Géraldine Piedelièvre specialises in real estate investment – particularly within the framework of sale and
lease-back transactions (“externalisations”) acting for listed real estate companies and for users –,
property development, commercial leases, real estate management and construction and urban planning
law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, she holds an advanced degree (DEA) in environment law from the
University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1999) and an advanced degree (DESS) in construction and
urban planning law from the University of Paris XII Saint-Maur-la-Varenne (1998). She joined the firm as
an associate in 2000.

renégocier les baux des actifs France Télécom et de la conclusion des nouveaux baux avec France Telecom
Advising Natixis on the sale of the historical headquarters of Crédit National in Paris for an amount of

Advising Crédit Agricole group (Crédit Agricole Immobilier / LCL) on the negotiation with Icade of the setting-up
of LCL’s headquarters in Villejuif through a lease relating to a surface area of 60 000 m² (2008)
Advising Foncière des Régions on the negotiation of master agreements for the renegotiation of the leases of
France Telecom’s assets and the conclusion of new leases with France Telecom (2008 and 2009).
Advising Generali on the acquisition, through the acquisition of OPCI Immocio from Casino and the lease-back to
the latter of a portfolio of real estate assets to be used as supermarkets, hypermarkets and warehouses in La
Réunion (266 M€)
Advising Docks Lyonnais on the purchase “on plan” of the office tower “Tour Mozart”, future headquarters of
Bouygues Telecom for an amount of approximately € 540 M (2007).
Advising Générale de Santé for a sale and leaseback transaction with Icade (“cession-bail”) with respect to four
private hospitals for consideration of approximately € 201 million (2008)
