De natuurlijke uitgangspositie bij communicatie is misverstand.*
Beste Lezer/Lezeres,
Volgens Larry Wilson, een Amerikaanse Change Management goeroe, is de natuurlijke uitgangspositie bij communicatie misverstand. Dit is
volgens hem de oorzaak dat wij vaak - van wat wij horen - meer niet, dan wel begrijpen. Vaak denken wij nl. een ander te begrijpen, maar
doen wij het niet! Begrijpt u het nog?
In ons werk, communiceren wij dagelijks met veel mensen. Dus als Larry het juist heeft, dan is wat je denkt en wat je zegt, niet direct wat je
collegae, toeleveranciers of klanten horen. Deze stelling heeft in dat geval een grote invloed op het succes van ons werk.
Als wij met deze kennis meer aandacht geven aan onze communicatie en met duidelijke terugkoppeling vragen of een boodschap is
aangekomen, dan bestaat er een grote kans dat het succes van ons werk zal toenemen.
De SMC engineers, die werken met steeds complexere machine automatisering, begrijpen het belang van nauwkeurigheid in de industriële

Dans notre travail, nous communiquons avec de nombreuses personnes. Selon L.Wilson, ce que vous énoncez ne sera pas nécessairement
compris par vos collègues, vos fournisseurs ou vos clients. Cette rupture de communication aura donc un impact majeur sur votre réussite
commerciale.
Par conséquent, en améliorant simplement notre communication et en nous assurant que nos interlocuteurs ont une compréhension claire,
nos chances d’un résultat positif augmenteront considérablement.
En tant qu’ingénieurs travaillant sur l'automatisation de machines de plus en plus sophistiquées et complexes, nous apprécions l’importance
de la communication industrielle. Nos récents modules d’interface série ont ainsi été développés pour une utilisation avec les protocoles
