COMMUNIQUE
FREE INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (FITA) SCHEME 2013
1.
In order to assist taxpayers to fill in their individual Income Tax returns
for the year of assessment 2013, the Mauritius Revenue Authority will
operate Free Income Tax Assistance (FITA) scheme on Saturday 30th &
Sunday 31st March 2013 from 08h30 to 16h00 in the following FITA
centres:

Quartier Militaire
Riviere du Rempart
Mahebourg
Savanne
Centre

Arrangements have been made at the above FITA centres to receive
income tax payments either in cash/cheque from 08h30 to 16h00 or
by mobile phone (Orange Money).

Cheque should be drawn in the name of the Director General, MRA and
crossed “Account Payee Only”. Please insert your Tax Account Number
(TAN) on the verso of the cheque.
