provider to the medical profession, will be unveiling the latest version of its physician software
solution at the MEDEC* 2009 convention at Stand G8 - Espace Informedica.
LC 2009: the response to the industry challenges facing physicians
All of the software offered in the LC 2009 range – Crossway, Doc’ware, MédiClick ! Studio,
Cardiolite, Eglantine, Mégabaze and Médigest – comes with the same high level of technological
performance and functionality: agendas and appointment scheduling; administrative management
and history of patient files; standard consultation forms; course of care management; and more.
They provide healthcare professionals with:
ƒ Ease of use
ƒ Time savings
ƒ High-performance technology
ƒ Regulatory compliance
ƒ Secure communications
As powerful as ever, the 2009 version of Logiciels Cegedim – LC 2009 – is even more userfriendly:
ƒ “one-click consultation” function,
ƒ different pre-defined user settings (beginner, intermediate and expert),
ƒ interface options: explorer, tabs, multi-windows – depending on user preferences,
ƒ a single command prints all documents created,
ƒ send emails from Word,
ƒ free-text fields combine flexibility and the advantages of coding,
ƒ personalized graphics.
A year after Cegedim’s acquisition of 01 Santé, version 8 of the Megabaze software already
incorporates the BCB drugs database, SMM® medical messaging and nearly 20 new CERFA
forms and personalized screens. It also includes optimized word processing with integrated spellcheck and simplified list management.
LC 2009: easier communication with the medical community
Structured, communicative, interoperable, and scalable, the Logiciels Cegedim 2009 (LC 2009)
range of software is designed with information sharing in mind.
These solutions enable physicians to connect to the platforms used for national and regional
coordination (regional DMP, DM Pro, pathology monitoring networks, etc.).
Furthermore, they incorporate the GIP-CPS-certified secure medical messaging component,
Secure Medical Mail® (SMM), which is interoperable with all approved messaging software for
simple and direct electronic communications among peers.
