES DE PRÉCAUTION :
Cet appareil est équipé de fonctions de sécurité destinées à protéger l’utilisateur des risques éventuels. Toute
intervention sur ces fonctions, quelle qu’elle soit, est formellement interdite. Pour le cas où cet appareil tomberait en
panne, il devra impérativement être réparé par un technicien présentant la qualification requise. Si ces règles de
précaution ne sont pas respectées, les risques de brûlure et/ou d’électrocution ne sont pas exclus.
En matière de service après-vente, vous disposez des trois possibilités suivantes :
• Appeler notre service d’assistance téléphonique (numéro d’appel : voir ci-dessous)
• Renvoyer l’appareil pour sa maintenance (voir directives au chapitre suivant)
• Contacter DENTSPLY (numéro de tél. : voir ci-dessous) pour lui demander un manuel de maintenance moyennant le
versement d’une redevance forfaitaire.
AVANT DE NOUS RENVOYER L’APPAREIL :
• Téléphoner à DENTSPLY pour lui demander un « Numéro RMA » (Autorisation de Renvoi du Matériel). Ce numéro est le
numéro d’identification de l’appareil, qui permet d’en assurer le suivi (traçabilité produits). Ce numéro est important
car s’il n’est pas joint à l’appareil, il y a risque que ce dernier ne puisse être identifié lorsque nous le recevrons.
• Si l’appareil est endommagé pendant son transport, le transporteur peut ne pas rembourser les dommages s’il s’avère
que ledit appareil n’a pas été emballé correctement.
DENTSPLY n’assume pour sa part aucune responsabilité pour les dommages imputables à un emballage non-conforme.

GARANTIE : Sauf pour les composants et usages décrits ici, DENTSPLY Prosthetics accorde, à compter de la date
d’achat, deux ans de garantie (pièces et main d’?uvre) sur ce four. Aux termes de cette garantie, la responsabilité de
DENTSPLY Prosthetics se limite à la réparation ou au remplacement (la décision sera prise par DENTSPLY Prosthetics
après examen de l’appareil) du ou des produits défectueux bénéficiant de la présente garantie, à condition toutefois
que le ou les produits défectueux aient bien été renvoyés à DENTSPLY Prosthetics (franco domicile) et que ce dernier
ait constaté que le ou lesdits produits étaient effectivement défectueux. En revanche,aucun droit de garantie ne sera
accordé dans les cas suivants : utilisation non conforme du produit, négligence de l’utilisateur, endommagement du
produit suite à un accident, modification(s) apportée(s) à l’appareil ou réparation de celui-ci par des personnes non
habilitées à le faire, appareil mal installé ; .
OBLIGATION D’INSPECTION : L’acheteur a obligation d’examiner à réception l’état du produit. Pour le cas où il
constaterait un défaut de matériau et/ou de fabrication, il devra, pour être dédommagé, le signaler par écrit à
DENTSPLY Prosthetics dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de constat du défaut ou de l’événement qui
aurait été à l’origine de ce dernier. Pour le cas où l’acheteur manquerait à l’obligation de signaler par écrit, dans le
délai imparti, le défaut constaté, il ne pourra prétendre à aucun droit de garantie.
CLAUSE DE RESPONSABILITE : les dispositions qui figurent dans le présent document engagent uniquement
DENTSPLY Prosthetics et excluent toute autre indemnisation ou garantie explicite ou implicite, y compris celles
relatives à la MARCHANDABILITE et/ou à L’ADEQUATION DU PRODUIT POUR UN USAGE PARTICULIER.

Prima di installare o mettere in funzione l'apparecchiatura leggere attentamente queste istruzioni per l’uso.
• L’apparecchi può essere utilizzato solo all'interno.
• Non mettere mai in funzione l’apparecchio accanto a materiali combustibili né collocare tali materiali sopra
l’apparecchio stesso.
• L’apparecchio è alimentato con un cavo rimovibile e collegato a terra tramite la presa di corrente. L'alimentazione
elettrica deve avere una potenza adatta, in base alla normativa elettrica locale.
• L'unità va installata in una posizione tale da permettere agevolmente di staccare il cavo elettrico dalla presa di corrente
sulla parete o da quella sull’apparecchio.
• Le operazioni di riparazione o manutenzione possono essere eseguite esclusivamente da tecnici autorizzati del servizio
clienti o da elettrotecnici qualificati.
• Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento sullapparecchio staccare il cavo di alimentazione.
• Se l'apparecchio è messo in funzione in un modo diverso da quello specificato in questo manuale, la protezione dell’apparecchio potrebbe esserne compromessa.

DISIMBALLAGGIO
Eventuali danni di trasporto deveno essere notificati immediatamente al vettore.
La confezione dell’apparecchio contiene:
• Riscaldatore siringa
• Istruzioni per l’uso
• 2 manicotti per siringa di ricambio
• Cavo di alimentazione
DISIMBALLAGGIO:
Conservare la scatola ed il materiale d’imballo per un future spedizioni dell’apparecchio.
• Aprire la scatola.
• Sollevare con cura l'unità dalla scatola afferrando i supporti di imballaggio. Sostenere l’unità dal fondo, onde
impedire che scivoli.
• Togliere i supporti di confezionamento e il cavo di alimentazione.
• Togliere la busta di plastica.
• Togliere il nastro adesivo dai manicotti.
AVVERTENZA:
Non mettere mai in funzione l’apparecchio accanto a materiali combustibili né collocare tali materiali sopra
l’apparechio stesso.
Con questo apparecchio non possono essere usate prolunghe.
Collocare l'apparecchio in modo tale che l'accesso alla presa del cavo di alimentazione sull’apparechhio, o alla presa
sul muro, sia libero .

FUNZIONAMENTO
Funzionamento:
1) Caricare le siringhe nel riscaldatore.
2) Accendere l’interruttore di alimentazione sul lato anteriore del riscaldatore.
3) La spia verde sulla parte anteriore del riscaldatore inizia a lampeggiare.
4) Quando il materiale avrà raggiunto la temperatura ottimale, la spia verde finirà di lampeggiare e rimarrà accesa (dopo
circa 30 minuti).
5) Il caricamento di una nuova siringa, o di una siringa di ricambio, dopo che il riscaldatore abbia raggiunto la
temperatura ottimale, richiede 10 minuti di riscaldamento.
6) Spegnere il riscaldatore quando non è in uso.
Note speciali:
1) Un inserimento non corretto delle siringhe nei fori impedirà alla resina di sciogliersi completamente con conseguente
difficoltà nella procedura di erogazione.
2) La mancata chiusura completa delle siringhe con i cappucci, provocherà la fuoriuscita di materiale nel
manicotto.
3) Non riscaldare le siringhe durante la notte.
4) Non lasciare che il materiale Radica si polimerizzi anche sulle superfici esterne in quanto sarà poi difficile da
rimuovere.
5) Non mettere mai in funzione l’unità senza i manicotti.
6) In caso di materiale depositato all’interno dei manicotti, consultare le Istruzioni di pulizia in questo manuale oppure
semplicemente rimuovere e gettare il manicotto e sostituirlo con uno dei due manicotti di ricambio forniti. Per
ordinare ulteriori manicotti, usare il numero d’ordine elencato nella sezione Accessori.

MANUTENZIONE / SEGNALAZIONI DI ERRORI
AVVERTENZA:
Quest’apparecchiatura contiene tensioni pericolose. Il lavoro di riparazione e di manutenzione deve essere
realizzato soltanto da un tecnico di riparazioni della DENTSPLY Prosthetics.
Per mantenere l'apparecchio in perfette condizioni di funzionamento, attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni.
• Controllare regolarmente l'apparecchio per rivelare eventuali di danni meccanici.
• Non usare solventi o soluzioni detergenti sul pannello di controllo.
PULIZIA:
• Pulire l’unità in base alle necessità.
• Pulire le superfici esterne con un panno morbido, inumidito in una soluzione detergente delicata.
• NON IMMERGERE IN ACQUA O ALTRI LIQUIDI!
• Nel caso i fori della siringa rimangano ostruiti da eventuale presenza di materiale, questo può essere rimosso con
l’utensile di pulizia fornito come accessorio (vedi Dati tecnici).
• Per rimuovere eventuali depositi dall’interno dell’apparecchio, attenersi alle istruzioni fornite insieme all’utensile di
pulizia.
SOLUZIONE PROBLEMI
La manutenzione di questo apparecchio deve essere effettuata esclusivamente da personale qualificato. In caso contrario
si potranno verificare lesioni alle persone e/o danni alla proprietà.

osservanza di queste precauzioni potrà dare origine ad ustioni e scosse elettriche.
Sono disponibili tre modalità di assistenza al prodotto:
• Assistenza telefonica (vedi numero elencato più sotto).
• Reso dell’unità per assistenza (vedi istruzioni riportate nella prossima sezione).

versamento di un importo fisso.

necessario per rintracciare ed identificare l’apparecchio. Le apparecchiature ricevute senza questo numero potrebbero

riparazione oppure, a discrezione di DENTSPLY Prosthetics, alla sostituzione dei prodotti in garanzia rispediti a
DENTSPLY Prosthetics nei tempi previsti (con spese postali prepagate) e che siano dichiarati difettosi ad

AUSPACKEN
Durch Transport verursachte Schäden sollten dem Spediteur sofort nach deren Feststellung mitgeteilt werden.
Die Gerätepackung enthält:
• Spritzenwärmer
• Bedienungsanleitung
• 2 Ersatz-Spritzenmanschetten
• Netzkabel
AUSPACKEN:
Karton und anderes Verpackungsmaterial für künftige Transporte des Geräts aufbewahren.
• Karton öffnen.
• Das Gerät vorsichtig durch Anheben der Verpackungsunterlagen aus dem Karton nehmen. Gerät dabei unten stützen,
damit es nicht wegrutscht.
• Verpackungsunterlagen und Netzkabel entnehmen.
• Plastikhülle entfernen.
• Klebeband von den Manschetten entfernen.
WARNHINWEIS:
Das Gerät niemals in der Nähe brennbarer Materialien betreiben oder solche Materialien auf das
Gerät legen.
Mit diesem Gerät keine Verlängerungskabel benutzen.
Gerät so aufstellen, dass der Zugang zur Wand- oder Gerätesteckdose nicht versperrt ist.

ALLGEMEINER BETRIEB
Betrieb:
1) Spritzen in Wärmer einsetzen.
2) Auf der Vorderseite des Spritzenwärmers befindlichen Netzschalter einschalten.
3) Die grüne Leuchtanzeige auf der Vorderseite des Spritzenwärmers blinkt jetzt.
4) Die grüne Leuchtanzeige hört auf zu blinken und leuchtet stetig, wenn das Material die optimale Temperatur erreicht
hat (nach ca. 30 Minuten).
5) Das Laden von neuen oder Ersatzspritzen, nachdem der Wärmer die optimale Temperatur erreicht hat, erfordert eine
Aufwärmzeit von 10 Minuten.
6 )Den Wärmer bei Nichtgebrauch ausschalten.
Besondere Hinweise:
1) Werden die Spritzen nicht ganz in die Löcher eingesetzt, kann der Kunstharz nicht vollständig schmelzen, was seine
Verarbeitung erschwert.
2) Werden die Spritzenkappen nicht fest aufgesetzt, fließt Material in die Manschette.
3) Die Spritzen nicht über Nacht aufgeheizt lassen.
4) Radica-Material nicht an den Außenflächen aushärten lassen, da es sonst nur schwer zu entfernen ist.
5) Das Gerät niemals ohne die Manschetten betreiben.
6 )Sollte sich Material innerhalb der Manschette(n) festsetzen, die Reinigungsanweisungen in dieser Anleitung befolgen
oder die Manschette(n) einfach abnehmen und entsorgen. Durch eine der zwei mitgelieferten Ersatzmanschetten
ersetzen. Zusätzliche Manschetten können anhand der unter Zubehör aufgelisteten Teilenummer bestellt werden.

WARTUNG/FEHLERMELDUNGEN
WARNHINWEIS:
Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine gefährliche Stromspannung. Wartungs - und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen ausschließlich
von autorisierten Technikern von DENTSPLY Prosthetics durchgeführt werden.
Damit das Gerät stets einwandfrei funktioniert, müssen nachstehende Richtlinien befolgt werden:
•Das Gerät regelmäßig auf mechanische Schäden hin untersuchen.
•Keine Lösungsmittel oder Flüssigreiniger auf dem Bedienfeld anwenden.
REINIGUNG:
• Das Gerät nach Bedarf reinigen.
• Die Außenseiten mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch und mildem Reinigungsmittel reinigen.
• DAS GERÄT NICHT IN WASSER ODER ANDERE FLÜSSIGKEITEN TAUCHEN!
• Sollte sich Material in den Spritzenlöchern festsetzen, kann dieses mit dem als Zubehör erhältlichen
Reinigungswerkzeug (siehe TECHNISCHE DATEN) entfernt werden.
• Beim Entfernen von Fremdkörpern aus dem Inneren des Geräts sind die mit dem Reinigungswerkzeug gelieferten
Anweisungen zu befolgen.
STÖRUNGSBESEITIGUNG
Dieses Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal gewartet werden. Andernfalls kann es zu Körperverletzungen und/oder
Sachschäden kommen.

WARNHINWEIS:
Dieses Gerät ist zum Schutz des Bedieners mit Sicherheitsfunktionen ausgestattet und darf in keiner Form verändert
werden. Dieses Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal repariert werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen kann es zu Verbrennungen oder Stromschlag kommen.
Es stehen drei Methoden von Produktservice zur Verfügung:
• Telefonische Hilfe (siehe Telefonnummer weiter unten)
• Rücksendung des Geräts zu Wartungszwecken (siehe Anweisungen im nächsten Abschnitt)
• Kontaktaufnahme mit DENTSPLY (siehe Telefonnummer weiter unten) und Anforderung eines Wartungshandbuchs mit
einer Pauschalgebühr
VOR RÜCKSENDUNG DES GERÄTS:
• DENTSPLY anrufen und eine Reparaturnummer beantragen. Diese Nummer dient der Nachverfolgung und Identifizierung
des Geräts. Ohne diese Nummer empfangene Geräte können evtl. nicht identifiziert werden.
• Durch unsachgemäße Verpackung während des Transports entstandene Schäden werden möglicherweise nicht vom
Spediteur bezahlt.
DENTSPLY haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Verpackung entstehen.

GARANTIE
GARANTIE: Ausgenommen der hier beschriebenen Komponenten und Verwendungszwecke garantiert DENTSPLY
Prosthetics, dass dieser Ofen zwei Jahre ab dem Verkaufsdatum frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsmängeln ist. Die
Haftung von DENTSPLY Prosthetics unter dieser Garantie beschränkt sich ausschließlich auf die Reparatur oder, nach
Ermessen von DENTSPLY Prosthetics, den Ersatz dieser in der Garantie enthaltenen Produkte, die innerhalb der
geltenden Gewährleistungszeit an DENTSPLY Prosthetics (frei Haus) zurückgesandt und von DENTSPLY Prosthetics für
fehlerhaft erklärt werden. Diese Garantie gilt nicht für Produkte, die missbräuchlich, fahrlässig oder falsch verwendet,
durch einen Unfall beschädigt, modifiziert, durch nicht autorisierte Personen repariert oder falsch installiert wurden.
INSPEKTION: Der Käufer muss das Produkt nach Erhalt inspizieren. Der Käufer muss DENTSPLY Prosthetics schriftlich
über etwaige Ansprüche wegen material- und verarbeitungsbedingter Defekte benachrichtigen, und zwar innerhalb
von dreißig Tagen, nachdem der Käufer den Defekt feststellt oder die Tatsachen festgestellt haben sollte, auf die sich
ein solcher Anspruch gründet. Falls der Käufer versäumt, einen solchen Anspruch in schriftlicher Form innerhalb
dieses Zeitraums mitzuteilen, verfällt der Anspruch.
HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS: Die hier getroffenen Bestimmungen stellen die einzige Verpflichtung von DENTSPLY
Prosthetics dar und schließen alle anderen Entschädigungen oder Garantien, ausdrückliche oder implizite, aus,
einschließlich solcher, die sich auf MARKTGÄNGIGKEIT und EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK beziehen.
HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNG: Unter keinen Umständen haftet DENTSPLY Prosthetics gegenüber dem Käufer für unbeabsichtigte, nachfolgende oder spezielle Schäden, Verluste oder Kosten.
BESCHRÄNKUNG DER MASSNAHMEN: Der Käufer muss jegliche Maßnahme in Bezug auf die im ersten Absatz
beschriebenen Garantieansprüche innerhalb eines Jahres, nachdem der Grund für diese Maßnahme eingetreten ist,
einleiten.

EXCLUSIVAMENTE PARA USO PROFESIONAL.
Por favor lea atentamente estas instrucciones de uso antes de instalar y poner en servicio equipo.
• Usar solamente en espacios cerrados.
• No deberá ponerse jamás la unidad en funcionamiento cerca de materiales combustibles ni deberán colocarse este
tipo de materiales sobre la misma.
• La unidad debe tener una conexión de toma de tierra a través de un cable de tres bornes o de una caja de enchufe con
toma de tierra. La alimentación eléctrica existente deberá poseer un cableado eléctrico del diámetro adecuado de
acorde con la normativa local en materia de electricidad.
• La unidad deberá colocarse en una posición que permita la fácil desconexión del cable de alimentación de la toma de
pared o del propio aparato.
• No deberá procederse al mantenimiento del aparato antes de leer atentamente y de comprender estas instrucciones de
uso.
• Es preciso desconectar el cable de alimentación eléctrica antes de realizar tareas de mantenimiento en la unidad.
• Si la unidad no se opera de la manera especificada en este manual, puede alterarse eventualmente la protección
proporcionada por la unidad.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DESEMBALAJE
Tan pronto como se detecten, deberán comunicarse al transportista los daños sufridos durante el envío.
El embalaje de la unidad contiene lo siguiente:
• Unidad calentadora de jeringas
• Instrucciones de uso
• 2 manguitos de repuesto para jeringas
• Cable de alimentación eléctrica
DESEMBALAJE:
Conserve la caja y cualquier otro material de embalaje para futuros transportes del aparato.
• Abra la caja.
• Extraiga con cuidado la unidad de la caja levantándola por la base del embalaje. Sujete la unidad por la parte inferior
para que no resbale.
• Retire la base del embalaje y el cable de alimentación eléctrica.
• Retire el envoltorio de plástico.
• Retire la cinta adhesiva que sujeta los manguitos.
ADVERTENCIA:
No deberá ponerse jamás la unidad en funcionamiento cerca de materiales combustibles ni colocarse este tipo de
materiales sobre la misma.
No utilice cables de prolongación con este equipo.
Enchufe el cable de alimentación eléctrica a un circuito eléctrico con un fusible de 15 A como mínimo.
La unidad deberá colocarse en una posición que permita la fácil desconexión del cable de alimentación de la toma
de pared o del propio aparato.

FUNCIONAMIENTO GENERAL
Funcionamiento:
1) Coloque las jeringas en el calentador.
2) Conecte el interruptor de red situado en el frontal del calentador de jeringas.
3) La luz verde en el frontal del calentador de jeringas parpadeará ahora.
4) La luz verde dejará de parpadear y permanecerá encendida una vez que el material haya alcanzado la temperatura
óptima (tras unos 30 minutos).
5) Una vez el calentador ha alcanzado la temperatura óptima, la preparación de jeringas nuevas o de repuesto, requiere
un tiempo de calentamiento de 10 minutos.
6) Apague el calentador cuando no se esté utilizando.
Observaciones especiales:
1) )Si no se introducen completamente las jeringas en los orificios, se impedirá que la resina sintética se funda
completamente, lo cual dificultará su dispensado.
2) Si no se colocan firmemente los tapones de las jeringas, el material fluirá hacia el manguito.
3) No deje que las jeringas se calienten toda la noche.
4) No deje que el material Radica polimerice en las superficies externas, ya que de lo contrario resultará difícil de retirar.
5) Nunca ponga en funcionamiento la unidad sin los manguitos.
6) Si el material quedara atascado dentro del (de los) manguito(s), consulte las “Instrucciones de limpieza” en este
manual o simplemente extraiga y deseche el (los) manguito(s). Cámbielo por uno de los dos manguitos de repuesto
que se suministran. Para pedir más manguitos, utilice la referencia que aparece en "Accesorios".

MANTENIMIENTO/MENSAJES DE ERROR
ADVERTENCIA:
Este equipo contiene voltaje peligroso. El trabajo de mantenimiento y reparación debe ser realizado sólo por un técnico
de reparación autorizado de DENTSPLY Prosthetics.
Para mantener el equipo en perfectas condiciones operativas, deberán seguirse las siguientes pautas.
• Examine el equipo regularmente para detectar la posible presencia de daños mecánicos.
• No utilice disolventes ni limpiadores líquidos sobre el panel de control.
LIMPIEZA:
• Limpie la unidad según sea necesario.
• Limpie las superficies externas con un paño suave, humedecido con un detergente suave.
• ¡NO SUMERJA EL APARATO EN AGUA NI EN OTROS LÍQUIDOS!
• Si quedara material obstruyendo los orificios de la jeringa, extráigalo con la “herramienta extractora”, disponible como
accesorio (ver ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS).
• Para extraer cuerpos extraños del interior del aparato deberá seguir las instrucciones que se suministran con la
“herramienta extractora”.
RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
El mantenimiento de este equipo deberá ser realizado exclusivamente por personal cualificado. De lo contrario, podrían
producirse lesiones personales y/o daños materiales.

SERVICIO TÉCNICO DEL PRODUCTO
ADVERTENCIA:
Este equipo está diseñado con funciones de seguridad para proteger al usuario y no debe modificarse de ninguna
forma. Este equipo sólo deberá ser reparado por personal cualificado. La inobservancia de estas medidas de
precaución, puede provocar quemaduras o descargas eléctricas
Existen tres métodos para el servicio técnico del producto:
• Asistencia telefónica (ver número telefónico indicado a continuación)
• Devolución de la unidad para fines de mantenimiento (ver instrucciones en el apartado siguiente)
• Toma de contacto con DENTSPLY (ver número telefónico indicado a continuación) y solicitud de un manual de
mantenimiento por un importe integral.
ANTES DE DEVOLVER LA UNIDAD:
• Llame a DENTSPLY para solicitar un número RMA (autorización para devolución de mercancía). Éste se utiliza para
realizar un seguimiento e identificar la unidad. Puede que un equipo recibido sin este número no pueda ser
identificado.
• Puede ocurrir que los daños ocurridos durante el transporte de un equipo, como consecuencia de un embalaje
incorrecto, no queden cubiertos por el transportista.
DENTSPLY no se responsabiliza de los daños derivados de un embalaje incorrecto.

GARANTÍA: Excepto las partes componentes y usos descritos en este documento, DENTSPLY Prosthetics garantiza
que este horno está libre de defectos materiales y de fabricación durante un período de dos años desde la fecha de
venta. La responsabilidad de DENTSPLY Prosthetics bajo esta garantía se limita exclusivamente a reparar o, según la
opción determinada por DENTSPLY Prosthetics, sustituir los productos incluidos en la garantía que se devuelvan a
DENTSPLY Prosthetics dentro del período de garantía aplicable (con gastos de envío prepagados), y que DENTSPLY
Prosthetics considere defectuosos. Esta garantía no aplicará a ningún producto que haya estado sujeto a uso
incorrecto, negligencia o accidente, haya sido modificado o reparado por personas no autorizadas o no se haya
instalado correctamente.
INSPECCIÓN: El comprador inspeccionará el producto después de recibirlo. El comprador notificará por escrito a
DENTSPLY Prosthetics cualquier defecto material y de fabricación en los treinta días siguientes al descubrimiento del
defecto por parte del comprador o si ha descubierto los hechos en los que se basa la reclamación. Si el comprador
no comunica por escrito dicha reclamación dentro de este período de tiempo, la reclamación será derogada.
EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Las disposiciones expresadas en este documento representan la única obligación
de DENTSPLY Prosthetics y excluyen cualquier otro remedio o garantía, expresa o implícita, incluyendo las
relacionadas con la COMERCIALIZACIÓN e IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN ESPECÍFICO.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Bajo ninguna circunstancia DENTSPLY Prosthetics será responsable ante el
comprador por ningún gasto, pérdida ni daño incidental, consecuencial o especial.
